Type: Platinum

Earn every other base-game trophy in Mafia: The Old Country to unlock the Platinum.
Missable
Trophy: Fantasma
Infiltrated the villa without being seen
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Infiltrate Ludovici's villa without being detected during Chapter 5: Vendetta D'Onore. When you reach the villa, avoid alerting the guards as you make your way toward Ludovici. Use Instinct to identify enemy positions, stay out of sight, and perform silent takedowns only when necessary. A useful approach is to enter through the smaller door beside the main entrance. Use your knife to pick the lock, then carefully move past the patrolling guards. Once you successfully reach Ludovici without being spotted, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
You don't need to eliminate every guard. Avoiding unnecessary fights is often safer than trying to clear the entire property. Enzo's supposed to be a professional, not a one-man demolition crew.
Warning
Being detected during the infiltration will prevent the trophy from unlocking on that attempt. If you miss it, you can replay Chapter 5 through Chapter Replay.

Trophy: Man of Honor
Enzo refused Tino's order to kill in cold blood
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Refuse Tino's order to execute Ludovici during Chapter 5: Vendetta D'Onore. After capturing Ludovici and bringing him to the interrogation spot, Tino will order Enzo to shoot him to prove his loyalty. Instead of firing, simply wait approximately 10 seconds without doing anything. Tino will lose patience and execute Ludovici himself, unlocking the trophy. Apparently, refusing to murder someone is considered poor workplace performance in the Mafia.
Tip
If you miss this opportunity, you can replay Chapter 5 through Chapter Replay. Another opportunity is available during Chapter 13 when Tino orders a similar execution outside a church.

Trophy: Salvatore's Apprentice
Cracked a safe without a combination
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Open a safe without first discovering its combination. The easiest opportunity comes during Chapter 3: Pizzu, when Luca takes Enzo to collect protection money from a citrus farmer. When you're instructed to retrieve money from the safe, head into the back room and interact with it. Instead of searching for the note containing the combination, enter: 10-20-30 The safe will open, unlocking the trophy. Apparently, Enzo is such a natural criminal that he doesn't even need instructions to crack a safe.
Warning
Do not collect the nearby combination note before opening the safe. Collecting all safe-combination notes can prevent this trophy from unlocking later, even through Chapter Replay. Complete this trophy during your first visit to avoid potentially needing another playthrough.

Trophy: Silent Hunter
Killed Mazzone without alerting his men
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Eliminate Mazzone without alerting his guards during Chapter 13: Capiregime. As you approach Mazzone's forest hideout, use Instinct to locate enemies and move carefully through the area. You can avoid most guards entirely, so there's no need to eliminate everyone. Near Mazzone's location, you'll encounter two guards: one beside a cart and another guarding the entrance. Distract the patrolling guard with a coin or bottle, then silently eliminate both guards before approaching Mazzone. Take down Mazzone with a stealth kill while his men remain unaware to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Use a Stiletto knife for its higher durability, and avoid unnecessary confrontations. The fewer guards you disturb, the less likely someone is to notice that their coworkers have mysteriously disappeared.
Warning
Alerting the guards will prevent the trophy from unlocking on that attempt. If you miss it, you can retry through Chapter Replay.

Trophy: The Old Ways
Reached the foreman's office without alerting the enemies
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Reach the foreman's office without alerting any enemies during Chapter 9: Industria. When Enzo enters the factory grounds, you'll encounter numerous guards patrolling the area. Your objective is to reach the foreman's office at the back of the compound while remaining completely undetected. Use Instinct to identify enemy positions and plan a safe route through the factory. Avoid unnecessary confrontations, silently eliminate guards who block your path, and hide any bodies that might be discovered. You don't need to kill every enemy. Staying out of sight is the priority.
Tip
Equip a Stiletto knife for its durability and bring whetstones for additional stealth takedowns. Take your time and observe patrol patterns before moving. This is one assignment where running in guns blazing won't impress the boss.
Warning
If a guard spots you or discovers a body, the trophy attempt will fail. You can retry the mission using Chapter Replay.

