Unlock Details
Collect all Trophies
Trophy: Adamantium Armory
Craft enough suits to fully upgrade your Health
Type: Gold
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Craft 20 Wolverine suits to fully upgrade your maximum Health. Throughout the story, you'll gradually unlock access to new suits, but you'll need Materials to craft them. These Materials are obtained by collecting the 68 Material Crates scattered across the game's missions. Each suit you craft increases Logan's maximum Health, and crafting all 20 required suits will fully upgrade it. Here's how to unlock the trophy: Collect all 68 Material Crates throughout the main story. Press the Touch Pad to open the menu. Navigate to the Gear section to view your available suits. Select a suit and hold X to craft it using your collected Materials. Continue crafting until you've unlocked 20 suits and fully upgraded your Health. Once you've crafted all 20 required suits, the Adamantium Armory trophy will unlock.
Tip
Equip the Crate Finder perk from the Adaptation menu to make tracking down Material Crates easier. You can also use mission replay through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story to collect anything you missed.
Warning
Suits included with the Deluxe Edition or pre-order bonuses do not count toward this trophy. You must craft the 20 suits available through normal gameplay. Unfortunately, buying Wolverine a fancy wardrobe won't save you from doing the actual work.

Trophy: But a Dram
Collect first Whisky Bottle
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Collect your first Whisky Bottle. Whisky Bottles are collectibles found throughout Marvel's Wolverine, starting with the Canada mission "Homecoming." When you find a Whisky Bottle, press Triangle to pick it up, then press X to let Logan take a swig. The trophy unlocks after collecting your first bottle. Collecting Whisky Bottles also contributes Adaptation Points, which allow you to upgrade Logan's abilities and customize his DNA Strands. You can revisit the memories associated with collected bottles by opening the Touch Pad menu, navigating to Collectibles using L1 or R1, selecting a Whisky Bottle, and pressing X. There are 20 Whisky Bottles in total, but you only need one for this trophy. Logan finally gets a moment to relax. Considering everything he's been through, he's probably earned it.

Trophy: Cache Crusher
Destroy 100 XP Caches
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Destroy 100 XP Caches throughout Marvel's Wolverine. XP Caches are destructible objects scattered across the game's missions. Breaking them rewards Logan with XP, helping you level up while working toward this trophy. Fortunately, there are more than 100 XP Caches in the game, so you don't need to find every single one. Here's the easiest way to earn the trophy: Open the game's Accessibility settings. Enable the option to highlight collectibles, making XP Caches easier to spot. Explore each mission and destroy any XP Caches you encounter. Continue until you've destroyed 100 XP Caches. You can earn this trophy naturally during the story, but if you're still missing some after finishing the campaign, use Mission Select through the Nightmare Cabin to replay missions and destroy additional caches.
Tip
Enable collectible highlighting as early as possible. It makes spotting XP Caches much easier and saves you from searching every corner of the map. Destroying caches also earns XP toward the Ultimate Predator trophy, so you're making progress on two trophies at once. Logan might have enhanced senses, but apparently turning on collectible highlighting is even better.

Trophy: Crate Collector
Collect all Material Crates
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Collect all 68 Material Crates scattered throughout Marvel's Wolverine. Material Crates contain the resources needed to craft Wolverine's suits, which also increase his maximum Health. You'll begin encountering these crates during the Canada mission "Homecoming." The crates are spread across multiple story missions, so keep an eye out while exploring and following the main objectives. Wolverine's scent-tracking ability and the blue collectible pings can help you find them. To make collecting easier, equip the Crate Finder perk from the Adaptation menu. This will help you track down crates that might otherwise be overlooked. Once you've collected all 68 Material Crates, the Crate Collector trophy will unlock.
Tip
Try to collect crates as you progress through the story rather than leaving all 68 for cleanup. If you miss any, you can replay missions through the Nightmare Cabin after finishing the main story. You'll also need these materials for the Adamantium Armory trophy, so every crate brings you one step closer to a fully upgraded Wolverine. Apparently, even a walking weapon of mass destruction needs crafting supplies.

Trophy: Full Barrel
Collect all Whisky Bottles
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Collect all 20 Whisky Bottles scattered throughout Marvel's Wolverine. Whisky Bottles begin appearing during the Canada mission "Homecoming" and can be found across several missions throughout the campaign. When you discover a bottle, press Triangle to pick it up and X to take a drink. Each collected bottle also contributes toward your Adaptation progression, making them useful beyond simply earning trophies. You can check your collected bottles by opening the Touch Pad menu and navigating to the Collectibles section using L1 or R1. Equip the Whisky Finder perk from the Adaptation menu to make locating bottles easier. Wolverine's scent-tracking ability and collectible indicators can also help you discover them as you explore. Collect all 20 Whisky Bottles to unlock the Full Barrel trophy.
Tip
Pick up Whisky Bottles whenever you encounter them during the story. If you miss any, you can use mission replay through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the game. You'll also make progress toward the Secondary Mutations trophy by collecting these bottles, so there's plenty of incentive to grab them all. Twenty bottles of whisky, countless enemies defeated, and one very questionable liver. Good thing Logan has a Healing Factor.

Trophy: Pathways of the Mind
Discover all Nightmare Doors
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Discover all 14 Nightmare Doors scattered throughout the main story. Nightmare Doors are mysterious entrances connected to Logan's past. They lead to optional combat and parkour challenges known as Nightmare Trials. You'll encounter your first Nightmare Door during "Homecoming," with additional doors appearing throughout later missions. There are 14 Nightmare Doors to discover across the following missions: Homecoming — 1 Nightmare Door The One That Got Away — 1 Nightmare Door Raise Some Hell — 1 Nightmare Door Something Much Stronger — 1 Nightmare Door Mutant Detected — 1 Nightmare Door One Last Mission — 1 Nightmare Door Get Angry — 1 Nightmare Door Bad Blood — 1 Nightmare Door Death Comes to Death — 1 Nightmare Door Sinister Tidings — 1 Nightmare Door Way Down Low — 1 Nightmare Door Roll the Dice — 1 Nightmare Door I'm Still Here — 1 Nightmare Door This Was the Dream — 1 Nightmare Door Look for purple vines and unusual environmental details that indicate a Nightmare Door is nearby. You can also use Wolverine's exploration abilities and collectible indicators to help locate them. Once you've discovered all 14 Nightmare Doors, the Pathways of the Mind trophy will unlock.
Tip
Complete each Nightmare Trial as you discover it. You'll eventually need to finish all 14 trials to unlock the secret post-story trial required for Repressed Memories. You only need a Bronze rating on each trial for that requirement, so don't worry about achieving perfect times. Fourteen doors into Wolverine's nightmares. As if his regular life wasn't already traumatic enough.

