Trophy: 7 Days Later
Complete seven Challenges.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Complete seven weekly Challenges. You receive one weekly Challenge starting each Monday. These are generally longer or more demanding than daily Challenges, but the idea is the same: complete the listed objectives before the weekly reset. Objectives can include killing certain monsters multiple times, getting headshots or melee kills, investigating Clues, or extracting bounty tokens across several matches. You have the full week to finish each one, so there is no need to rush. Complete seven weekly Challenges in total and the trophy is yours.
Tip
Check the weekly Challenge early in the week so you can work on it naturally alongside your other trophy progress instead of trying to cram everything in at the end.

Trophy: All In A Day's Work
Complete a Challenge.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Complete one daily Challenge. You receive one daily Challenge each day, and they are usually simple objectives that can be finished within one or two matches. Challenges can involve things like killing certain monsters, collecting Clues, or extracting bounty tokens a set number of times. If you get a Challenge you do not feel like doing, you can simply wait until the next day for a different one. This should come naturally long before the Platinum, so there is no need to go out of your way for it.

Trophy: Clairvoyant
Locate a Boss Target without investigating any clue.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Locate a contract target without investigating any Clues first. You can earn this naturally by stumbling across a boss lair before collecting any Clues, but if you want to force it, simply move through the named areas of the map and check each one. Use Dark Sight while searching. If the boss is nearby, its marker will glow white. Boss lairs are usually found inside one of the larger buildings or catacomb-style areas. You do not need to kill the boss. Simply locating and entering the lair without investigating a Clue first is enough.
Tip
Ignore Clues completely while attempting this trophy. The second you investigate one, that match is no longer useful for Clairvoyant.

Trophy: Debut
Kill your first enemy Hunter.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Kill your first enemy Hunter. Enemy Hunters are other players, so you only need to get one PvP kill for this trophy. This will likely be one of the first trophies you unlock. You do not need a special weapon, mode, or setup — just win a fight against another player and the trophy should pop shortly afterward.

Trophy: Easier than Mining Sulphur
Absorb at least 250 energy from the Wellspring in Soul Survivor.
Type: Silver
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Absorb at least 250 energy from the Wellspring in Soul Survivor. To do this, you need to close all four Rifts quickly enough to activate the Wellspring while it still has plenty of energy remaining. The Wellspring starts at 450 energy and begins draining as soon as the match starts at roughly 1 energy every 1.5 seconds. That gives you about five minutes to seal all four Rifts, activate the Wellspring, and then stay alive long enough to absorb at least 250 energy. You do not need to win the match. Once you have absorbed 250 energy, the trophy should be secured even if another Hunter kills you afterward. So yes, you are allowed to celebrate for approximately three seconds before getting shot through a wall.
Tip
Prioritize Rift speed over looting. Use Dark Sight constantly, move straight toward the next Rift, and avoid unnecessary fights until the Wellspring is active.
Warning
There must still be at least one other player alive while you are absorbing the energy. If you are the only Hunter left when the Wellspring activates, its energy will drop to around 6 and the match will end almost immediately. The same thing can happen if the last remaining opponent dies after you activate it, which prevents you from absorbing the required 250 energy.

Trophy: Fifty Shades of Survival
Get a Hunter to level 50.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Get a single Hunter to level 50. This should come naturally while working toward Five-Ace Hand, which requires five level 50 Hunters at the same time. The important part is keeping one Hunter alive across enough successful matches to reach level 50. If they die, that Hunter and all of their accumulated levels are lost, so survival matters just as much as earning EXP.
Tip
If a match starts going badly, extracting early can be the smarter move. Keeping a high-level Hunter alive is more valuable than forcing one extra fight and losing everything.

Trophy: First Come, First Served
Be the first to activate the Wellspring in Soul Survivor.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Be the first player in a Soul Survivor match to activate the Wellspring. You activate the Wellspring by closing four Rifts. For this trophy, you simply need to beat everyone else to all four. The trophy unlocks as soon as the Wellspring activates for you, so you do not need to defend it, survive the match, or win afterward.
Tip
Focus completely on finding Rifts with Dark Sight and keep moving. Do not get distracted by every gunfight along the way unless another Hunter is directly blocking your route. You should naturally get this while working toward Sealed and Secured, since closing 250 Rifts gives you plenty of chances to win the race to four.