Collectible
Trophy: Bona Furtuna
Found a Trinacria coin
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find and collect your first Trinacria Coin. Trinacria Coins are collectibles scattered throughout Sicily. They can be found while exploring the open world or during story missions. Their locations are marked on the map, making them relatively easy to track down. Simply approach and collect any Trinacria Coin to unlock the trophy. You can also exchange collected coins at Pasquale's shop for 100 Dinari each.
Tip
Zoom in on your map to spot collectible markers. Grab any coins you come across while completing missions for some extra spending money. Crime might pay, but apparently so does picking up loose change.
Trophy: Mystery Fox Domination
All Mystery Foxes found
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find and collect all 50 Mystery Foxes hidden throughout Mafia: The Old Country. These small fox statues glow gold when approached but aren't marked on your map, making them some of the trickier collectibles to track down. Of the 50 Mystery Foxes, 40 can be collected during free roam, while the remaining 10 are tied to specific story chapters and may require Chapter Replay. Once you've collected all 50, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Use Chapter Replay to retrieve any foxes you missed during story missions. For the rest, your collectible video will be especially useful. Apparently, the Sicilian Mafia has a surprisingly enthusiastic fox appreciation society.
Warning
An earlier version of the game had reports of a bug involving the 5,000-Dinari fox statue sold at Pasquale's shop. Purchasing it without sufficient funds could deduct your money without registering the collectible. To be safe, make sure you have at least 5,000 Dinari before purchasing it.

Trophy: Read All About It
Found a Newspaper
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find and collect your first Newspaper. Newspapers are scattered throughout Sicily and can be found on benches, tables, and other surfaces. They have a golden glow that makes them easier to recognize. Zoom in on your map to reveal Newspaper icons, then travel to any marked location and collect one to unlock the trophy. There are 50 Newspapers in total, all required for The Collector.
Tip
Some Newspapers are only accessible during specific story chapters. If you miss one, use Chapter Replay to return to its location.
Trophy: The Collector
Completed the collection
Type: Gold
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Complete all four main collectible collections in Mafia: The Old Country. You'll need to obtain: 50 Newspapers 23 Photographs 20 Saint's Cards 50 Mystery Foxes That's 143 collectibles altogether. Most Newspapers, Photographs, and Saint's Cards are marked on your map when zoomed in, while Mystery Foxes must be discovered through exploration. Some collectibles are only available during specific missions, so use Chapter Replay to retrieve anything you missed. Once all four collections are complete, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Focus on the map-marked collectibles during free roam, then revisit specific chapters for anything remaining. Completing Mystery Fox Domination will also take care of the foxes needed for this trophy.
Warning
The previously reported 5,000-Dinari Mystery Fox purchase bug can also affect this trophy. Make sure you have sufficient funds before purchasing the statue from Pasquale.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_-dh0vPA5A
Trophy: Vulpi Misteriusa
Found a Mystery Fox
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find and collect your first Mystery Fox. Mystery Foxes are small, golden-glowing fox statues hidden throughout Sicily. Unlike many other collectibles, they aren't marked on your map, so you'll need to explore carefully to discover them. Simply interact with any Mystery Fox to collect it and unlock the trophy. There are 50 Mystery Foxes in total, all required for the separate Mystery Fox Domination trophy.
Tip
You only need one fox for this trophy, but collect any others you find along the way. Your future self will appreciate having fewer golden foxes to hunt down during Platinum cleanup.
Combat
Trophy: Bombas Away!
Killed 10 enemies with explosives
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 10 enemies using explosives. Several types of explosions count toward this trophy, including grenades, exploding vehicles, red explosive barrels, and environmental lanterns. Look for opportunities to eliminate enemies standing near explosive objects during gunfights. Shooting a red barrel or throwing a grenade into a group of enemies can help you make progress quickly. Once you've killed 10 enemies with explosions, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Aim for groups of enemies standing close together to earn multiple explosive kills at once. Why use ten bullets when one well-placed explosion can do the paperwork for you?
Trophy: Cold-Blooded
Performed 30 headshots
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Perform 30 headshots against enemies. Use any firearm to eliminate enemies with shots to the head. You'll likely earn this trophy naturally during the campaign, especially if you're regularly aiming for headshots to conserve ammunition. Once you've successfully performed 30 headshots, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Take advantage of enemies peeking over cover to line up precise shots. You can also work toward this trophy while completing the various Rare Weapons Expert challenges. Two birds, one bullet. Very economical.
Trophy: Live by the Blade
Performed all Special Actions 5 times with each knife
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Perform each knife type's special action five times. There are three knife types in Mafia: The Old Country, each with a different special ability: Scannaturi: Perform five throwing-knife takedowns. Rasolu: Perform five combat takedowns using its special killing ability. Stiletto: Perform five knife takedowns using its high-durability blade. Once you've successfully performed the required action five times with each knife type, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Work on these throughout the campaign rather than leaving everything for cleanup. Keep whetstones handy to restore your knife's durability, especially when using the Rasolu.

