Location: Hospital — Patient Room While exploring the hospital, find Anthony North and speak with him to gain access to the room where either Mikey or Drew is recovering. Which brother is in the hospital bed depends on your choices during Episode 2, but you can earn the trophy in either situation. If Mikey is in the bed, approach him and select the option to sign his cast. Chloe will add her personal touch, unlocking the trophy. If Drew is in the bed, you'll need to do a little more work. Speak with him until you can interact with the pudding sitting on the table beside his bed. Take the pudding, then speak with Drew again and select "Take what's yours" to start a Backtalk challenge. Let the timer expire so Drew wins the argument and eats the pudding. Once he's finished, approach him and select the option to sign his cast. Complete the graffiti to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Both versions of this collectible award the same trophy, so there's no need to change your earlier story decisions. If Drew is recovering, deliberately losing the Backtalk challenge is the trick. For once, Chloe gets rewarded for not having the last word.

Complete optional graffiti #1 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Amber House — Rachel's Bedroom Near the beginning of Episode 3, Chloe will visit Rachel in her bedroom. Approach the map until the graffiti interaction becomes available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Explore Rachel's room before continuing the conversation and story objectives. The map is your first graffiti opportunity in Episode 3, and Chloe clearly believes every room could use a little more personality.

Location: Junkyard — Later Visit When Chloe returns to the junkyard later in the episode, you'll have another opportunity to explore before continuing the story. Before changing clothes and heading off to meet Frank, look toward the right side of the junkyard. You'll find a familiar wall with an empty space practically begging for Chloe's artistic attention. Approach the wall until the graffiti interaction appears, then complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

If you've played the original Life is Strange, this wall might look familiar. It's a nice little connection between the two games, and naturally, Chloe can't resist making her contribution.

Complete optional graffiti #10 in Episode 2: Brave New World. Location: Amber House — Dining Room While visiting Rachel's house, Chloe will help Rose Amber prepare the dinner table. Follow Rose's instructions by placing the plates on the table, asking James Amber what he'd like to drink, and setting his cup in place. After completing these tasks, Rose will ask Chloe to light the candles. Before doing so, look toward the kitchen sink, where Rose has moved while preparing dinner. Find the newspaper article near the sink and examine it. Once you've inspected the article, the graffiti interaction will become available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Wait until Rose moves toward the sink before looking for the article. This is your final graffiti opportunity in Episode 2, so it's worth taking care of before dinner begins.

Warning

Do not light the candles before completing the graffiti. Lighting them automatically advances the story into the dinner sequence, ending your opportunity to collect it during that visit.

Complete optional graffiti #6 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Blackwell Academy — Drama Lab While exploring the Drama Lab, progress through the scene until Chloe picks up Rachel's belt. Once you have the belt, enter the nearby dressing room. Directly ahead of you, look for a poster advertising the school's production of The Tempest. Approach the poster until the graffiti prompt appears. Select the interaction and complete Chloe's addition to the poster to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Grab this graffiti before leaving the dressing room. Chloe may not have signed up for drama class, but she's certainly qualified to make a scene.

After finding the bottle, the graffiti interaction will become available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Check the desk drawers before continuing your investigation. Apparently, James has a few secrets tucked away, and Chloe has never encountered someone else's private belongings she didn't want to investigate.

Complete the graffiti to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Collect this immediately after American Graffiti. Both are available during the same visit to Rachel's bedroom, making them an easy pair of trophies to earn together. Chloe adding something to a school planner is probably the closest she's come to voluntarily doing homework.

Complete optional graffiti #9 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Junkyard After Rachel leaves the junkyard, Chloe will enter a sequence where she can vent her frustration by smashing objects. Once you gain control, look for a large sign mounted on a structure resembling a basketball hoop. Approach the sign and select the option to knock it down. Next, find the paint cans positioned in front of the fallen sign and smash them as well. With the sign knocked down and covered in paint, a graffiti interaction will become available. Approach the sign and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Start with the sign and paint cans before smashing other objects. This sets up the graffiti opportunity without accidentally advancing the scene.

Warning

Breaking too many unrelated objects can trigger the next cutscene before you've completed the graffiti. Prioritize this collectible as soon as the smashing sequence begins.

Location: Junkyard Continue progressing through the junkyard sequence until you've collected the car battery and the other items needed for the truck. Take care of this graffiti before continuing the scene inside the truck. It's an easy opportunity to overlook because the story naturally draws your attention toward Chloe's next interaction.

Complete optional graffiti #6 in Episode 2: Brave New World. Location: Blackwell Academy — Dormitory Grounds While trying to enter the boys' dormitory, Chloe will need to get Samuel's keys. Explore the area and locate the room where Samuel keeps his keys. You'll notice a door nearby that Chloe can use for graffiti, but Samuel needs to be distracted first. Find the bird in the area and scare it toward the totem pole. Next, sabotage the sprinkler to draw Samuel away from his usual position. Once Samuel leaves, return to the room where his keys are kept. Approach the door and complete the graffiti to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Take care of the graffiti while Samuel is distracted. You can grab his keys afterward, so there's no reason to rush straight toward the dormitory.