Trophy: Five-Ace Hand
Have 5 level 50 Hunters at the same time.
Type: Silver
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Have five level 50 Hunters in your roster at the same time. This is one of the toughest trophies in the game because every Hunter has to survive long enough to reach level 50, and you need five of them alive at once. Reaching level 50 generally takes around 5–7 matches depending on how much EXP you earn from Hunter kills, monsters, bosses, banishes, and bounty extractions. Once a Hunter reaches level 50, stop using them. Park them safely in your roster and start leveling another one. Repeat until you have five. EXP earned by teammates is shared, which makes duos and trios extremely useful. If your teammate gets several Hunter kills while you get none, you still receive the same match EXP. You do not have to be the hero every single game, which is probably good news for your blood pressure. Different enemies and objectives award different amounts of EXP. Regular Grunts give very little, while tougher monsters and PvP kills are much more valuable. Boss kills, banishes, and extracting bounty tokens can also give large chunks of EXP. You can extract at any time, even shortly after the match begins. If your teammate dies, the area becomes too dangerous, or your Hunter is already carrying a lot of valuable progress, there is nothing wrong with heading for the exit. Sometimes the bravest tactical decision is running away very, very efficiently.
Tip
Play in duos or trios whenever possible so you benefit from your teammates' kills and progress. Once a Hunter reaches level 50, retire them from active duty and use a different Hunter. You start with five Hunter slots, but additional slots can be purchased with Blood Bonds up to a total of 10. Extra slots make it easier to keep finished level 50 Hunters safely parked while you work on the others. Weapons also gain their own progression through use. For example, weapon variants and modifications can require EXP earned with that specific weapon, so sticking with equipment you like can help you make progress in more than one system at once.
Warning
Do not retire any of your level 50 Hunters until Five-Ace Hand unlocks. Also avoid Prestiging while working on this trophy. Prestiging removes your owned Hunters, which means your carefully assembled group of level 50 survivors disappears along with your dreams. Hunt is not a run-and-gun shooter. Reloads are slow, mistakes are expensive, and charging into every fight like it is Call of Duty is an excellent way to donate another Hunter to the swamp. Play patiently, pick your fights, and protect high-level Hunters whenever possible.

Trophy: Initiation Complete
Complete Trainee Mode.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Complete Trainee Mode by progressing through your first 10 Bloodline ranks. You need a total of 5,300 EXP to reach Bloodline rank 11 and leave Trainee Mode. During these opening ranks, you cannot permanently lose your Hunters, so use this time to learn the maps, combat, Dark Sight, and the general rhythm of a match without stressing over every mistake. Enjoy it while it lasts — Hunt takes the safety rails off pretty quickly. You should reach rank 11 within roughly 4–6 matches if you are earning a decent amount of EXP.
Tip
Experiment with weapons and learn the basic systems during Trainee Mode. Once you leave it, dying becomes considerably more expensive.

Trophy: Jack of All Trades
Have 15 traits on a Hunter at the same time.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Have 15 traits on a single Hunter at the same time. Traits are permanent upgrades you can buy for a Hunter using trait points. You earn one trait point each time that Hunter gains a level, and traits can cost anywhere from 1 to 8 points. Since 15 is the maximum number of traits one Hunter can hold, you will need to completely fill every trait slot. This will often happen naturally while leveling a Hunter toward level 50. By then, you should have plenty of trait points to work with. If you want the trophy earlier, focus on buying cheaper traits that cost around 1–3 points each. Doing that can let you reach 15 traits somewhere around Hunter level 30–40 instead of waiting all the way until level 50.
Tip
Tier 2, Tier 3, and Legendary Hunters can already come with 2–3 random traits when recruited, which gives you a nice head start. There is no need to build the world's greatest Hunter here. For this trophy, quantity beats quality. Fifteen bargain-bin traits still count just as much as fifteen expensive ones.