Trophy: Not So Fast
Killed Caccini before he reached the Salt Flats
Type: Silver
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill Caccini before he reaches the Salt Flats during Chapter 13: Capiregime. After dealing with Mazzone, you'll join Cesare in pursuing Caccini as he attempts to escape in his car. Follow him closely and look for opportunities to take shortcuts, particularly around sharp turns. One effective strategy is to get ahead of Caccini and block his vehicle with your own. Once he's stopped, exit your car and shoot him before he reaches the Salt Flats to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Use the tighter corners to cut ahead instead of following his exact route. Sometimes the best way to win a car chase is to stop treating it like a race.
Warning
If Caccini reaches the Salt Flats before you kill him, you'll miss the trophy on that attempt. You can retry through Chapter Replay.

Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Lupara
Killed 20 enemies with a Lupara
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Lupara shotgun. The Lupara is a powerful, short-barreled shotgun that occupies your pistol slot. You can purchase one from Pasquale's shop or collect it from enemies carrying the weapon. Its damage is devastating at close range, making it perfect for dealing with enemies who get a little too comfortable invading your personal space. Eliminate 20 enemies with the Lupara to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Get close before firing to make the most of its damage. Enemies who rush your position are excellent targets.
Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Modello
Killed 20 enemies with a Modello C96
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Modello C96 pistol. The Modello C96 is a semi-automatic handgun with a fast firing rate but relatively low damage. You can purchase it from Pasquale's shop or collect it from enemies during the campaign. Equip the weapon and eliminate 20 enemies to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Aim for headshots whenever possible to compensate for the pistol's lower damage. It's much more effective when you prioritize accuracy over spraying bullets.
Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Praecisione
Killed 20 enemies with a Praecisione
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Praecisione rifle. The Praecisione is a powerful, accurate rifle designed for long-range combat. You can purchase it from Pasquale's shop or obtain it from enemies carrying the weapon. Equip the rifle and eliminate 20 enemies with it to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Use the Praecisione for distant targets and aim for headshots whenever possible. Its high damage makes it particularly effective against enemies who haven't yet discovered the benefits of staying behind cover.
Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Pump-Action
Killed 20 enemies with a Pump-Action Shotgun
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Pump-Action Shotgun. You can purchase this weapon from Pasquale's shop or pick it up from fallen enemies, particularly during the later chapters. The Pump-Action Shotgun delivers powerful shots at close to medium range, making it useful when fighting multiple enemies in confined areas. Simply eliminate 20 enemies with the weapon to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Use the shotgun during close-range encounters where enemies are grouped together. It's an excellent way to clear a room when polite negotiations have officially failed.
Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Repeater
Killed 20 enemies with a Repeater
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Repeater rifle. The Repeater is a rifle with moderate damage that may require several body shots to eliminate enemies, particularly on Hard difficulty. Equip the weapon and kill 20 enemies with it to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Focus on headshots whenever possible. The Repeater can struggle against tougher enemies with body shots, so accurate aiming will save ammunition and make the challenge much faster.
Trophy: Rare Weapons Expert: Vendetti
Killed 20 enemies with a Vendetti
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using the Vendetti pistol. The Vendetti is a powerful handgun that deals heavy damage but has a slower firing rate and limited ammunition capacity. You can purchase it from Pasquale's shop or obtain it from enemies, particularly during later story chapters. Equip the Vendetti and eliminate 20 enemies to unlock the trophy.
Tip
Take your time between shots and aim carefully. The Vendetti is particularly effective against tougher enemies, often requiring only a couple of well-placed hits on Hard difficulty. It may not fire quickly, but it certainly knows how to make a point.
Trophy: Secret Assassin
Killed 20 enemies with Knife Takedowns
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Kill 20 enemies using Knife Takedowns. Sneak up behind an unsuspecting enemy and press Circle to perform a stealth kill with your equipped knife. Repeat this until you've successfully eliminated 20 enemies. Avoid grabbing enemies first, as you need to perform direct knife takedowns for this trophy.
Tip
Use the Stiletto knife for its excellent durability and carry whetstones to keep it sharp. Stealth missions are perfect opportunities to work toward this trophy. After all, the best assassination is one nobody notices until it's considerably too late.
Trophy: Trail of Destruction
Eliminated 10 cars while escaping the Tonnara
Type: Silver
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Destroy 10 pursuing vehicles during the escape from the Tonnara in Chapter 11: Mattanza. During the escape sequence, Enzo will ride in the back of a truck while enemy vehicles chase him. Use your weapon to shoot the drivers of the pursuing cars. Eliminating a driver will take their vehicle out of the chase and count toward the trophy. Disable 10 vehicles during the escape to unlock Trail of Destruction.
Tip
Focus your shots on the drivers rather than spraying bullets into the vehicles themselves. Apparently, the quickest way to stop a car in Sicily is to remove its enthusiasm for driving.