Trophy: Secondary Mutations
Reach Adaptation Level 10
Type: Gold
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Reach Adaptation Level 10 by collecting Whisky Bottles and completing Nightmare Doors. You'll begin earning Adaptation levels during the Canada mission "Homecoming." Adaptation Points (AP) are obtained through two collectible-related activities: Whisky Bottles: Find and collect Whisky Bottles hidden throughout the main story. There are 20 bottles in total. Nightmare Doors: Discover and complete Nightmare Door challenges. There are 14 Nightmare Doors throughout the campaign. Fortunately, you don't need to collect everything to reach Adaptation Level 10. According to the provided requirements, collecting approximately 15 of the 20 Whisky Bottles and completing 10 of the 14 Nightmare Doors should provide enough AP to reach the required level. You can check your progress at any time by pressing the Touch Pad and opening the Adaptation menu. Once you reach Adaptation Level 10, the Secondary Mutations trophy will unlock.
Tip
Work on Whisky Bottles and Nightmare Doors naturally as you progress through the story. Reaching Adaptation Level 10 doesn't require completing every collectible, but you'll eventually need all 20 Whisky Bottles and all 14 Nightmare Doors for their respective trophies. You might as well collect everything while you're nearby. Logan's already traveling halfway around the world, so making another trip just to find a missing bottle of whisky seems a little excessive.

Trophy: Suit Up
Craft your first Suit
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Craft your first Wolverine suit during the Canada mission "Homecoming." During this mission, you'll be introduced to Material Crates, which contain the resources needed to craft Wolverine's various suits. As part of the tutorial, collect the required Materials and craft your first suit to unlock the Suit Up trophy. Crafting your first suit also unlocks the Gear section in the Touch Pad menu, allowing you to craft additional outfits throughout the game. To craft more suits: Collect Materials from Material Crates while exploring missions. Press the Touch Pad to open the menu. Navigate to the Gear section. Highlight a suit you want to craft. If you have enough Materials, hold X to unlock it. Some suits also include unique claw designs, giving Logan additional customization options. Crafting suits isn't purely cosmetic, either. Each additional suit increases Wolverine's maximum Health, making him more durable during combat.
Tip
Keep collecting Material Crates throughout the story and craft new suits whenever you have enough resources. The extra maximum Health will make tougher encounters easier, and you'll also be making progress toward the Adamantium Armory trophy. Besides, if you're going to tear through an army of enemies, you might as well look good doing it.

Trophy: Waking Nightmare
Discover a Nightmare Door "in the wild"
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Discover your first optional Nightmare Door during the second Canada mission, "The One That Got Away." About halfway through the mission, you'll encounter a tape recording discussing Leech's imaginary friends. Shortly afterward, you'll need to clear Trask's forces from several rundown buildings. Once the enemies are defeated, Logan will head outside and say, "Where the hell are you, Red?" This is your cue to look for the Nightmare Door. Exit the buildings after defeating Trask's soldiers. Wolverine's scent trail will point toward the right, leading to the main objective. Instead of following the scent, look to your left. Find the strange purple vines protruding from the ground. Follow the vines to discover your first optional Nightmare Door. The Waking Nightmare trophy unlocks when you discover the door.
Tip
Unlike the Nightmare Door encountered during "Homecoming," this one is optional. Keep an eye out for purple vines throughout the story, as they often indicate a nearby Nightmare Door. Logan's looking for a red-haired mutant, but apparently his traumatic memories have other plans for the afternoon.

Trophy: Ultimate Predator
Reach Player Level 36
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Reach Player Level 36, the maximum level in Marvel's Wolverine. You'll earn XP naturally throughout the game, primarily by defeating enemies. Interacting with certain objects, including Material Crates, also rewards XP, giving you additional opportunities to level up as you explore. By the time you finish all 30 story missions, you should be somewhere around Level 34–36, depending on how much combat and exploration you've completed. If you haven't reached Level 36 after finishing the story, you can easily earn the remaining XP through mission replays. Complete the main story to unlock the Nightmare Cabin. Enter the Nightmare Cabin from the main menu. Interact with the bed to access mission replay. Replay missions and defeat enemies to earn additional XP. Continue until you reach Player Level 36 and unlock the trophy.
Tip
Don't worry about grinding XP during your first playthrough. Focus on completing the story, defeating enemies, and collecting Material Crates as you go. You'll likely be very close to Level 36 by the time the credits roll. If you're still a level or two short, replay a few combat-heavy missions to finish the job. Apparently, even Wolverine needs to grind XP before the game officially recognizes him as the ultimate predator.

Trophy: Blindsided
Stealth kill 10 enemies blinded by Jean
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Perform 10 stealth kills on enemies blinded by Jean Grey's Blind Ability. You'll unlock Jean's Blind Ability near the end of the Japan mission "We Were Wrong." While Jean is accompanying Logan, you can use her psychic powers to temporarily blind enemies during stealth encounters. This creates the perfect opportunity for Wolverine to sneak up on unsuspecting targets and eliminate them before they know what happened. Here's how to unlock the trophy: Progress through "We Were Wrong" until Jean's Blind Ability becomes available. Enter a stealth encounter with Jean as your companion. Use Jean's Blind Ability on an enemy. Approach the blinded enemy and perform a stealth kill. Repeat until you've eliminated 10 blinded enemies. One of the easiest places to farm this trophy is the warehouse where Jean's ability is first introduced. You'll encounter several enemies here, making it a convenient location to practice. If you don't earn all 10 kills during the encounter, reload the checkpoint and repeat the process until the trophy unlocks. Another excellent location is the wooded area during "Hell Followed With Him," where you'll encounter plenty of enemies suitable for stealth kills.
Tip
The warehouse in "We Were Wrong" is a convenient farming spot because you can repeatedly reload the checkpoint after performing several blinded stealth kills. You can also use the wooded section of "Hell Followed With Him" if you prefer to work toward the trophy naturally during story progression. Remember that the enemy must be blinded by Jean before you perform the stealth kill. Ordinary stealth kills won't count. Having a telepathic teammate who can blind your enemies is incredibly useful. Logan just has to sneak up and introduce them to his claws. Teamwork makes the dream work. Unless you're the enemy.