Trophy: Live to Fight Another Day
Survive Soul Survivor.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Survive a Soul Survivor match while holding the Wellspring when its energy fully depletes. You can become the Wellspring carrier in two ways: close four Rifts and activate it yourself, or kill the current carrier and take control of it. Once you have the Wellspring, stay alive until all of its remaining energy is gone. You do not necessarily need to be the final Hunter alive in the match — you only need to still be holding the Wellspring when the timer reaches the end. That said, removing the competition certainly makes defending it easier. Difficult to lose the Wellspring when there is nobody left to take it.
Tip
Once you become the carrier, pick a defensible position and pay attention to entrances, windows, and sound cues. Everyone knows where the Wellspring is, so expect company. This should come naturally during the Sealed and Secured grind, since you will be playing plenty of Soul Survivor matches while closing those 250 Rifts.

Trophy: Sightseeing in the South
Visit every Lawson Delta location in one mission.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Visit every named location in Lawson Delta during a single mission. Open the map with the Touch Pad and use the named areas as your checklist. You do not need to enter every building or walk deep into each compound. It is enough to get close enough for the location name to appear on screen. The important part is doing all of them in one match. The trophy should unlock as soon as the final Lawson Delta location registers.
Tip
Go for this deliberately rather than hoping it happens naturally. A normal Bounty Hunt match usually will not give you enough reason, or enough time, to wander across the entire map. Plan a route that takes you from one side of Lawson Delta to the other and get as close to each named location as you reasonably can before moving on.
Warning
All locations must be visited in the same mission. Progress does not carry between matches.
Trophy: Swamp Tourist
Visit every Stillwater Bayou location in one mission.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Visit every named location in Stillwater Bayou during a single mission. Just like Sightseeing in the South, open the map with the Touch Pad and work your way through every named area in Stillwater Bayou. You do not need to fully explore each location or enter specific buildings. Get close enough for the location name to appear on screen, then move on to the next one. The trophy unlocks once every Stillwater Bayou location has registered during the same match.
Tip
Treat this as a dedicated sightseeing run instead of trying to squeeze it into a normal match. Pick an efficient route across the map and keep moving. For once, the objective in Hunt is not "kill everything that moves." It is basically a very dangerous swamp road trip.
Warning
Every location must be visited in one mission. If the match ends before you reach them all, you will need to start over.
Trophy: To The Bitter End
Be the last Hunter standing in Soul Survivor.
Type: Silver
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Be the last Hunter alive in a Soul Survivor match and activate the Wellspring. Unlike Live to Fight Another Day, this trophy specifically requires you to be the final surviving player. Once everyone else is dead, make sure the Wellspring is activated or the trophy will not unlock just from being the last person standing. If you still need Live to Fight Another Day, earning this trophy should also cover that requirement at the same time.
Tip
Do not leave the Wellspring requirement until the very end and assume being the last Hunter alive is enough. You still need to activate it before the match finishes. You will get plenty of chances while working toward Sealed and Secured, so there is no need to force this in your first few Soul Survivor matches. Eventually the stars will align, everyone else will be dead, and for once the swamp will be suspiciously peaceful.

Trophy: Vestal Contract
Complete your first Bounty Hunt contract.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Complete your first Bounty Hunt contract by successfully extracting with at least one bounty token. That means finding and killing a boss, banishing it, collecting one of the bounty tokens, and making it out alive. You do not need to clear everything on the map or carry multiple tokens — one successful extraction with a bounty is enough. This should be one of your earliest trophies and will come naturally once you start playing Bounty Hunt.

Trophy: Welcome to Tier 2
Unlock Bloodline Tier 2.
Type: Bronze
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Reach Bloodline rank 34 to unlock Bloodline Tier 2. You need a total of 17,800 EXP to reach this point. Bloodline EXP is earned as you continue playing matches, so there is no special method required here. Keep hunting, keep extracting when you can, and the trophy will unlock naturally as your overall rank increases.

Trophy: Welcome to Tier 3
Unlock Bloodline Tier 3.
Type: Silver
Category: Online
Unlock Details
Reach Bloodline rank 67 to unlock Bloodline Tier 3. This requires a total of 51,800 EXP. By the time you reach this rank, you should be very familiar with how Hunt works — or at least very familiar with hearing one suspicious branch snap and immediately assuming somebody is aiming at your head. Continue playing matches and earning Bloodline EXP until rank 67.