Trophy: Worthy Opponent
Defeated Don Torrisi without taking a single hit
Type: Silver
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Defeat Don Torrisi without taking any damage during the knife duel in Chapter 14: La Merica. The fight consists of three stages, each with its own checkpoint. To earn the trophy, you must complete the entire duel without getting hit. Focus on defending rather than attacking recklessly. Watch Torrisi's movements, parry his attacks, and strike during safe openings. If you take damage, reload the checkpoint and retry the current stage. Successfully completing each stage without taking damage will unlock the trophy when Torrisi is defeated.
Tip
Patience is more important than aggression here. Let Torrisi attack first, punish his mistakes, and don't get greedy with extra strikes. He's already angry enough without you trying to speedrun the family dispute.
Warning
Taking damage during the duel will invalidate that attempt. Reload the checkpoint immediately if you're hit rather than finishing the fight.

Misc
Trophy: Daredevil
Jumped a car over 40 meters
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Jump a car a distance of at least 40 meters. Find a ramp or suitable jump location while exploring Sicily, then accelerate toward it at high speed. Your vehicle must travel at least 40 meters through the air before landing to unlock the trophy. For an easier attempt, complete Chapter 7 to unlock the Carozella Mark 2, a fast racing car capable of reaching speeds above 160 km/h. Use a long, straight approach to build speed before launching off the ramp.
Tip
Choose a jump with plenty of room for acceleration and a clear landing area. Landing gracefully isn't the objective here. Sicily's mechanics can worry about that later.

Trophy: Driving in Style
Customized a car
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Customize any car in your garage. Visit a garage and select one of your available vehicles. While highlighting the car, press R1 to open the customization menu. Choose any available customization option and apply it to unlock the trophy. You can use an already-owned option or purchase a new one with Dinari.
Tip
You don't need an expensive car or fancy upgrades. One simple customization is enough. Even Mafia bosses appreciate a budget-friendly makeover.
Trophy: Fastest Man in Sicily
Completed the race in under 8 minutes
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the endurance race in under 8 minutes during Chapter 7: Spirito Sportivo. During the chapter, Enzo and Cesare participate in a race through the Sicilian countryside. To earn this trophy, you must reach the finish line in less than eight minutes. Drive aggressively but avoid unnecessary crashes, which can quickly ruin your time. Listen to Cesare's directions and watch for shortcuts marked along the route. If you don't finish within the time limit, replay the race through Chapter Replay and try again.
Tip
Memorizing the route and taking shortcuts will make a big difference. Keep your speed up through open stretches and brake carefully for sharp corners. Winning is good, but winning quickly is apparently what earns you respect around here.

Trophy: Full Steam Ahead
Beat the train
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Beat the train during Chapter 7: Spirito Sportivo. While testing the newly imported American racing car, Enzo will encounter a railway crossing with an approaching train. Accelerate and maintain your speed to reach the crossing before the train arrives. Successfully crossing the tracks ahead of it unlocks the trophy.
Tip
Keep your driving smooth and avoid unnecessary braking. The train isn't interested in negotiating who gets to cross first.
Warning
If you fail to beat the train during the story, you can retry the sequence using Chapter Replay.