Warning

Complete the graffiti before collecting Samuel's keys and entering the boys' dormitory. Advancing the objective can end your opportunity to decorate the door during that visit.

Complete optional graffiti #7 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Hospital While exploring the hospital, turn right from Chloe's starting position and follow the hallway. Continue forward until a short cutscene plays. Once the scene finishes, keep walking down the corridor. Look along the left wall for a noticeboard. Approach the board until the graffiti interaction becomes available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

The noticeboard is located just beyond the short hallway scene, so keep an eye on the left wall as you continue. Between the vending machine and the hospital noticeboard, Chloe is doing an impressive amount of redecorating for someone who doesn't work here.

Complete optional graffiti #4 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Price House — Downstairs / Garage Area After leaving the house to meet David, he'll ask Chloe to retrieve a tool from his toolbox. Approach the toolbox and open it as part of the story objective. Before taking the tool and continuing, examine the inside of the toolbox lid. You'll find a spot where Chloe can add graffiti. Select the graffiti interaction and complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Make sure to check the toolbox lid while it's open. David already has plenty of reasons to lecture Chloe, so adding a personal touch to his tools feels almost inevitable.

Look along the nearby wall for a saw hanging on display. Approach the saw until the graffiti interaction becomes available. Select the graffiti option and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Check the wall beside the mosh pit before progressing through the scene. The saw blends into the Old Mill's collection of questionable decorations, so it's easy to walk straight past it.

Location: Second Dream Sequence During Chloe's second dream sequence, you'll find yourself in a strange, familiar setting with several objects to interact with. Start by examining the poster directly in front of you. Once you've looked at it, select the option to tear it down, revealing a surface where Chloe can leave graffiti. Try interacting with the graffiti spot. Chloe will realize she's missing her marker, so you'll need to find it before continuing. Look for the wine bottle nearby and examine it to discover Chloe's marker inside. Pick up the marker, then return to the exposed wall. Select the graffiti interaction and complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

The interactions must happen in the correct order: examine the poster, remove it, attempt the graffiti, find the marker in the wine bottle, and return to finish the artwork. Even in her dreams, Chloe apparently can't escape a little problem-solving.

Warning

Do not interact with the mannequin head before completing the graffiti. Doing so triggers the next cutscene and ends your opportunity to collect it during that visit.

Complete optional graffiti #10 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Old Mill Near the end of the episode, Chloe will return to the Old Mill, bringing her journey back to where it began. Once you're free to explore, look for a knife embedded in a wooden surface near the flashing "TIME" sign. Approach the knife and remove it from the wood. With the knife in hand, walk toward the right side of the area and find a large metal sheet covering part of the wall. Move the metal sheet aside to reveal a message hidden underneath. Approach the exposed writing and select the interaction to destroy it. Completing this action unlocks the trophy.

Tip

This is the final optional graffiti collectible in the game. Make sure you've removed the knife before approaching the metal sheet, as it's needed to complete the interaction. Chloe's artistic career certainly ends on a dramatic note. Subtlety was never really her thing.

Complete optional graffiti #4 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Price House — Upstairs While exploring the upstairs area of Chloe's house, head into Joyce and David's bedroom. Once inside, move behind the bedroom door. Look for a calendar featuring a car hanging on the wall. Approach the calendar until the graffiti interaction appears. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Grab this collectible immediately after Peer Review while you're still exploring the upstairs rooms. David probably considers his car calendar a perfectly acceptable decorating choice. Chloe, unsurprisingly, has other ideas.

Complete optional graffiti #7 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Train While riding the train with Rachel, you'll need to move a crate to create somewhere to sit. After moving the crate, don't sit down immediately. Instead, walk toward the back of the train car and look for some writing on the wall. Examine the writing and let Chloe finish commenting on it. Once she's finished speaking, the graffiti interaction will become available. Select the option to add Chloe's own contribution and complete the graffiti to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Make sure to examine the existing writing first. The graffiti prompt won't appear until Chloe has finished reacting to it.

Location: Price House — Chloe's Bedroom After returning to Chloe's bedroom, you'll have an opportunity to explore before continuing the story. Look for the small shelf positioned to the left of Chloe's computer. On the shelf, you'll find a class photograph that Chloe can examine. Select the option to look at the photograph, then exit the inspection view. Once you've finished examining it, the graffiti interaction will become available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artistic improvements to unlock the trophy.

Tip

You need to examine the class photograph before you can add graffiti. Apparently, Chloe believes school pictures are much better when everyone gets a little unauthorized makeover.