Trophy: Bloodline Peak
Unlock Bloodline rank 100.
Type: Gold
Category: Grind

Trophy: Centennial Contractor
Complete 100 Bounty Hunt contracts
Type: Gold
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Complete 100 Bounty Hunt contracts by successfully extracting bounty tokens. Each boss drops two bounty tokens. If you and your team extract both tokens from one boss, that counts as +2 progress for everyone on the team. You do not need to be the player who kills or banishes the boss. The only thing that matters for this trophy is getting the bounty tokens out of the match successfully. One player can only carry one token from a single boss at a time, so you need at least a duo if you want to extract both tokens from one boss. You can carry two tokens at once if they come from two different bosses. If a match has two bosses and your team manages to extract all four bounty tokens, that gives you +4 progress in a single match. That is about as efficient as this grind gets.
Tip
Play duos or trios whenever possible and prioritize successful extractions over unnecessary fights once you already have bounty tokens. This will probably be one of your final trophies, but it is more of a time investment than a difficulty wall. Keep banking contracts and eventually the number hits 100.

Trophy: Convalescent Home
Retire 25 Hunters
Type: Bronze
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Retire 25 Hunters. A Hunter can be retired once they reach level 25. Retiring them permanently removes that Hunter from your roster, but you receive 100 Bloodline EXP for every level they had. That means a level 25 Hunter gives you 2,500 Bloodline EXP when retired. You can start doing this as soon as you have eligible Hunters, but there is a very good reason to be patient. Five-Ace Hand requires you to have five level 50 Hunters alive at the same time, so retiring promising Hunters too early can make that trophy take longer than it needs to.
Tip
Work on Five-Ace Hand first, then start retiring Hunters once you no longer need to protect your five level 50 survivors. After that, every retirement becomes progress instead of a potential regret.
Warning
Retired Hunters are gone for good. Make sure you are not retiring someone you still need for Five-Ace Hand.

Trophy: Deadeye
Kill 100 enemy Hunters with headshots
Type: Gold
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Kill 100 enemy Hunters with headshots. This will likely be one of the final trophies standing between you and the Platinum. Headshots against enemy Hunters are always deadly, but landing 100 of them consistently is much easier said than done. There is no tracker for your total headshot kills, and there is no big visual notification telling you that the kill counted. Headshots do have a distinct sound, though — basically the world's least appetizing watermelon. Scoped weapons can make this much easier. Deadeye and Marksman scopes give you a clearer view at range and let you line up shots without having to get dangerously close. Melee weapons do not count. Even if you smack someone directly in the head and kill them instantly, it will not register as a headshot for this trophy. Try different weapon types and stick with whatever feels most comfortable. Hunt has bolt-action rifles, repeating rifles, revolvers, pistols, shotguns, and more, and not all of them are equally useful for consistently landing headshots. You can also experiment with the Mosin-Nagant M1891 Avtomat. It is fully automatic and kicks hard, but at close range that recoil can sometimes work in your favor and send follow-up shots upward into the head.
Tip
Make aiming for the head your default habit from the beginning of the game instead of saving this for the end. Every headshot you land naturally is one less you need to grind later. Scoped rifles are especially useful if you are more comfortable taking deliberate shots from range.
Warning
Melee head kills do not count toward Deadeye. The killing blow needs to register as a firearm headshot.

Trophy: In the Footsteps of Flaxman Low
Investigate 250 Clues
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Investigate a total of 250 Clues in Bounty Hunt. Each boss has three Clues connected to it, so a match with one boss gives you up to three Clues and a match with two bosses can give you up to six. Use Dark Sight to locate them. A normal Clue glows blue. If an enemy Hunter is nearby, the Clue becomes much louder and glows red instead, which is Hunt's polite little way of saying, "Maybe don't stroll in here like you own the place." If another player has already investigated a Clue, it will have a black hole in the middle. The important thing to know is that once you locate a boss, any remaining Clues tied to that boss can no longer be investigated during that match. If there are two bosses, the other boss's Clues will still be available. When playing in duos or trios, everyone on the team gets credit when one teammate investigates a Clue, so you do not personally need to interact with all 250.
Tip
Do not go out of your way to grind this early. You will investigate a huge number of Clues while working on contracts, boss kills, Hunter levels, and the other long-term trophies. If you are close to a boss but still need Clue progress, consider grabbing the remaining Clues first. Accidentally discovering the boss can lock you out of those Clues for that match.