Trophy: Garden Rendezvous
Met Isabella in secret
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Meet Isabella in secret during Chapter 3: Pizzu. Early in the chapter, Enzo receives a note from Isabella asking him to meet her in the garden. Before continuing with the family's business, follow the optional objective marker leading to the garden and approach Isabella. The trophy unlocks after the meeting cutscene plays.
Tip
Complete this objective as soon as it becomes available. If you continue the main story and miss the meeting, you can return through Chapter Replay.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-sM9lce6-8&list=PLRr5L69yg_kEQovmrcmuFA70HzNxick4n&index=1&pp=iAQB
Trophy: Getaway Driver
Drove at 120 km/h for at least 15 seconds
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Drive at a speed of at least 120 km/h for 15 consecutive seconds. This trophy can be earned during story missions or while exploring Sicily in free roam. One of the easiest methods is to use the Carozella Mark 2, unlocked after Chapter 7: Spirito Sportivo. This powerful racing car can exceed 160 km/h, making it ideal for maintaining the required speed. For a good location, head east of Porto Almaro and find the long, relatively straight stretch of road. Accelerate past 120 km/h and maintain that speed for 15 seconds without slowing down. Once you've maintained the required speed for the full duration, the trophy will unlock.
Tip
Avoid sharp turns, traffic, and unnecessary braking. Choose a clear stretch of road and keep your acceleration steady. Apparently, Sicily's traffic laws are more like friendly suggestions when you're working toward a Platinum.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ORjNS-nlnQ&list=PLRr5L69yg_kEQovmrcmuFA70HzNxick4n&index=14&pp=iAQB
Trophy: Good as New
Fixed a broken vehicle by using the crank
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Repair a broken vehicle using its hand crank. While driving any car during a story mission or free roam, damage the engine until the vehicle breaks down and stops running. An easy method is to exit the car and shoot its engine until it begins smoking and the engine stops working. Approach the front of the vehicle and interact with the crank when the repair prompt appears. Successfully restarting the engine unlocks the trophy.
Tip
Try this in a quiet area away from enemy gunfire. Shooting your own car until it breaks might seem like questionable maintenance, but Enzo apparently prefers the hands-on approach.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-ZyNqHU1G4&list=PLRr5L69yg_kEQovmrcmuFA70HzNxick4n&index=12&pp=iAQB
Trophy: Protected
Equipped a Charm
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Equip any Charm. Open the pause menu and navigate to the Charms section using L1 or R1. Select an available Charm and press Square to equip it in an empty slot. The trophy unlocks immediately after equipping your first Charm. Additional Charm slots can be unlocked by purchasing the Silver and Gold Cross upgrades from Pasquale's shop.
Tip
Equip a Charm as soon as you have one available. Some provide valuable combat bonuses, which are especially helpful when playing on Hard difficulty.
Trophy: Riding in Style
Customized a horse
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Customize any horse in your stable. Visit a stable and select one of your available horses. Press R1 to open the customization menu, then choose and equip any available cosmetic option. Some customization options become available after completing the Palio horse race in Chapter 2, while others can be purchased using Dinari. The trophy unlocks once you've applied a customization.
Tip
You don't need to purchase an expensive upgrade. Any available customization will do. Even a Mafia horse deserves to look respectable.
Trophy: The Finer Things
Bought all available cars from Pasquale
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Purchase all seven available cars from Pasquale. You can buy the required vehicles through the garage during the campaign or while exploring in free roam. The seven cars and their prices are: Dufort 30 — 1,000 Dinari Beneventi 24hp — 1,000 Dinari Eckhart Dominion — 1,500 Dinari Trautenberg Sport-Renner — 1,500 Dinari Dufort Camionette — 1,500 Dinari Trautenberg 3600TF — 2,000 Dinari Delizia Type 86 — 2,500 Dinari You'll need 11,000 Dinari in total to purchase all seven vehicles. The trophy unlocks once you've bought the final required car.
Tip
If you're short on money, replay Chapter 6: La Difesa Siciliana. During the police station infiltration, open the first safe using 00-01-02 to collect 300 Dinari. You can reload the checkpoint and repeat the process to earn additional money. Turns out the most expensive part of becoming a Mafia boss isn't the suits or the guns. It's the garage.
Trophy: True Soldato
Completed the story on Hard difficulty
Type: Gold
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the entire main story on Hard difficulty. Select Hard when starting a new game and maintain that difficulty throughout the campaign. You'll need to finish all 14 chapters without lowering the difficulty to earn this trophy. Hard makes enemies more dangerous and reduces how much damage Enzo can withstand, so use cover frequently, aim carefully, and avoid rushing into open gunfights. You can enable Aim Snap in the settings to make targeting enemies easier without invalidating the trophy.
Tip
Equip the Sant'Agata Charm, which can be found in Enzo's room at the Torrisi vineyard. It provides a brief period of protection when your health reaches zero and can restore some health after leaving combat. It's particularly helpful during tougher encounters.
Warning
You cannot earn True Soldato by completing individual chapters on Hard through Chapter Replay. The Hard difficulty requirement must be completed during a full campaign playthrough.
Story
Trophy: A Trip to the Coast
Enzo saved Isabella
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 4: Il Barone. Follow the main story as Enzo accompanies Isabella and Gennaro on a trip outside the Torrisi estate. When things take an unexpected turn, you'll need to pursue the kidnappers and rescue Isabella. The trophy unlocks automatically as you progress through the chapter. No additional objectives are required. Apparently, a peaceful trip through the Sicilian countryside is too much to ask when you work for the Mafia.
Trophy: Everything you Deserve
Enzo killed the Spadaro holdouts
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 13: Capiregime. Continue the main story as Enzo and Cesare track down the remaining members of the rival Spadaro organization. Complete the chapter's objectives and eliminate the required targets to unlock the trophy automatically.

