How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by successfully uploading three daemons in a single Breach Protocol puzzle. You need to start a breach and solve the code so three daemon sequences are completed in one attempt. On PS4 and older versions, Breach Protocol is used on devices like cameras. Having a larger buffer makes this much easier, so using an operating system with more buffer space helps a lot. Starting a breach on a camera is fine, but you only get one attempt per device, so saving beforehand lets you retry if the sequence goes wrong.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating three enemies with a single Detonate Grenade quickhack. You first need access to the Detonate Grenade quickhack and enough RAM to activate it, then you need to use it on a tightly grouped set of enemies so the explosion takes all three at once. The cleanest method is looting the Detonate Grenade quickhack from netrunners in Pacifica. These enemies respawn, so if it does not drop right away, leave the area and come back until you get it. Once you have the quickhack, equip it in your operating system cyberware. On PS4, lower RAM setups are usually enough. On PS5, this trophy can be missable because Detonate Grenade requires very high RAM, so you must build into RAM boosting cyberware and an operating system that supports it before attempting the hack. After the quickhack is equipped and usable, find three enemies standing close together, scan one of them, and activate Detonate Grenade. Wait for the explosion to finish the group. Make a manual save beforehand, especially on PS5, because this setup requires commitment and the timing can be a little unforgiving. Once the explosion drops all three, the trophy unlocks immediately.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating three enemies in very quick succession using a revolver or pistol while fighting up close. All three takedowns need to happen within a few seconds, and you must be right in their space when you do it. This often unlocks naturally during Johnny Silverhand’s sections, since his revolver is extremely strong and enemies tend to rush you. If you miss it there, equip a solid pistol or revolver, drop the difficulty to make things more forgiving, and look for a small group of enemies standing close together. Get in close, line them up, and finish them quickly before they can scatter. The trophy can be a little inconsistent, so if it does not pop right away, try again with a tighter group or even faster timing. When it registers correctly, it unlocks immediately and is over before you even realize it happened.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks when you shoot an enemy grenade out of the air using a revolver before it hits the ground. You just need a revolver equipped and an enemy willing to throw a grenade at you. Find a group of enemies and stay in combat long enough for one of them to toss a grenade. When it happens, watch for the grenade as it leaves their hand and shoot it midair with the revolver. Time slowing cyberware makes this much easier, since it gives you a clean window to line up the shot without panic aiming. The trophy can be a little buggy, so it may take a few tries. Make a manual save beforehand and reset if needed. Once the shot connects and the grenade explodes early, the trophy pops immediately and you are done.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by completing every Cyberpsycho Sighting across Night City. These are special gigs marked on the map that task you with neutralizing a cyberpsycho and then reporting back to Regina. There are seventeen total, spread across most districts, and all of them must be finished for the trophy to unlock. Each sighting counts as complete once the cyberpsycho is dealt with and the follow up objective is finished, usually involving scanning clues and sending the report. You do not need to kill them, and incapacitating them works just fine. Take your time during each encounter and make sure the mission fully closes before moving on. Nothing here is missable and you can clean these up at any point in the game. Once the final Cyberpsycho Sighting is completed, the trophy unlocks immediately. It is a long haul, but if you treat them as part of your regular map cleanup, it never feels overwhelming.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by using the Distract Enemies quickhack thirty times without being detected. You must be in stealth for it to count, since the quickhack will not work once combat starts. While sneaking, enter scan mode and target nearby devices like TVs, cameras, or vending machines that enemies are close to. Use Distract Enemies to pull their attention without alerting them. As long as the enemy stays unaware, the use counts toward the total. You can farm this safely by distracting the same enemy repeatedly, waiting for your RAM to recharge each time. There is no time pressure and progress carries over, so take it slow and keep things quiet. Once the thirtieth successful distraction registers, the trophy unlocks.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating an enemy shortly after they throw a grenade at you. The key is that the grenade must come from them first, and then you finish them before the moment passes. The easiest setup is to leave one weaker enemy alive during a fight and stay in combat until they throw a grenade. As soon as it leaves their hand, take them out with whatever weapon you like. If it does not register, reload and try again, since this one can be a little inconsistent. It is a very quick trophy once the setup is right. Stay calm, bait the throw, and end it cleanly.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating two enemies with a Superhero Landing while Berserk cyberware is active. You need a Berserk operating system equipped, then you have to drop from a higher position onto enemies while Berserk is turned on so the impact does the work. Find a small group of enemies standing close together near stairs, ledges, or rooftops. Activate Berserk, jump or drop from above, and land directly on them to trigger the slam. On PS5, make sure you are using a blunt weapon if your Berserk requires it, then perform the landing attack as you hit the ground. Positioning matters more than damage, so lining up the drop is the key. This trophy can be a little buggy, so making a manual save beforehand saves frustration. Once the landing downs two enemies in a single impact, the trophy unlocks immediately. It can take a couple of tries, but once the setup is right, it is over fast.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating fifty enemies while time is slowed. You need a cyberware implant that triggers time slowdown, then all takedowns that happen during that slowed window count toward the total. Any time slowing implant works, as long as the effect is active when the enemy goes down. One of the easiest options is an implant that slows time when you aim, dodge, or slide, since it can be triggered constantly during normal combat. Equip it, then play normally and make sure you activate the slowdown before finishing enemies. There is no rush with this one, and progress carries across the entire playthrough. If you build the habit of triggering the slowdown before kills, the number climbs faster than you expect. Eventually the trophy pops on its own, usually without needing a dedicated grind.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks after killing or incapacitating three hundred enemies using ranged weapons. Any gun counts, including pistols, rifles, shotguns, snipers, and everything in between, and you can freely switch weapon types without resetting progress. This one progresses naturally as you play through jobs, gigs, and scanner hustles. There is no need to farm it aggressively unless you rush past combat often. Just keep using guns as your main tools and the number climbs steadily in the background. By the time you are clearing districts or working on other combat trophies, you are usually most of the way there already. Stick with ranged weapons consistently and this one takes care of itself without extra effort.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks after killing or incapacitating one hundred enemies using melee weapons. Any melee weapon counts, and you can freely swap between types without affecting progress. This works best if you commit to melee for a stretch instead of mixing styles constantly. Jobs, gigs, and scanner hustles provide more than enough enemies, especially in tighter spaces where melee shines. You do not need to rush or farm anything specific, just keep finishing enemies up close. If you stick with melee while clearing districts or side content, this trophy comes naturally. It feels grindy on paper, but in practice it fills in faster than you expect once you lean into it.