Trophy: Lone Wolf
Kill 50 Boss Targets Solo
Type: Gold
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Kill a total of 50 contract targets in Bounty Hunt. Despite the trophy description, you do not have to play solo. Duos and trios count too. The important part is that you personally land the killing blow on the boss. Your teammates can help damage it, but if they get the final hit, that kill will not count toward this trophy. Since bosses are the main objective of Bounty Hunt, you will make steady progress while working on everything else. You also do not need to banish the boss or extract with the bounty afterward — the kill itself is enough. The four bosses covered in the supplied information are The Butcher, The Spider, The Assassin, and Scrapbeak. The Butcher is slow but hits extremely hard and deals fire damage. Keep your distance, avoid standing in burning areas, and be careful when it dies because it performs one final sweep attack before collapsing for good. The Spider moves much faster and deals poison damage. Its pounce is especially dangerous because it hits hard, poisons you, and can leave you exposed to follow-up attacks. Fire works well against it, so lamps and Molotovs are useful options. The Assassin can move quickly and is invulnerable while traveling around in its bug form. Wait until it exposes itself before attacking. Its hits can cause bleeding, and it can create copies of itself during the fight. Those copies are easy to kill, but damaging them does not reduce the boss's actual health. Scrapbeak works a little differently because there are no supplies around its lair. Instead, it drops ammo, health, lootboxes, and melee weapons as it takes damage. Be careful with explosives, because they can destroy those dropped supplies. Scrapbeak also uses a melee weapon and scatters concertina around the area as it moves.
Tip
Explosives can deal heavy damage to every boss, and a well-placed Big Dynamite Bundle can potentially finish one very quickly. The Bomb Lance is another strong option. Its explosive shots hit hard, and its melee attacks can deal serious damage. Combined with stamina shots, it can even help keep faster bosses like The Assassin or The Spider under control. If you are playing with teammates, tell them when you need the final hit. Nothing hurts quite like doing 99% of the work and watching your friend casually bonk the boss for the kill credit.
Warning
Only the player who lands the killing blow receives progress toward Lone Wolf. Team damage helps, but team kill credit does not.

Trophy: Louisiana Fried Chicken
Burn 50 chicken coops
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Burn 50 chicken coops. This can be one of the more annoying trophies because chicken coops only appear at certain locations, and even when a coop spawns, chickens are not guaranteed to be inside. Dogs can spawn there instead, and those do not count. You specifically need to find a coop containing chickens. Once you find one, shoot the small lamp above the coop. The lamp will ignite the enclosure, kill the chickens, and count toward the trophy. Do this a total of 50 times.
Tip
Check chicken coop locations whenever you pass through a compound instead of making this your only objective. The random spawns make it much less painful when you chip away at it naturally.
Warning
You must ignite the coop by shooting the lamp above it. Molotovs or other fire sources will not count. And yes, by the time this trophy unlocks, you may have developed an entirely unreasonable grudge against chickens.

Trophy: Master Headhunter
Recruit 100 Hunters
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Recruit a total of 100 Hunters. You recruit Hunters from the Recruitment menu, and all three recruitment types count toward the trophy. Recruits are the most common option. Four Hunters are normally available at a time: one free Hunter and three that cost Hunt Dollars. Early in the game you will only see Tier 1 Hunters, but Tier 2 and Tier 3 recruits become available as your Bloodline rank increases. You can reshuffle the available recruits if you do not like the current selection. Your first reshuffle is free, while additional reshuffles cost 25 Blood Bonds. The free reshuffle refreshes after every match, so there is usually no reason to burn Blood Bonds just to speed this trophy up. Soul Survivors also count. These are Hunters you successfully save by winning Soul Survivor matches. They can come with 1–4 random traits depending on how many Rifts you closed and will usually be somewhere between level 7 and 15 depending on the EXP earned during that match. You can store up to four Soul Survivors before recruiting them. If you already have four waiting and save another one, the oldest will be replaced. Legendary Hunters count as well. Once unlocked, they can be recruited repeatedly for Hunt Dollars. You begin with five Hunter slots and can purchase additional slots with Blood Bonds, up to a maximum of 10.
Tip
Do not waste Blood Bonds repeatedly reshuffling recruits just for this trophy. Play a match, use the refreshed free reshuffle, grab the free Hunter when you have room, and let the counter build naturally. This is one of those trophies that sounds much worse than it actually is. Between deaths, retirements, Soul Survivors, and the general swamp-shaped revolving door of Hunters, you will be recruiting plenty while working on everything else.