Chapter 13 offers two additional trophies worth earning during your first playthrough: Silent Hunter, for eliminating Mazzone without alerting his men, and Not So Fast, for killing Caccini before he reaches the Salt Flats.
Trophy: Everything’s Golden
Enzo won the race
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 7: Spirito Sportivo. Follow the story as Enzo and Cesare prepare a powerful new racing car and compete in an endurance race through the Sicilian countryside. Win the race and complete the chapter to unlock the trophy automatically.
Tip
Chapter 7 also features Fastest Man in Sicily, which requires finishing the race in under eight minutes, and Full Steam Ahead, earned by beating the train during an earlier driving sequence. Try to earn both during your first visit.
Trophy: Forza San Celeste
Enzo won the Palio
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 2: Palio. Progress through the story until Enzo participates in the annual Palio horse race in San Celeste. Successfully finish the race in first place to advance the story and unlock the trophy. The race is part of the main campaign, so you won't need to complete any optional objectives. Turns out winning a horse race is a pretty effective way to impress the local Mafia. Who needs a résumé?
Trophy: Guest of Honor
Enzo found a new home
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 1: Famiglia. After escaping the mines, Enzo finds himself caught between two powerful Sicilian crime families. Continue following the main story until he finds refuge at the Torrisi family's vineyard. The trophy unlocks automatically during the chapter.
Tip
If you're attempting the Platinum in one playthrough, make sure you've selected Hard difficulty from the beginning. Enzo's new employers might be dangerous, but replaying the entire campaign is arguably worse.
Trophy: Lira for Lira
Enzo freed the counterfeiter
Type: Bronze

