Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gami.games and the services provided by Gami (“Gami,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Gami, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gami.

Gami provides gaming-related content and tools, including:

• Trophy Guides
• Roadmaps
• Platinum Walkthroughs
• Game information
• Trophy and game progress tracking
• Gamer Tags, private and optional public profiles, and profile customization
• Optional PlayStation trophy syncing
• Other gaming-related features

Some features are available without an account. Other features require a Gami account.

You may browse public Gami content without creating an account.

A free Gami account may be required for features such as:

• Saving trophy progress
• Bookmarking games
• Marking games completed
• Saving profile information
• Choosing a Gamer Tag and customizing your profile
• Enabling an optional public profile
• Syncing progress across devices
• Using optional PlayStation Sync
• Other account-based features

Gami accounts are free unless otherwise clearly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old to create or maintain a Gami account.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated information.

Public Gami content may still be viewed without creating an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Protecting access to your email and devices
• Activity that occurs through your account
• The profile information and content you choose to provide or display
• Not allowing others to misuse your account

You must notify Gami if you believe your account has been compromised.

Gami is not responsible for loss caused by your failure to protect your account credentials or devices.

Gami accounts have Gamer Tags and profile customization. Profiles are private by default. You can enable a public profile in Profile Settings; when enabled, people who visit its Gamer Tag URL can see the public profile content described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the Gamer Tag, featured games, profile choices, and other information or content you provide. Do not include information you do not want visible when your public profile is enabled.

You may not use profile information or gamer tags that:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Infringe another person’s rights
• Contain unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harassing content
• Promote fraud or malicious activity
• Misrepresent affiliation with Gami or another company

Gami may remove or restrict profile content that violates these Terms.

Gami provides optional PlayStation trophy syncing.

PlayStation Sync is not required to use Gami.

You may manually track trophies without connecting PlayStation.

When PlayStation Sync is enabled, Gami may use available PlayStation trophy information to verify or update supported trophy progress.

Connection requires verification through a temporary code placed in your PlayStation profile's public About Me field. Gami is independent of Sony and PlayStation and is not sponsored or endorsed by them.

PlayStation Sync may not support every game, platform, region, trophy set, or account configuration.

We do not guarantee that PlayStation data will always be available, complete, immediate, or error-free.

PlayStation service or access changes may interrupt, limit, or end Gami's ability to sync, even after an account is connected.

Gami does not ask for or store your PlayStation password.

You should never provide your PlayStation password to Gami.

If any person or service claiming to represent Gami asks you for your PlayStation password, do not provide it and contact us.

Gami combines manually tracked progress with verified PlayStation trophy data.

Manual progress and PlayStation-sourced progress may be handled differently.

For example, a trophy verified through PlayStation may remain marked as earned even if manual tracking controls would otherwise allow changes.

Gami may update how these systems work as the service develops.

Gami aims to provide useful and accurate gaming information.

However:

• Games can change through patches and updates
• Trophy requirements can differ between platforms or regions
• Information from third-party services may be delayed or incomplete
• Guides may contain mistakes
• Game mechanics may change over time

We do not guarantee that all game information, trophy requirements, walkthroughs, roadmaps, or related content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Use Gami as a gaming aid, not as a guaranteed source of official game information.

Gami may embed or link to videos and other content from third-party platforms such as YouTube.

That content is provided by third parties and may be changed, removed, restricted, or become unavailable.

Gami is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content.

You may not use Gami to:

• Break applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Gami or other accounts
• Interfere with site operation or security
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Use automated systems in a way that creates unreasonable load
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or account restrictions
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users
• Commit fraud
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities maliciously
• Reverse engineer protected parts of Gami except where legally permitted
• Use Gami to violate another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights

We may restrict access to users who violate these rules.

If you discover a security vulnerability, do not exploit it or access data that does not belong to you.

Gami’s original site design, branding, logos, written content, software, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Gami unless otherwise stated.

You may use Gami for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Gami’s original content without permission.

Game titles, trademarks, logos, artwork, screenshots, video content, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.

Use of third-party names or materials on Gami does not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Gami is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or other game publishers, developers, or platform owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for the Gamer Tag and profile information you submit, including content shown when you enable a public profile. Additional user-submitted content features may be added later.

You must have the right to post that content.

By submitting content to Gami, you may grant Gami the limited rights necessary to display, store, format, and operate that content as part of the service.

Additional rules may be provided if user-submitted content features are introduced.

We aim to keep Gami available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Gami may experience:

• Maintenance
• Bugs
• Downtime
• Network problems
• Hosting issues
• Third-party outages
• PlayStation service interruptions
• Database or authentication issues
• Feature changes

We may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Gami.

Gami is actively developed.

Features may be:

• Added
• Changed
• Renamed
• Limited
• Removed
• Replaced

We do not guarantee that any feature will remain available forever.

Where practical, we may provide notice of major changes that significantly affect users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse Gami or other users
• Attempt fraud
• Create security risks
• Use the service unlawfully
• Attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Misuse PlayStation Sync or other systems

In serious cases, access may be terminated without advance notice.

Users may delete their Gami account through available account controls.

Deleting your account may permanently remove saved progress, profile information, preferences, and other account-related information, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Account deletion cannot be undone unless otherwise stated.

Gami relies on or interacts with third-party services, which may include:

• Firebase
• Google
• PlayStation
• YouTube
• Vercel
• Other hosting, infrastructure, or authentication providers

Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Gami is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, policies, or actions.

Gami provides gaming-related information and tools.

Nothing on Gami is intended as legal, financial, medical, professional, or other regulated advice.

Gami is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gami makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Completeness
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility
• Security from all possible threats

We do not guarantee that Gami will always work perfectly or that every guide, trophy result, sync result, or feature will always be correct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gami will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Gami.

This may include loss related to:

• Lost progress
• Account access
• Data loss
• Service interruption
• Third-party service failures
• Incorrect game information
• Trophy sync problems
• Reliance on guide content

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of Gami, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Your use of Gami is also governed by the Gami Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

A normal Gami account is free. Gami Platinum is the name of a planned paid membership.

Gami Platinum terms, pricing, renewal and cancellation details, and any paid benefits will be disclosed at purchase once the membership is available.

We may update these Terms as Gami changes.

If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the site, account interface, email, or another appropriate method.

The effective date at the top of these Terms will show when the latest version became effective.

Continued use of Gami after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where relevant, the laws of the state in which Gami is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not waived by these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific Gami features, form the agreement between you and Gami regarding use of the service.