Trophy: Monstrous Bibliophile
Unlock 25 entries in the Book of Monsters.
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Unlock 25 entries in the Book of Monsters, also called the Liber de Monstrorvm. Each monster has multiple journal entries tied to it, and you unlock them by killing that enemy type enough times. The first entry for a monster usually requires very little work, and boss entries can begin simply by locating their lairs. Because the early entries are so easy, you can build a large chunk of the required 25 very quickly. After that, continue playing normally and killing different enemy types until enough additional entries become available. You can view the Book of Monsters from the Journal section of the main menu.
Tip
Spread your kills across different monster types instead of farming only one enemy. The early entries are much faster to unlock and will get you to 25 sooner.
Warning
You must manually claim unlocked entries in the Journal. If you do not claim an entry, progress toward the next entry for that monster will not begin. So check the Journal regularly instead of wondering why your monster-killing career has apparently stalled.
Trophy: Sealed and Secured
Close 250 Rifts in Soul Survivor
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Close a total of 250 Rifts in Soul Survivor. This trophy is earned entirely in Soul Survivor. You can close a maximum of four Rifts in a single match, which means even in the absolute best-case scenario you are looking at around 63 matches. Realistically, expect more. Use Dark Sight to locate the nearest Rift. It appears as a blue glow, and the glow becomes brighter as you get closer. Rifts behave very similarly to Clues in Bounty Hunt. If another Hunter is nearby, the Rift can become much more dangerous to approach, so do not assume every glowing objective is free progress. If you only care about finishing this trophy, you can make Rifts your entire priority. Run from one to the next and close as many as possible before the match ends.
Tip
Do not worry about winning every Soul Survivor match while grinding this. Four closed Rifts with a loss is still four more toward 250. This is one of the longer grinds in the game, so treat it like background progress rather than trying to knock it all out in one sitting. Your sanity will appreciate the mercy.

Trophy: Weapons Bibliophage
Unlock 50 entries in the Book of Weapons.
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Unlock 50 entries in the Book of Weapons, also called the Liber de Armamentariis. Entries are unlocked by gaining access to new weapons, tools, and consumables. Some come from increasing your Bloodline rank, while others come from earning EXP with specific weapons and unlocking new variants or modifications for them. You already begin the game with 9 entries. Simply progressing through the Bloodline ranks unlocks another 30, which means you should be sitting at 39 out of 50 by the time you reach Bloodline rank 100. The remaining entries should come naturally as you use different weapons, tools, and consumables during your matches. Keep using your gear, earn EXP with it, and new variants and mods will gradually fill out the rest of the book. You can view the Book of Weapons from the Journal section of the main menu.
Tip
Try different weapons instead of sticking to the exact same loadout forever. You will make better progress toward new variants and weapon entries without needing a dedicated grind later.
Warning
You must manually claim unlocked entries in the Journal. If you leave an entry sitting there unclaimed, progress toward the next one will not continue. Hunt apparently wants you to do a little light reading between all the shooting.
Trophy: Eeny, Meele, Miny, Moe
Kill a Boss Target with a melee attack.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill a contract target with a melee attack. You do not need to damage the boss entirely with melee. The only thing that matters is that the final hit comes from a melee attack. You can weaken the boss however you like first, then finish it with any melee weapon. Axes and sledgehammers work especially well because they deal heavy damage to bosses, but technically even your fists can get the job done if you are feeling particularly disrespectful.
Tip
Whittle the boss down safely with your normal setup, then switch to a melee weapon for the final hit. There is no bonus for turning the entire fight into a boxing match.

Trophy: On the Nose
Kill 150 monsters with headshots
Type: Silver
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 150 monsters with headshots. Any monster counts as long as the killing blow is a headshot. There is no special setup required here, so simply make a habit of aiming for the head while playing through your other matches. With the amount of time you will spend in Bounty Hunt and Soul Survivor, this should build naturally.
Tip
Do not turn this into a separate grind too early. Keep landing headshots on monsters during normal matches and check your progress later. There will be no shortage of things in Hunt that would like to bite, claw, burn, poison, or otherwise ruin your day.