Mafia: The Old Country Trophy Roadmap
EARLY GAME
Start your journey through Mafia: The Old Country on Hard difficulty to earn True Soldato and The Old Country in a single playthrough. Hard is manageable with patience, smart use of cover, and careful aiming. You can enable Aim Snap to make gunfights more forgiving without affecting the Hard difficulty trophy. Take your time with the story, enjoy Enzo's rise through the Sicilian underworld, and remember that most chapter-specific trophies can be cleaned up later through Chapter Replay.
One trophy deserves special attention: Salvatore's Apprentice. During Chapter 3: Pizzu, you'll visit a citrus farm and need to open a safe. Ignore the nearby notes containing its combination and enter 10-20-30 directly. Opening the safe without first learning its code unlocks the trophy. Collecting all the safe-combination notes can prevent this trophy from unlocking through Chapter Replay, so handle it early. Apparently, being a good criminal means knowing the combination without doing your homework.
As you explore, grab newspapers, Trinacria coins, photographs, Saint's Cards, and Mystery Foxes whenever convenient. Don't feel pressured to collect everything immediately, but pay attention to collectibles inside story-specific locations. You should also begin experimenting with different weapons and knife takedowns to make progress toward the combat trophies naturally.
MID GAME
As Enzo becomes more involved in the Torrisi family's business, start paying attention to chapter-specific challenges. Chapter 3 offers Garden Rendezvous, while Chapter 5 includes Fantasma, which requires infiltrating Ludovici's villa without being detected, and Man of Honor, earned by refusing Tino's order to execute a prisoner. During Chapter 7, complete the endurance race in under eight minutes for Fastest Man in Sicily, and beat the train during the driving sequence for Full Steam Ahead. These can be revisited later, but earning them during your first playthrough saves unnecessary cleanup.
Stealth becomes increasingly important, especially on Hard difficulty. Use Instinct to locate enemies, hide bodies when necessary, and carry whetstones to maintain your knives. The Stiletto is particularly useful for longer stealth sections thanks to its durability. When gunfights break out, loot fallen enemies for ammunition, bandages, and supplies. Sicily is beautiful, but its hospitality apparently involves an unreasonable amount of gunfire.
Keep rotating between weapons rather than relying on a single favorite. Several trophies require 20 kills with specific firearms, including the Lupara, Vendetti, Repeater, and Pump-Action Shotgun. Knife takedowns, headshots, and explosive kills also contribute toward separate trophies. Making progress naturally during the campaign means less repetitive farming once the credits roll.
LATE GAME
The final chapters introduce several opportunities for trophies that require specific actions. During Chapter 9: Industria, earn The Old Ways by reaching the foreman's office without alerting enemies. Chapter 11 offers Trail of Destruction, requiring you to eliminate ten pursuing vehicles during the Tonnara escape. In Chapter 13, silently eliminate Mazzone for Silent Hunter and defeat Caccini before he reaches the Salt Flats for Not So Fast. If something goes wrong, these objectives can be retried through Chapter Replay.
Chapter 14 includes Worthy Opponent, which requires defeating Don Torrisi without taking damage during the knife duel. Focus on reading his attacks, parrying carefully, and striking when you have a safe opening. If you're hit, you can retry from the relevant checkpoint. There's no need to rush the fight; the Don has already made enough questionable decisions without you adding reckless button-mashing to the list.
Finish the campaign on Hard without lowering the difficulty to secure True Soldato. Completing the story also unlocks The Old Country. Unlike most other trophies, the Hard completion requirement cannot simply be earned by replaying individual chapters afterward, making your initial difficulty choice especially important. Once the credits roll, you can focus on collectibles and miscellaneous challenges without worrying about another complete story run.
TROPHY CLEANUP AND EXTRA TIPS
After finishing the campaign, use Chapter Replay → Explore to access free roam and begin collectible cleanup. For The Collector, you'll need 50 newspapers, 23 photographs, 20 Saint's Cards, and 50 Mystery Foxes, totaling 143 collectibles. Most can be obtained while exploring, but some are restricted to story chapters and require Chapter Replay. Mystery Foxes are particularly sneaky because they aren't initially marked on the map. Keep track of what you've collected, and be careful when purchasing the 5,000-Dinari fox statue from Pasquale's shop. Earlier versions had reports of purchases failing to register when players lacked sufficient funds, potentially blocking Mystery Fox Domination and The Collector.
Next, finish any remaining combat and weapon trophies. You can replay combat encounters and use checkpoint retries to work toward firearm kills, knife takedowns, headshots, and explosive eliminations. Miscellaneous objectives include customizing a vehicle and horse, equipping a charm, repairing a vehicle with its crank, jumping a car over 40 meters, and maintaining 120 km/h for 15 seconds. You'll also need to purchase all seven available cars from Pasquale for The Finer Things, requiring 11,000 Dinari. Apparently, organized crime pays reasonably well until you develop a vintage car addiction.
Finally, revisit any chapters containing missed stealth, racing, or combat challenges. Salvatore's Apprentice is the major exception, so hopefully you handled that safe back in Chapter 3. Once every base-game trophy has been earned, The Don will unlock, rewarding you with the Platinum. You've survived Sicily's criminal underworld, settled family disputes with questionable levels of violence, and collected enough fox statues to open a small museum. Not bad for a former miner.