Trophy: Cut Just As Deep
Kill 100 enemies with the Helix Claws
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 100 enemies using Wolverine's Helix Claws ability. Helix Claws unlock automatically during the Japan story mission "Death Comes to Death." This powerful ability allows Logan to release a devastating area-of-effect blast by pressing R1, damaging enemies surrounding him. Helix Claws have a cooldown, which you can monitor using the white recharge indicator in the bottom-right corner of the screen. To unlock the trophy: Progress through the story until you unlock Helix Claws during "Death Comes to Death." Find groups of enemies and allow them to get close enough to be caught in the blast. Press R1 to unleash Helix Claws. Wait for the ability to recharge before using it again. Continue until you've killed 100 enemies with the ability. The trophy unlocks once you reach 100 Helix Claws kills.
Tip
Save Helix Claws for groups of weakened enemies to increase your chances of getting multiple kills with each blast. Using the ability whenever it's charged during normal combat will help you build up the kill count naturally. If you finish the main story before reaching 100 kills, replay combat-heavy missions or use Nightmare Trials to farm the remaining enemies. There's something satisfying about clearing an entire group of enemies with one attack. Logan calls it efficiency. Everyone else probably calls it a crime scene.

Trophy: Ground Control
Push 3 enemies out of the plane
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Push 3 enemies out of the plane during the Japan mission "Jetlag." During this mission, Logan and Jean's aircraft is attacked by members of The Hand. At one point, Logan gets thrown out of the plane and must claw his way back inside. Once you've successfully climbed back aboard, you'll notice a large hole in the aircraft. This is your opportunity to send a few enemies on an unexpected skydiving adventure. Progress through "Jetlag" until Logan is thrown out of the plane. Complete the climbing sequence to get back inside. Position yourself near the hole in the aircraft. Attack enemies and knock them toward the opening. Push 3 enemies out of the plane to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Try to position yourself so that enemies are between Logan and the opening. This makes it easier to knock them outside instead of accidentally defeating them inside the plane.
Warning
This trophy requires a specific encounter during "Jetlag." If you finish the sequence without pushing 3 enemies out, you'll need to replay the mission through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story. Apparently, Logan isn't the only one flying without a ticket today.

Trophy: Harmer's Market
Destroy all vendor stalls during the Sabretooth boss fight
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Destroy every vendor stall during the Sabretooth boss fight in the Madripoor mission "Red Right Hand." During your second visit to Madripoor, Logan confronts Sabretooth in a market area filled with vendor stalls. Normally, you'd focus entirely on defeating the enormous mutant trying to tear your face off. For this trophy, however, you'll need to do a little property damage first. Here's what you need to do: Progress through "Red Right Hand" until the Sabretooth boss fight begins. Once the battle starts, look around the market arena for vendor stalls. Run around the arena and attack the stalls using Wolverine's claws. Continue destroying stalls until every vendor stall in the arena has been demolished. The trophy unlocks once all the required stalls are destroyed. You don't need to defeat Sabretooth to satisfy the destruction requirement, so prioritize smashing the stalls before progressing too far into the battle.
Tip
Focus on destroying the stalls at the beginning of the encounter while Sabretooth is still in the market arena. Keep moving to avoid his attacks, and don't spend too much time fighting him until you've finished your demolition work.
Warning
Make sure you've destroyed every vendor stall before advancing the boss fight into its next phase. If you miss any, you can replay "Red Right Hand" through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the main story. Sabretooth wants a brutal showdown between two legendary mutants. Wolverine wants to destroy an entire shopping district first. Somewhere in Madripoor, an insurance company just went bankrupt.

Trophy: Parry Perfected
Parry 500 times
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Successfully parry 500 enemy attacks. Parrying is one of Wolverine's most important combat mechanics, allowing you to defend against incoming attacks while creating opportunities to counterattack. To perform a parry, press L1 just before an enemy's attack connects with Logan. You'll have plenty of opportunities to practice throughout the main story, particularly during boss fights and encounters with enemies that use multiple attack combinations. To earn the trophy: Enter combat and allow enemies to initiate their attacks. Press L1 just before an incoming attack hits Logan. Successfully parry the attack. Repeat until you've performed 500 successful parries. If you haven't reached 500 parries by the end of the campaign, visit the Nightmare Cabin and enter Nightmare Trials to practice against regular enemies.
Tip
Focus on parrying regular enemy attacks throughout your first playthrough rather than relying entirely on dodging. Enemies with predictable combinations provide excellent opportunities to practice your timing. If you need additional parries after completing the story, use Nightmare Trials and concentrate on defending instead of defeating enemies immediately. Five hundred parries might sound like a lot, but considering how many people insist on punching Wolverine, you'll have plenty of volunteers.

Trophy: Recycled
"Defeat" a Reaver using molten metal
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kick a shield-wielding or dual-blade Reaver into molten metal during the Canada mission "Raise Some Hell." During this mission, Logan infiltrates Trask's refinery while searching for captured mutants. Inside the facility, you'll find a large vat of molten metal that can be used to eliminate enemies. Not every enemy counts toward this trophy, so you'll need to choose your victim carefully. Here's how to unlock it: Progress through "Raise Some Hell" until you reach the refinery entrance. Since the main door is locked, use the giant conveyor belt on the left to enter the facility. Follow the route through the ventilation shaft. After exiting the vent, you'll encounter a large group of enemies. Alert the enemies and lead them toward the large open vat filled with molten metal. Identify a shield-wielding Reaver or an enemy carrying two blades. Position yourself near the vat and hold Square to kick the eligible enemy into the molten metal. The Recycled trophy unlocks once you've successfully eliminated the correct enemy using the molten metal.
Tip
Try to lure several enemies toward the vat before attempting the kick. This gives you more opportunities to position a shield-wielding or dual-blade Reaver correctly. Avoid defeating these enemies with regular attacks before you get them close to the vat. You need them alive long enough to experience Logan's unique approach to recycling.
Warning
Regular enemies do not count toward this trophy. You must kick either a shield-wielding Reaver or a dual-blade enemy into the molten metal. There is also a reported extremely rare issue where the required enemies may fail to spawn when replaying the mission through the Nightmare Cabin. If this happens, starting a New Game+ playthrough is the recommended workaround. Apparently, Trask's refinery has a very aggressive recycling program. Unfortunately for the Reavers, Logan has decided they're the next items going into the furnace.

