Approach the display and look for the small control panel with a button in front of him. Press the button to start Huggy Wuggy's theme song, then stay nearby until the music finishes. The trophy will unlock once you've listened to the full tune.

Tip

Grab this trophy the first time you enter the room. It's one of the easiest trophies in the game, and Huggy is much more pleasant when he's standing still.

Warning

Don't walk away before the song finishes. Let the entire tune play to ensure the trophy unlocks.

Trophy: Avid Listener

Play every VHS tape

Unlock Details

Find and play all five VHS tapes scattered throughout Chapter 1. Each tape has a matching VHS player identified by its color. You must insert each tape into its corresponding player, but you don't need to watch the entire recording for it to count. The tapes can be collected across multiple playthroughs, so missing one doesn't mean you have to find all five again. All 5 VHS Tape Locations: 1. Green VHS Tape — Reception Area At the very beginning of the game, look on the right side of the reception desk in the entrance area. The green VHS tape is sitting on the desk, and its matching player is nearby. Pick up the tape and insert it into the green player before continuing deeper into the factory. 2. Blue VHS Tape — Security Room From the reception area, examine the colored toy train visible through the right-hand doorway to discover the security room's combination. Use the color sequence to open the locked door on the left side of reception. Inside the security room, locate the blue VHS tape and insert it into the blue player. This recording is part of obtaining your first GrabPack hand, so you'll naturally encounter it during the story. 3. Yellow VHS Tape — Storage Room Continue through the factory until you reach the storage area where you must collect four batteries to obtain the red GrabPack hand. Near the door you need to unlock, look along the left side of the room for a shelf you can walk behind. Behind this shelf is another shelving unit that has fallen over. The yellow VHS tape is resting on it, leaning against a box. Pick up the tape, then head through the nearby doorway to locate its matching yellow VHS player. 4. Pink VHS Tape — Make-A-Friend Room After obtaining the red GrabPack hand, progress until you reach the large toy manufacturing room. Look above the locked exit door where you'll eventually place the completed Cat-Bee toy. The pink VHS tape is positioned above this doorway. Use your GrabPack to retrieve it. To find the matching player, climb the stairs leading toward the upper electrical puzzle area. The pink VHS player is located along these stairs. Insert the tape before continuing with the manufacturing puzzle. 5. Gray VHS Tape — Final Corridor After escaping Huggy Wuggy, continue along the final path toward the room marked by the large red flower. Near the end, the route splits. The left path leads toward the chapter's ending, while the right path leads to the final VHS recording. Follow the right path to locate the last tape and its matching player. Insert the recording to finish the collection. Once all five recordings have been played, Avid Listener will unlock.

Tip

Collect and play each tape as soon as you encounter it. The yellow and pink tapes are the easiest to overlook because they're positioned away from the most obvious route.

Warning

Don't rush into the final room before checking the right-hand path for the last tape. If you miss a recording, you'll need to revisit it during another playthrough.

Trophy: Made-A-Friend

Assemble and obtain the Cat-Bee toy

Unlock Details

You'll unlock this trophy by creating the Cat-Bee toy in the Make-A-Friend manufacturing room. Once you enter the room, head toward the scaffolding in the back-left corner and climb to the upper walkway. Here, you'll need to solve a power-routing puzzle using your GrabPack. Pull the movable bridge toward you and cross it. Reposition the bridge from the opposite side, then route the electrical connection around the power pylons until it reaches the receiver. With power restored, return to the factory floor and activate the manufacturing equipment using the start button. Pull the illuminated levers beside the machinery to begin production. Wait for the machine to finish assembling the Cat-Bee toy, then pick it up from the output area to unlock the trophy.

Tip

The movable bridge is the key to the electrical puzzle. If your connection keeps breaking, reposition the bridge before trying to reach the next pylon.

Trophy: Narrow Escape

Escape from Huggy Wuggy

Type: Silver

Unlock Details

After creating the Cat-Bee toy, place it in the scanner beside the exit door to unlock the next area. Huggy Wuggy will begin chasing you shortly afterward. Run into the conveyor tunnels and follow the available passages, crouching through low openings whenever necessary. Keep moving through the tunnels until you encounter a large closing barrier near the end of the chase. Crouch and move through the opening as soon as there's enough space. Eventually, you'll emerge onto an elevated walkway. Turn around and look above the approaching Huggy Wuggy for a large suspended box. Fire your GrabPack hand at the box and pull it down. The falling box will knock Huggy Wuggy off the walkway, ending the chase and unlocking the trophy.

Tip

Focus on following the open path rather than looking behind you. Huggy is already providing enough motivation to keep moving.

Warning

Huggy Wuggy can kill you if you fall too far behind. During the chase, keep moving and crouch through obstacles promptly.

Complete Chapter 1 by reaching the final room. After escaping Huggy Wuggy, follow the elevated walkways and corridors until you reach a wall marked with a large red flower. Enter the passage beneath the flower and continue along the path until you reach a room containing a glass display case. Open the case to trigger the chapter's ending and unlock the trophy.

Tip

Before entering the final room, make sure you've played the last VHS tape if you're also working toward Avid Listener.

Trophy: Use Responsibly

Complete the GrabPack

Type: Silver

Unlock Details

Obtain both the blue and red hands for your GrabPack as part of the main story. You'll receive the blue hand near the beginning after opening the security room using the color code found on the toy train. Play the blue VHS tape inside, then collect the hand from the equipment display. Later, you'll enter a storage area containing four batteries. Search the shelves and surrounding floor for all four, then insert them into the nearby power station. This activates the machinery that delivers the red hand. Collect the red hand to complete your GrabPack and unlock the trophy.

Tip

Check both the upper and lower shelves when searching for batteries. Some are tucked into spots that are easy to overlook.