How to Unlock

This trophy unlocks by killing or incapacitating two enemies with a single sniper rifle shot. The easiest way to do this is with a tech sniper rifle, since those shots can be charged to punch through targets lined up behind each other. Lowering the difficulty helps a lot, since enemies go down faster and the shot is more forgiving. Look for two enemies standing close together or walking in a straight line, line up their heads, charge the shot, and fire once. Positioning matters more than aim here, so take a second to wait for them to line up instead of rushing it. The trophy can be a little inconsistent, especially on newer versions, so do not be discouraged if it does not pop on the first try. Reset and repeat the setup if needed. When it registers correctly, the trophy unlocks immediately and you are done.

How to Unlock

This trophy is earned by killing or incapacitating the enemy who takes you down after you revive with the Second Heart implant. You need to have Second Heart installed so it automatically brings you back when your health hits zero, then you have five seconds to get revenge on the same enemy. After equipping Second Heart, find a small group of enemies and clear everyone except one. Let that enemy kill you on purpose. When Second Heart triggers and you stand back up, immediately take them out before the five second window ends. Weakening the enemy beforehand helps a lot, since you want the kill to be instant once you revive. Make a manual save before attempting this, especially on PS4 where it can be missable and on PS5 where it can be a little buggy. When it works, the trophy pops right away. This one sounds scarier than it is, and once you control the setup, it is over in seconds.