Trophy: Saturn Slam
Drop Saturn onto The Hand in Japan
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Drop the hanging Saturn planet onto enemies from The Hand during the Japan mission "We Were Wrong." During this mission, you'll climb into a building as part of the main story. Inside, you'll discover a room decorated with planets suspended from the ceiling. One of those planets is Saturn, and it's about to become the world's least practical weapon. Follow these steps: Progress through "We Were Wrong" until you reach the room containing the hanging planets. Locate the enemy positioned on the left side of the room. Stealth-kill that enemy to avoid alerting the others. Find the rope holding Saturn above the remaining enemies. Attack the rope to release Saturn. Allow the falling planet to crush the enemies standing underneath it. The Saturn Slam trophy unlocks after successfully dropping Saturn onto The Hand.
Tip
Take out the enemy on the left quietly before cutting Saturn's rope. This helps preserve the enemies' positions beneath the planet, making it easier to land the attack.
Warning
This trophy requires a specific environmental interaction during "We Were Wrong." Make sure to drop Saturn before eliminating the enemies underneath it. If you miss the opportunity, you can replay the mission through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story. Who needs adamantium claws when you can just drop an entire planet on someone? Technically, it's a model of Saturn, but the enemies probably won't appreciate the distinction.

Trophy: Shish Kebab
Impale an enemy on an environmental hazard
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Impale an enemy on an environmental hazard by kicking them into a sharp object. The earliest opportunity to earn this trophy is during the Canada mission "The One That Got Away." During the mission, you'll reach a section where Logan must travel across a zipline. After landing, you'll encounter two enemies, one of whom is standing conveniently close to a forklift. Here's how to earn the trophy: Progress through "The One That Got Away" until you reach the zipline section. Use the zipline to reach the next area. After landing, locate the two enemies near the forklift. Position yourself so the enemy near the forklift is between Logan and its sharp forks. Kick the enemy toward the forklift, impaling them on its metal spikes. The Shish Kebab trophy unlocks once you've successfully impaled the enemy.
Tip
Use the forklift encounter for an easy opportunity to earn this trophy. Take your time positioning Logan before kicking the enemy, and avoid accidentally defeating them with regular attacks. If you miss this opportunity, you can replay the mission through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story. Who needs a barbecue when you've got a forklift and adamantium claws? Logan's cooking methods might be questionable, but the results are certainly effective.

Trophy: Spiral Cut
Kill 75 enemies with Tornado Spin
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 75 enemies using Wolverine's Tornado Spin Special Technique. Tornado Spin is one of Logan's starting abilities, so you can begin working toward this trophy almost immediately. To perform Tornado Spin, press L2 + Square. Logan will unleash a spinning attack with his adamantium claws, damaging enemies caught within its range. It's essentially Wolverine turning himself into an extremely angry blender. Not particularly elegant, but definitely effective. Special Techniques require Rage to recharge, so you'll need to continue attacking enemies to refill the gauge between uses. Here's the easiest way to earn the trophy: Enter combat and allow multiple enemies to get within Tornado Spin's attack radius. Press L2 + Square to unleash Tornado Spin. Continue attacking enemies to build Rage and recharge your Special Technique gauge. Use Tornado Spin whenever you have a good opportunity to eliminate enemies. Repeat until you've killed 75 enemies with the ability. The Spiral Cut trophy unlocks once you reach 75 Tornado Spin kills.
Tip
After completing your first Nightmare Trial, you'll unlock access to the Adaptations menu through the Touch Pad. Invest in the Barrage Recharge Adaptation early. This upgrade allows Barrages to refill your Special Technique gauge more quickly, helping you use Tornado Spin more frequently. Try to weaken groups of enemies before activating Tornado Spin so the attack finishes them off rather than simply damaging them. If you haven't reached 75 kills by the end of the story, you can continue working toward the trophy through mission replay or Nightmare Trials. Seventy-five enemies defeated by spinning around with claws extended. Somewhere, a helicopter is feeling deeply inadequate.

Trophy: Adamantium Dreams
Achieve Adamantium on any Nightmare Trial
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Achieve an Adamantium rating on any Nightmare Trial. Nightmare Trials are timed challenges accessed through Nightmare Doors. They begin appearing during the Canada mission "Homecoming." Inside each Nightmare Door, you'll encounter mysterious purple pillars. Approach one and press Triangle to begin a trial. These challenges involve combat or parkour objectives, and your final rating depends on how quickly you complete them. There are four possible ratings: Bronze — Basic completion rating. Silver — Complete the trial within a faster time. Gold — Achieve an even faster completion time. Adamantium — Complete the trial within the fastest required time. The available time requirements appear on the right side of the screen when a trial begins. To earn this trophy, you only need to achieve Adamantium on one Nightmare Trial, not all of them. For combat challenges, focus on quickly defeating enemies by using well-timed parries, powerful abilities, and aggressive attacks. For parkour challenges, prioritize smooth movement and avoid unnecessary pauses or mistakes. Successfully complete any trial within its Adamantium time requirement to unlock the trophy.
Tip
The first Nightmare Door during "Homecoming" offers an early opportunity to attempt an Adamantium rating. During combat trials, parry enemies to create openings and use your strongest available attacks to eliminate them quickly. Every second counts, so don't spend too much time playing defensively. Higher trial ratings also reward additional Adaptation Points, with one additional point awarded per rating tier. Logan might be nearly indestructible, but apparently his nightmares still expect him to beat the clock. Even trauma comes with a leaderboard these days.

Trophy: Greased
Read Callisto's journal in her Vancouver garage
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Find and read Callisto's journal inside her Vancouver garage during the Canada mission "The One That Got Away." Near the beginning of the mission, your objective will be to follow the red-haired mutant. Before getting too far along the main path, you'll need to find a hidden entrance leading into Callisto's garage. Follow these steps: Begin "The One That Got Away" and follow the main objective path downhill. Continue forward while keeping an eye on the right side of the path. Look for wooden boards marked "DO NOT ENTER." Use Wolverine's claws to destroy the boards and reveal the entrance. Enter the garage and look to your right. Find the journal sitting on a table and interact with it to read its contents. The Greased trophy unlocks after reading Callisto's journal.
Tip
You can also earn the Shish Kebab trophy shortly after this area, so it's worth grabbing both during the same mission.
Warning
Don't walk straight past the wooden boards while following the main objective. The garage is tucked away from the main path, making it easy to overlook. If you miss the journal, you can replay the mission through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story. Someone really should have told Callisto that writing "DO NOT ENTER" on a door is practically an invitation when Wolverine is nearby.

Trophy: Poseidon's Kiss
Activate the kissing toilet in the Tokyo bar bathroom
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Activate the kissing toilet inside the Sleep Kiss Bar during the Japan mission "Get Angry." During this mission, you'll participate in a large fight in a plaza involving a sniper. After the encounter, the story leads you into the Sleep Kiss Bar. Before continuing, take a little detour to discover one of the game's strangest interactions. Progress through "Get Angry" until you reach the Sleep Kiss Bar. Enter the bar and head downstairs. Find the bathroom. Look for the face mounted on the wall. Interact with the face to activate the kissing toilet. The toilet will begin playing music, and the Poseidon's Kiss trophy will unlock.
Warning
Make sure you visit the downstairs bathroom before leaving the bar. If you miss the interaction, you can replay the mission through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the story. Wolverine has survived explosions, deadly mutants, and countless assassination attempts. But nothing could have prepared him for a singing, kissing toilet. Some things are better left unexplained.