Complete optional graffiti #8 in Episode 2: Brave New World. Location: Blackwell Academy — Boys' Dormitory After entering the boys' dormitory, locate Room 105, Eliot's bedroom. It's slightly open and positioned to the right of the entrance. Enter the room and walk toward the drawer on the opposite side. Open the drawer to find Eliot's journal. Read through all the available journal pages before leaving the room. Once you've finished, return to the hallway and examine the whiteboard mounted beside Eliot's door. Select the option to erase the existing writing, creating a blank surface for Chloe. After clearing the board, select the graffiti interaction and complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

You need to examine every available page of Eliot's journal before you can complete the graffiti. Once that's done, return to the whiteboard outside his room. Chloe's version of leaving a permanent record is considerably less subtle than a school transcript.

Complete optional graffiti #8 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Overlook After arriving at the overlook with Rachel, you'll find yourself in a small scenic area with a viewfinder. Before investigating how to open the viewfinder, turn around and look for a nearby statue. Approach the statue and examine its main surface rather than the informational plaque beneath it. Position Chloe until the graffiti interaction becomes available. Select the prompt and complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

The statue itself is the graffiti target, not the plaque. Take care of this collectible before focusing on the viewfinder puzzle.

Once you're free to explore, face the truck you're working on and head right toward the nearby boat. Approach the boat and attempt to climb onto it. Chloe won't be able to pull herself up just yet, but this reveals another way to reach the top. Look for a wooden pallet nearby and move it into position beside the boat. Use the pallet to climb onto the boat. Once you're on top, look for a car hood resting nearby. Approach it until the graffiti prompt appears, then complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

You need to attempt climbing the boat before moving the pallet into position. Chloe may be an expert at getting into trouble, but apparently, climbing onto a boat requires a little engineering.

Tip

Once you reach the building, turn right and walk around the corner. You'll find a graffiti opportunity on the wall. Approach it until the interaction prompt appears, then complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Use the double doors and posters as your landmarks. The graffiti spot is tucked around the corner rather than directly in the courtyard, so it's easy to miss if you're heading straight toward your next objective.

Complete optional graffiti #5 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Junkyard When Chloe returns to the junkyard, she'll begin working on repairing the truck. Once you gain control, examine the engine and locate the fuel filter. Before interacting with any other engine components, remove the fuel filter. With the filter removed, select the option to blow through it. Chloe will spray a mixture of dirt and fuel residue onto the underside of the truck's hood. This creates a new graffiti opportunity. Approach the stained area and select the graffiti interaction to complete Chloe's artwork and unlock the trophy.

Tip

Focus on the fuel filter first rather than working through the other repair options. Chloe has finally discovered a way to combine automotive maintenance with vandalism. David would be so proud.

Examine the box until the graffiti interaction appears, then add Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

This collectible is available right at the beginning of the episode. Grab it before leaving the parking lot so you can start Episode 2 with a trophy already in your pocket.

Complete optional graffiti #3 in Episode 1: Awake. Location: Price House — Upstairs After Chloe wakes up in her bedroom, you'll have an opportunity to explore the room before continuing the story. Head toward the wall immediately to the left of the bedroom door. Look for a poster featuring a unicorn hanging on the wall. Examine the poster, then select the interaction to tear it down. Removing the poster reveals a blank area where Chloe can add graffiti. Select the graffiti prompt and complete the drawing to unlock the trophy.

Tip

If the option to remove the poster doesn't appear immediately, examine it first. Once it's off the wall, Chloe can give the empty space a makeover that probably won't impress Joyce.

Location: Blackwell Academy — Backstage During the school production of The Tempest, Chloe will eventually find herself backstage wearing a costume for the performance. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Make sure you're using the mirror on the right rather than the one Chloe normally interacts with while preparing for the performance. Apparently, being unexpectedly cast in a Shakespeare play isn't enough drama for one evening.

Complete optional graffiti #6 in Episode 3: Hell Is Empty. Location: Hospital After arriving at the hospital and regaining control of Chloe, look along the wall to your left for a vending machine. Approach the machine and examine it. Next, select the option to slam the machine three times. After the third hit, the machine will dispense some chocolate. Once Chloe has obtained the chocolate, examine the machine again to reveal the graffiti interaction. Complete the graffiti to unlock the trophy.

Tip

If the graffiti prompt doesn't appear after collecting the chocolate, head toward the corridor associated with Hello Nurse and trigger the short scene there. Return to the vending machine afterward and try the interaction again.

Warning

Simply examining the vending machine isn't enough. You must hit it three times and obtain the chocolate before attempting the graffiti.

Complete optional graffiti #5 in Episode 2: Brave New World. Location: Frank's RV After entering Frank's RV, you'll have an opportunity to explore the interior while looking for his notebook. Before collecting the notebook, head toward the small kitchen area. Look near the kitchen sink to find a piece of paper. Approach the paper and examine it until the graffiti interaction becomes available. Select the prompt and complete Chloe's artwork to unlock the trophy.

Tip

Grab this collectible before picking up Frank's notebook. It's easy to overlook the paper when you're focused on searching through the RV, and Frank probably wouldn't appreciate Chloe redecorating his personal belongings anyway.