Trophy: Regards from John L. Sullivan
Kill 150 Grunts with the Dusters
Type: Silver
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 150 Grunts with the dusters. Grunts are the basic enemies you will see all over the map, so once you unlock the dusters at Bloodline rank 20, start punching your way through them whenever it is safe to do so. Only Grunt kills count. Other monsters killed with the dusters will not add progress. If you actively work on this, it should not take too long and can be finished across roughly 10 matches.
Tip
Equip the dusters regularly while working on other trophies and use Grunts as free progress whenever they are in your path. One hundred and fifty zombie punches later, John L. Sullivan would probably be proud.

Trophy: Simmer down, Hothead!
Kill an Immolator without making them explode.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill an Immolator without making it explode. Immolators are the fiery skeletal enemies that charge at you once they spot you. Shooting them or attacking with sharp weapons causes them to explode, so that is exactly what you want to avoid. Use a blunt weapon instead. Dusters work well and can be equipped in your loadout, while sledgehammers can also be found in the world. Beat the Immolator down with blunt attacks until it dies, which usually takes around 3–5 hits. A poison bolt from a crossbow can also kill an Immolator without making it explode.
Tip
Dusters are the simplest option because you can bring them with you instead of relying on finding a blunt weapon during the match.

Trophy: Throw Hammer or Run
Kill an enemy Hunter with a sledgehammer throw.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill an enemy Hunter with a thrown sledgehammer. You need the Tomahawk trait before you can throw melee weapons consistently. According to the supplied information, this unlocks at Bloodline rank 45. Once you have the trait, find a sledgehammer in the world. You cannot equip one directly in your loadout, so this trophy depends on locating one during a match. The tricky part is actually getting the kill. A thrown sledgehammer will not normally kill a full-health Hunter unless you land a headshot, so the cleanest method is to weaken the enemy first and then finish them with the throw.
Tip
Look for a wounded Hunter instead of trying to force a full-health kill. Getting them low first makes the trophy much more realistic. If you land a headshot with the hammer, it can also kill outright. Because apparently Hunt looked at normal headshots and decided they were not stressful enough.
Warning
You need the kill to come specifically from a thrown sledgehammer. Regular melee attacks with the hammer will not count.

Trophy: Battering Ram
Break 50 doors
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Break 50 doors. Any breakable door can count, so simply destroy doors whenever you have a safe opportunity. Axes and sledgehammers are especially effective and can usually break a door in around 2–4 hits. The Bomb Lance is another strong option.
Tip
If you are already carrying a heavy melee weapon, smash a few extra doors while moving through compounds. This is much easier to finish naturally than saving all 50 for cleanup.
Warning
Breaking doors is extremely loud and can easily alert nearby enemy Hunters. A trophy is nice. Announcing your exact location to half the swamp is less nice.

Trophy: Do Not Disturb
Hide in a toilet.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Hide inside a toilet. Yes, really. Find one of the small toilets scattered around the maps, usually near named locations. Open the door, step inside, close the door behind you, and wait a few seconds. If the trophy does not unlock immediately, step back outside and it should pop. This will probably be one of the easiest trophies in the game. For once, the safest place in Hunt really is the bathroom.

Trophy: Exploration Tour
Visit every location on any map in one mission.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc

Trophy: Playing Tonight: Buddy Bolden
Play the gramophone and the piano in one mission.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Play both a gramophone and a piano during the same mission. Both can spawn across the maps, usually inside buildings, though they can also appear outside. Walk up to one and hold Square to play it, then find the other instrument and do the same before the match ends. Sometimes you can get lucky and find both in the same building, or even the same room. Their spawn rate is high enough that this should usually come naturally without much trouble.
Tip
If you spot either instrument while exploring, play it immediately. Then you only need to keep an eye out for the other one during the rest of the match. For once, Hunt is asking you to make noise on purpose. Enjoy the tiny concert before someone inevitably hears it.