Trophy: Repressed Memories
Unlock the hidden memory in Nightmare Trials
Type: Gold
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete all 14 Nightmare Trials during the main story, then finish the secret 15th Trial, "Best There Is," to unlock Logan's hidden memory. Throughout Marvel's Wolverine, you'll discover Nightmare Doors containing combat and parkour challenges connected to Logan's troubled past. To unlock the final secret Trial, you'll first need to complete every Nightmare Door in the main campaign. Here's what you need to do: Find all 14 Nightmare Doors scattered throughout the story missions. Enter each door and complete its Nightmare Trial with at least a Bronze rating. Finish all 30 main story missions to unlock the post-game content. Enter the Nightmare Cabin and locate the secret 15th Trial, "Best There Is." Complete the secret Trial, which consists of 25 waves of enemies from the major factions encountered throughout the story. Finish the Trial and unlock Logan's hidden memory to earn the Repressed Memories trophy. The final Trial is a lengthy combat gauntlet, so expect a serious fight. Twenty-five waves of enemies is a lot, even for someone whose idea of conflict resolution involves six adamantium claws. Fortunately, you only need to complete the Trial. An Adamantium rating is not required.
Tip
Don't waste time chasing Adamantium ratings on all 14 original Nightmare Trials. Bronze is enough to unlock the secret challenge. For the final 25-wave gauntlet, focus on surviving, managing your Rage, and using Special Techniques when you're surrounded. If you decide to pursue the optional Adamantium rating, you'll need to earn 45,000 points.
Warning
The secret "Best There Is" Trial only becomes available after you've completed the main story and all 14 original Nightmare Trials. Simply discovering the Nightmare Doors isn't enough. You must finish their challenges with at least Bronze.

Trophy: That's Cheating
Free the stuffed animals from the claw machines
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Destroy the claw machines and free the stuffed animals during the Japan mission "In the Shadows." At the beginning of the mission, you'll enter an arcade. Apparently, even Wolverine gets to enjoy a little gaming between all the fighting. Here's what you need to do: Enter the arcade during "In the Shadows." Locate the machine at the back of the arcade and interact with it. This will reveal a hidden room containing several objects you can investigate. Investigate the objects to trigger a combat encounter. During or after the fight, destroy the claw machines to free the stuffed animals. Once you've destroyed the claw machines and released the stuffed animals, the That's Cheating trophy will unlock.
Tip
It's easier to deal with the enemies first and destroy the claw machines afterward. This lets you focus on finding and smashing the machines without being interrupted.
Warning
Make sure you destroy the claw machines before leaving the area. If you miss this trophy, you can replay "In the Shadows" through the Nightmare Cabin after completing the main story. Most people spend a fortune trying to win a stuffed animal from these machines. Logan just tears them apart. Honestly, that's probably the smartest way to beat a claw machine.

Encounter The Hand during the Madripoor mission "One Last Mission." During this mission, Logan encounters The Hand, a secretive mercenary organization whose traditional fighting methods contrast with the technologically advanced Reavers working under Trask. These warriors might prefer old-fashioned techniques over futuristic weapons, but that doesn't make them any less dangerous. Fortunately, Logan has ten very convincing arguments for anyone who wants to challenge him. Simply progress through the mission until you encounter The Hand to unlock the trophy naturally through the story.

Defeat the enemies, follow the mission objectives, and continue through the memory sequence until it concludes. The A Previous Life trophy unlocks automatically upon completing the mission. No additional requirements or special actions are needed. Just keep moving forward as Logan discovers that his past might be even more complicated than his anger management issues.

Trophy: A Sinister End
Defeat Essex
Type: Silver
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Defeat Essex during "A Sinister End," the final Japan mission and second-to-last mission of Marvel's Wolverine. Logan finally confronts Essex in Shinjuku, and this fight is anything but straightforward. Essex uses psychic abilities, illusions, doppelgangers, and devastating combinations to keep you guessing. The battle has four phases, each introducing new attacks and mechanics. By this point, Logan has dealt with plenty of dangerous enemies, but Essex clearly wants to make sure you remember this particular family reunion from hell. Phase 1 Essex relies on deceptive attack combinations, usually consisting of three consecutive strikes. Psychic Punch Combo: Essex charges a left hook surrounded by purple energy before suddenly dashing toward Logan. He follows with a quick right hook and finishes with a powerful psychic blast that has a longer wind-up animation. Psychic Swords: Essex can create swords using his purple energy. These combinations include an additional fourth attack, ending with a powerful downward strike. Illusions: Essex can create two doppelgangers to confuse you during the battle. Don't assume keeping your distance will protect you. Essex can quickly close the gap with his attacks. Use L1 to parry incoming strikes whenever possible, and Dodge Roll with Circle when you need to escape a dangerous combination. Continue attacking until you've removed approximately one-third of Essex's health. Phase 2 With roughly two-thirds of his health remaining, Essex introduces more aggressive attacks involving his doppelgangers. His most dangerous new move is a four-part combination: Essex summons a doppelganger to his right, which launches toward Logan surrounded by purple energy. A second doppelganger follows with another attack. The real Essex delivers a direct strike. All three descend together for a final overhead attack. Be patient and watch the entire combination before attempting to counterattack. Essex loves making you think he's finished attacking, only to introduce another version of himself. Apparently, one supervillain wasn't annoying enough. Continue damaging Essex until another third of his health is depleted. Phase 3 Once Essex has approximately one-third of his health remaining, the battle transitions into a climbing sequence involving a gigantic Sentinel. Jean helps Logan ascend the machine by moving objects into position, similar to the refinery escape during "Raise Some Hell." Follow the available climbing route and use Jean's assistance to reach the next encounter. After the following cutscene, the third phase begins. Psychic Restraint: Essex hovers in front of Logan, forcing you to slowly advance toward him. Continue moving forward until you break free. Red Lightning: Essex begins summoning red lightning directly onto Logan's position. Use Circle to Dodge Roll away from the targeted locations. Extended Doppelganger Combo: Essex's illusion-based laser combination now consists of five consecutive attacks. Keep dodging and defending until the entire sequence finishes. Stay mobile and avoid rushing into an attack while Essex is still performing a combination. Reduce his health to approximately 10% to trigger the final phase. Phase 4 With Essex nearly defeated, a cutscene plays before Logan enters Berserker Rage. Now it's Wolverine's turn to be the nightmare. Red visions of Essex surround Logan, and you'll need to fight through them to finish the battle. Attack the closest visions rather than chasing enemies across the arena. Use your Special Techniques to deal heavy damage and clear nearby threats. Press L2 + R2 to perform Critical Strikes whenever available. Continue attacking the visions to reduce Essex's remaining health. You don't need to defeat every vision individually. Each one contributes damage toward Essex's overall health, so focus on whichever enemies are easiest to reach. Once you've dealt enough damage, the encounter transitions into a final quick-time event. Complete the on-screen prompts to defeat Essex and unlock the A Sinister End trophy.
Tip
Essex's biggest advantage is his ability to extend attacks beyond what you expect. Learn to recognize his three-, four-, and five-hit combinations, and don't rush to counterattack before they're finished. During the final Berserker Rage sequence, prioritize nearby visions and use Critical Strikes to end the fight quickly. After everything Essex has put Logan through, it's finally time to settle the score.

Trophy: Berserker Unleashed
Fly into a Berserker Rage
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete the Berserker Rage encounter during the final Canada mission, "Something Much Stronger." During a scripted combat encounter, Logan unleashes his full fury and enters Berserker Rage. His Rage Meter will automatically fill completely, allowing you to tear through the enemies unfortunate enough to be standing nearby. It's Wolverine at his angriest, which is saying something considering his usual personality. Continue fighting until every enemy in the encounter has been defeated. Once the battle ends and the following cutscene begins, the Berserker Unleashed trophy will unlock automatically.
Tip
Don't worry if the trophy doesn't pop immediately when Berserker Rage activates. You must finish the entire encounter and trigger the following cutscene before it unlocks.

Trophy: Careful What You Wish For
Save "Walter"
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete the Fist Hand encounter during "In the Shadows," the fourth Japan mission. During this mission, you'll receive an objective in the top-right corner of the screen instructing you to "Defeat the Fist Hand." The Fist Hand is a powerful bruiser-type enemy, similar to those encountered earlier in "Raise Some Hell." It has considerable health and can unleash combinations of attacks that make getting too aggressive a dangerous idea. Unlike ordinary bruisers, this enemy also has a ranged attack that spits black bile toward Logan. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect in Japan. Keep your distance when you're not attacking, dodge incoming projectiles, and look for opportunities to strike between its attacks. Defeat the Fist Hand and complete the encounter to unlock the Careful What You Wish For trophy.
Tip
Don't stand at a distance waiting for the Fist Hand to approach. Its black bile attack means it can still threaten you from afar. Stay mobile, close the distance when it's safe, and punish openings rather than trading hits.

Trophy: Crash Course

Type: Bronze

Survive the plane crash during "Jetlag," the first Japan mission. During the flight, Logan and Jean's plane is attacked by ninjas from The Hand. Apparently, even flying isn't enough to escape people who want to fight Wolverine. After defeating the enemies inside the aircraft, Logan gets thrown out of the plane. You'll enter a quick-time event where you must slowly claw your way forward to climb back inside. Follow the on-screen button prompts to return to the aircraft, then finish dealing with the remaining members of The Hand. Once the enemies are defeated and the following cutscene involving Logan and Jean plays, the Crash Course trophy unlocks automatically.

Trophy: Had To Put Him Down
Defeat Sabretooth
Type: Silver
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Defeat Sabretooth during the Madripoor mission "Red Right Hand." Following a confrontation with Essex, Logan faces a Helix Engine-powered Sabretooth in a brutal battle between two mutants with powerful healing abilities. Sabretooth fights much like Wolverine, relying on vicious claw attacks, relentless aggression, and his own Healing Factor. The biggest challenge isn't just surviving his attacks. It's dealing damage quickly enough to stop him from recovering. Two angry mutants with healing powers and decades of unresolved issues. What could possibly go wrong? Phase 1 The battle begins on an abandoned street in Lowtown. Healing Factor: Sabretooth gradually regenerates health when you aren't keeping up the pressure. Stay aggressive and prevent him from recovering by building his Stagger Meter. Claw Attacks: Sabretooth uses close-range claw combinations. Press L1 to parry his regular attacks, build Stagger, and create openings for your own attacks. Special Techniques: Use your available Special Techniques alongside regular attacks and parries to increase his Stagger Meter and interrupt his healing. Unblockable Attacks: Watch for the red Circular Flare warning. Sabretooth can unleash unblockable physical attacks and throw objects toward Logan. Dodge Roll with Circle instead of attempting to parry. The key is balancing aggression with defense. Attack whenever possible, but don't get so carried away that Sabretooth turns Logan into a scratching post. Continue fighting until Sabretooth reaches approximately 25% health, triggering a series of story sequences. During the transition, Logan's vision becomes impaired, and you'll need to search for Sabretooth while dealing with the reduced visibility. Progress through this sequence until the battle moves to a temple. Phase 2 Sabretooth retains most of his previous attacks but introduces additional moves designed to catch you off guard. Pillar Pounce: Sabretooth occasionally jumps onto a nearby pillar before launching himself toward Logan. This attack is marked by a red Circular Flare and cannot be parried. Dodge Roll away with Circle. Ground Kick: Sabretooth kicks the ground to disrupt Logan's vision, making it harder to track his movements. Dodge away to avoid being caught off guard. Claw Combinations: His familiar close-range attacks remain dangerous. Continue parrying regular strikes and using Special Techniques to build Stagger and limit his healing. Keep the pressure on Sabretooth, avoid his unblockable attacks, and continue dealing damage until he's finally defeated. The Had To Put Him Down trophy unlocks automatically after winning the battle.
Tip
Don't play too defensively against Sabretooth. His Healing Factor can undo your progress if you spend too much time avoiding him. Parry his regular attacks, build Stagger, and punish openings with Special Techniques. The quicker you keep him staggered, the less time he'll have to heal. Turns out the best way to deal with a healing mutant is to keep giving him something to heal from.