Trophy: Supply Tour
Visit every supply point on any map in one mission.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc

Trophy: Trinity Of Pain
Be on fire, get poisoned and bleed at the same time.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Be burning, poisoned, and bleeding at the same time. You need all three status effects active simultaneously. This can happen naturally, but if you want to force it, bring a Hive Bomb and a Fire Bomb. Find a Grunt carrying a knife or cleaver and let it hit you so you start bleeding. Then quickly throw the Hive Bomb and Fire Bomb at your feet to poison and ignite yourself. Once all three effects are active together, the trophy should unlock.
Tip
Set everything up before taking the bleed hit so you can trigger the poison and fire immediately afterward.
Warning
This combination drains health very quickly and can destroy health bars, so do not stand around admiring your achievement. Get the trophy and start fixing the mess you just deliberately created.

Trophy: Weapons Expert
Unlock any 50 pieces of gear.
Type: Silver
Category: Misc

Your first goal is simple: survive Trainee Mode and learn how Hunt actually works before the game starts taking your Hunters away for good. Trainee Mode covers your first 10 Bloodline ranks, and during this period you will not lose your Hunters, weapons, or items when you die. Use these opening matches to learn movement, Dark Sight, combat, extracting, and how Bounty Hunt flows without worrying too much about mistakes.
You should naturally earn Initiation Complete for finishing Trainee Mode, Debut for killing your first enemy Hunter, and Vestal Contract after completing your first Bounty Hunt contract. To complete a contract, defeat at least one boss, banish it, grab one of its bounty tokens, and successfully extract. This opening stretch should only take a couple of hours, so enjoy the safety net while it lasts. Hunt gets considerably less forgiving once those training wheels come off.
After you understand the basics, spend some time in Soul Survivor. You enter alone against up to 11 other players and begin with only basic equipment, but you can find better weapons during the match. Use Dark Sight with R1 to locate Rifts, seal four of them to activate the Wellspring, and then survive while its energy drains. Work naturally toward Sealed and Secured, Easier than Mining Sulphur, First Come, First Served, Live to Fight Another Day, and To The Bitter End while learning how to fight other Hunters without risking one of your own.
Once you are comfortable with Soul Survivor, Bounty Hunt becomes the main event. You can enter solo, as a duo, or as a trio, with up to 12 players in a match. Unlike Trainee Mode, death now means losing the Hunter along with their equipment and levels, so this is where Hunt starts making every suspicious noise in the bushes feel like a personal threat.
Your basic routine is to use Dark Sight to locate three Clues, track down the contract target, kill it, banish it, collect the bounty, and extract. Other players are notified when a banish begins and can move in to steal the bounty, while carrying a token reveals your general location. Bounty carriers receive five seconds of Dark Sight Boost, which can help spot nearby Hunters. Each boss drops two tokens, and if two bosses are available, a team can potentially leave with four.
Keep playing normally and let the miscellaneous trophies build along the way. You should make progress toward Welcome to Tier 2, Welcome to Tier 3, Clairvoyant, Simmer down, Hothead!, On the Nose, Regards from John L. Sullivan, Trinity Of Pain, All In A Day's Work, 7 Days Later, Monstrous Bibliophile, and Weapons Bibliophage. Several of these involve things you will be doing anyway, so there is no need to turn every match into a trophy checklist just yet.
By this point, Bounty Hunt should feel much more familiar and your attention can shift toward the trophies that need serious long-term progress. Your biggest goals are reaching Bloodline rank 100 for Bloodline Peak, getting a Hunter to level 50 for Fifty Shades of Survival, and eventually having five level 50 Hunters alive at the same time for Five-Ace Hand. Try not to retire Hunters you intend to use for Five-Ace Hand until that trophy is safely unlocked.
You will also be working toward Jack of All Trades by having 15 traits on one Hunter, Master Headhunter for recruiting 100 Hunters, and In the Footsteps of Flaxman Low for investigating 250 Clues. These are the kinds of trophies that become much less intimidating when you let them build across normal matches instead of trying to force everything at once.
The two other major grinds are Lone Wolf, requiring 50 contract target kills while playing solo, and Centennial Contractor, requiring 100 completed Bounty Hunt contracts. This will likely be the longest part of the Platinum journey, so settle in and treat each successful extraction as another chunk taken out of the grind. Hunt is already stressful enough without staring at a counter after every match.
Once the larger Bounty Hunt requirements are finished, you will most likely be looking at a couple of lingering grinds. Convalescent Home requires retiring 25 Hunters. Hunters can be retired once they reach level 25, and doing so awards 100 Bloodline XP per Hunter level, meaning a level 25 retirement