Trophy: Hell Raisers
Destroy the Refinery
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete the mission "Raise Some Hell," the third Canada mission, by destroying Trask's refinery. During this mission, Logan continues his assault on Trask's operations, discovers a mysterious robot under construction, and encounters the mutant hostages from "The One That Got Away." You'll also encounter a new enemy type: Bruisers. These massive enemies have significantly more health than regular soldiers and can unleash several consecutive attacks before finishing with an unblockable red Circular Flare attack. Parry their regular attacks with L1 to build Rage, but be ready to double-tap Circle to dodge their unblockable finishers. Don't get greedy with your attacks. These guys hit like trucks, and unfortunately, they're built like them too. After rescuing the hostages, Logan and Jean Grey enter a room containing yellow terminals. Destroy the first yellow terminal to trigger the refinery's destruction sequence. As molten metal begins filling the room, climb toward higher ground. Follow Jean's assistance as she levitates objects into position, allowing you to jump across gaps and climb upward. Continue destroying the yellow terminals you encounter while ascending. After a story sequence involving Skullbuster, defeat the remaining enemy forces. Complete the final running escape sequence to get out of the collapsing refinery. The Hell Raisers trophy unlocks automatically after completing the refinery destruction sequence.
Tip
During the escape, pay attention to the objects Jean moves into position. They're your route forward, so follow them rather than searching for another path. Logan might be nearly indestructible, but taking a relaxing swim in molten metal still isn't a great idea.

Trophy: Hot Head
Hit Rage Tier 3
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Reach Rage Tier 3 during the main story mission "A Debt Repaid." Early in the game, Logan only has access to two Rage Tiers. During A Debt Repaid, Logan and Mystique will encounter a group of Trask's forces. As you approach the confrontation, Logan's Rage Meter will surge to Tier 3, automatically unlocking the trophy. Reaching Tier 3 also unlocks Critical Strikes, performed by pressing L2 + R2 against staggered, frightened, or low-health enemies. These brutal finishers instantly eliminate their targets and restore a small amount of Rage.
Tip
Keep fighting aggressively to maintain your Rage Meter. Critical Strikes help replenish Rage while making sure your enemies have a very bad day.

Trophy: Kicked the Bucket
Defeat the Sentinel Prototype
Type: Silver
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Defeat the Sentinel Prototype during "Mutant Detected," the second Madripoor mission. Remember that mysterious robot under construction at Trask's refinery? Well, it's finished, and unfortunately, nobody thought to install an off switch. The Sentinel Prototype is a massive, stationary boss that attacks with powerful arm swings, tracking eye lasers, and devastating attacks covering large portions of the arena. Phase 1 Your first objective is to damage the Sentinel while avoiding its attacks. Arm Swings: Watch for the Sentinel winding up its arms before attacking. Parry with L1 when possible, or use Circle to dodge out of danger. Eye Lasers: The Sentinel can fire tracking laser beams from its eyes. Keep moving and dodge to avoid being hit. Exposed Wires: Attack the Sentinel's arms until orange wires become exposed. When this happens, press L2 + R2 to perform a powerful Critical Strike against the damaged arm. Continue damaging the Sentinel until you've removed approximately 40% of its total health, triggering the second phase. Phase 2 The Sentinel introduces new attacks that cover much larger portions of the battlefield. Sweeping Arm Attack: The Sentinel raises an arm high into the air before slamming it onto one edge of the arena. It then sweeps the arm across the entire battlefield. Watch the wind-up and prepare to evade the sweeping attack. Rocket Barrage: The Sentinel targets large portions of the ground with rockets. Look for the orange targeting indicators and move into an area without them. These safe pockets are your best chance of surviving the barrage. Continue avoiding its attacks and exploiting opportunities to damage its arms until the Sentinel Prototype is defeated. The Kicked the Bucket trophy unlocks automatically after winning the battle.
Tip
Pay close attention to the orange indicators throughout this fight. Orange wires signal an opportunity for a Critical Strike, while orange markings on the ground warn you where rockets are about to land. One means attack, the other means get your furry backside out of there.

Trophy: Omega Dead
Defeat Omega Red
Type: Silver
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Defeat Omega Red during the mission "Last Meal," which begins after Logan leaps from Team X's VTOL near the end of "A Debt Repaid." Omega Red is your first major boss fight, and he's bringing a whole collection of Carbonadium tentacles to the party. The key to winning is learning when to parry, when to dodge, and when to get those claws swinging. Phase 1 Omega Red has several attacks you'll need to watch for: Tentacle Whips: He attacks from a distance using his tentacles. Press L1 to parry these attacks and build his Stagger Meter. Once staggered, he'll become vulnerable to your attacks. Red Aura Attacks: When you see a red circular flare, get out of the way! These attacks cannot be parried. He'll either swing both tentacles or throw barrels and other objects at you. Double-tap Circle to Dodge Roll. Tentacle Defense: Occasionally, Omega Red will raise his tentacles to protect himself. Hold Square to break through his defense, stagger him, and deal damage. Keep attacking between his moves, parry whenever it's safe, and avoid getting too greedy. Those tentacles have a longer reach than Logan's patience. Phase 2 After depleting Omega Red's health inside the building, the fight enters its second phase. He retains his previous attacks but introduces two new threats: Tentacle Grab: Omega Red winds up his tentacles before attempting to grab Logan. Dodge immediately when you see the red circular flare. If he catches you, you'll need to complete a Square quick-time event to escape. Unfortunately, the grab restores some of his health even if you break free. Debris Barrage: Once his health drops to approximately 50%, he'll begin throwing large chunks of debris in rapid succession. Keep Dodge Rolling until the entire barrage finishes. One dodge won't be enough. Continue parrying his normal attacks, dodging anything marked by a red flare, and attacking whenever he leaves himself vulnerable. Defeat Omega Red to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Focus on filling Omega Red's Stagger Meter through L1 parries rather than constantly attacking. If you're struggling with parry timing, double-tap Circle to Dodge Roll instead. Staying alive is more important than showing off, especially when your opponent has more tentacles than manners.

Trophy: Road Rage
Complete Canada Highway Chase
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete the Canada Highway Chase during the mission "The One That Got Away." After tracking down a mysterious red-haired mutant, Logan encounters Trask's security forces and discovers that Jean Grey is helping her friend Callisto. Unfortunately, Trask's forces have a truck full of mutant hostages, and Logan isn't exactly the type to let them drive away peacefully. Time for a motorcycle chase. Because apparently running enemies down with adamantium claws wasn't exciting enough. During the chase, you'll need to pursue Trask's vehicles while avoiding traffic and obstacles along the highway. Motorcycle controls: Left Stick: Steer left and right to avoid oncoming traffic and obstacles. R2: Accelerate to catch up with the enemy vehicles. L2: Brake when approaching dangerous sections or traffic. Square: Slash enemy vehicle tires with Wolverine's adamantium claws when close enough. As you catch up with Trask's vehicles, use Square to destroy their tires and eliminate the threats. Once you've dealt with the vehicles, the chase transitions into combat encounters on top of moving vehicles. Continue through these fights and complete the final quick-time events to finish the sequence. The Road Rage trophy unlocks automatically when the mission's highway chase concludes.
Tip
Focus on steering around traffic rather than holding R2 constantly. Use L2 to slow down when necessary, and watch for opportunities to slash enemy tires. Logan can regenerate from just about anything, but that doesn't mean you should test his motorcycle insurance.

Trophy: Struck Dead
Defeat Deathstrike
Type: Silver
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Defeat Deathstrike during the mission "Death's Match," the eighth Japan mission. During this mission, Logan confronts Yuriko Oyama, also known as Deathstrike, at Mount Haku. She's a deadly opponent who combines ranged energy slashes, electric traps, and vicious close-range attacks. She's got claws, you've got claws. Unfortunately, she's also got a few tricks that make this fight considerably more annoying than a regular family disagreement. Phase 1 The battle begins in a circular arena, where Deathstrike uses several attacks you'll need to recognize. Purple Energy Slashes: Yuriko launches purple slashes toward Logan from a distance. You can parry these attacks, but doing so will not increase her Stagger Meter. Electric Landmines: Yuriko leaps into the air and deploys electric mines around the arena. These attacks are marked by a red Circular Flare and cannot be parried. Dodge Roll away using Circle and move to another part of the arena until she approaches you. Close-Range Combos: Yuriko frequently performs three regular attacks followed by a yellow Reckless attack. Focus on intercepting and parrying her close-range attacks to build her Stagger Meter and create opportunities to deal damage. Continue attacking whenever you have a safe opening until Yuriko reaches approximately 50% health, triggering a cutscene and the second phase. Phase 2 Deathstrike becomes faster and switches to more aggressive claw-based attacks. Rapid Claw Combos: Yuriko unleashes several consecutive claw strikes. These regular attacks can be parried, allowing you to counter her aggression. Unblockable Combo Finishers: Unlike Phase 1, Yuriko now finishes her combinations with a red Circular Flare attack instead of a yellow Reckless attack. Watch for the red warning and Dodge Roll away using Circle rather than attempting another parry. Keep your attacks controlled, punish her openings, and avoid getting caught by her unblockable finishers. Once Deathstrike is defeated, the Struck Dead trophy unlocks automatically.
Tip
Focus on parrying Yuriko's close-range attacks rather than her purple ranged slashes, since the ranged attacks won't build her Stagger Meter. During Phase 2, be especially careful not to parry the final attack in her combos. The first few strikes might be manageable, but that last one is her way of reminding you that she also has anger issues.

Trophy: The Monster In Me
Survive the Helix Engine
Type: Bronze

Unlock Details
Survive the Helix Engine sequence during the Japan mission "Death Comes to Death." Following a dangerous encounter with Yuriko, Jean places Logan inside the Helix Engine to ensure his survival. Inside the Engine, Logan gains access to powerful Helix Claws and must battle shadowy figures resembling warriors from The Hand. During the encounter, you'll also have access to a powerful defensive shout by pressing R1. This ability sends nearby enemies flying backward, making it particularly useful whenever you're surrounded. Keep an eye on the ability's recharge indicator in the bottom-right corner of the screen so you know when it's available again. Fight through the shadow enemies and survive until the following cutscene begins. The Monster In Me trophy will unlock automatically.
Tip
Save your R1 shout for moments when several enemies surround you. It's an excellent way to create breathing room and avoid taking unnecessary damage. Even Wolverine needs a little personal space sometimes.

The good news is that nothing is missable, and there are no difficulty-related trophies. You can play on whichever difficulty you prefer, with the lowest difficulty offering the quickest route to the Platinum. Chapter Select is available after completing the story, so there's no need to stress about getting everything perfect on your first run.
There are 102 collectibles spread across 30 missions: 68 Material Crates, 20 Whisky Bottles, and 14 Nightmare Doors. Grab what you can as you progress, and start working toward combat trophies by practicing parries, using Tornado Spin and Helix Claws, and destroying XP Caches whenever you encounter them.
As the story progresses, you'll become more comfortable with Wolverine's abilities and have plenty of opportunities to work toward those combat trophies. Aim for 100 kills with Helix Claws, 75 kills with Tornado Spin, 500 parries, and 100 destroyed XP Caches. These are much less intimidating when you're making progress naturally instead of saving everything for one enormous cleanup session.
Keep collecting Material Crates and crafting suits as you go. You'll need to craft enough suits to fully upgrade your Health, reach Adaptation Level 10, and eventually reach Player Level 36. Continue gaining XP through combat and missions rather than worrying about grinding levels too early.
You'll also encounter Nightmare Doors, which feature combat and parkour challenges. There are 14 to discover during the main campaign. Complete each trial with at least a Bronze rating, since you'll need all 14 finished to unlock the final hidden memory after the story. You only need an Adamantium rating on one Nightmare Trial for its separate trophy, so don't spend hours trying to perfect every single challenge.
As you approach the final missions, focus on finishing the story while collecting any remaining Material Crates, Whisky Bottles, and Nightmare Doors you encounter. You'll earn the story-related trophies naturally, regardless of your chosen difficulty.
Pay attention to the miscellaneous trophies tied to specific locations and encounters. These include interacting with objects, using environmental hazards, and completing certain actions during combat encounters. Although nothing is permanently missable, handling these opportunities during your first visit can save you some mission replays later.
After completing the main story, the 15th secret Nightmare Trial becomes available in the Nightmare Cabin, provided you've completed the original 14 trials. Earn at least Bronze in this final trial to unlock the hidden memory and receive the Repressed Memories trophy. No need to chase Adamantium on this one either. Logan has suffered enough.
With the story finished, it's time to collect whatever remains between you and that shiny Platinum. From the main menu, access the Nightmare Cabin and interact with the bed to replay missions. This allows you to recover missed collectibles, finish combat requirements, and complete any miscellaneous trophies you skipped.
Check your remaining Material Crates, Whisky Bottles, and Nightmare Doors first. Then focus on unfinished combat trophies, particularly the 500 parries, 100 XP Caches, 100 Helix Claws kills, and 75 Tornado Spin kills. If you still need to reach Player Level 36 for Ultimate Predator, replaying missions and defeating enemies will help you earn the remaining XP. New Game+ also becomes available after completing the story.
The Platinum is estimated at 12–15 hours on the lowest difficulty, with higher difficulties potentially pushing completion closer to 20 hours. Since there's no difficulty trophy or permanently missable content, this is a very manageable Platinum. Finish your cleanup, earn I'm The Best There Is..., and enjoy adding another Platinum to your collection. Wolverine would probably celebrate by getting into another fight.
