Obtain all trophies.
Trophy: Case Closed
Read all the files in the main story.
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Read all 75 files in the main story to unlock this trophy. You can track progress in the Files menu next to your inventory. There is no chapter select, so keep manual saves in each major area in case you miss something. Many files are automatic from story progression, but a large number require careful exploration and interaction with desks, drawers, monitors, and even rotating documents to reveal hidden text. A few important reminders will save you a headache. In the Prologue, inspect and rotate the Investigation Report so the hidden photo can be read or it will not count. In the S.T.A.R.S. Office, you must read all four related files before the Photograph spawns in the Library. In the ARK Archives, read the monitor file before interacting with the large console at the end of the room or you risk missing it. Some files only appear after solving small puzzles, such as opening the Organ Transport Box in the Lead Researcher’s Office. Many safe codes and special notes are found near the safes themselves, and even if you already know the combinations, still read the associated files so they count toward completion. Check every safe room thoroughly, inspect monitors on walls, open drawers fully, and rotate documents when prompted. The final two files are obtained automatically during a late game cutscene as Leon, and the trophy unlocks right after if you have collected the previous 73. This trophy rewards patience and curiosity. Slow down, double check rooms before leaving, and treat every desk like it is hiding something important. If you stay thorough from the start, this will feel satisfying instead of stressful.
Trophy: Crate Expectations
Open all BSAA containers.
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Open all three BSAA Containers during Leon’s section in East Raccoon City. These large blue shipping containers can only be accessed after obtaining the BSAA Container Keys. You receive the keys automatically during a cutscene after inserting two batteries into the flooded garage gate in the Underground Parking Garage. This is story related and cannot be missed, so just keep progressing until you get the keys. Once you have them, the containers are marked on the map when you get close. Since there is no chapter select, keep manual saves in case you move too far ahead. BSAA Container 1 is located at the east end of the main road between the Gas Station and Cedarbrook Apartments. Climb up behind the truck at the end of the road to reach it and unlock it with the keys. BSAA Container 2 is in Central Camp. Backtrack there and open the container near the tent. Inside you will find the Repair Kit, which is useful for fixing the Broken Signal Receiver. BSAA Container 3 is along the main road between the Gas Station and Central Camp. Use the fuel can on the generator at the crane to open the gate, move through the construction site, and descend the ladder underground to find the final container. Open all three and the trophy unlocks. It is mostly about backtracking at the right time, so once you get the keys, take a few minutes to grab them before pushing too far into the story.
Trophy: No Safe is Safe
Open every safe in the main story.
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Open all five safes during Grace’s sections of the main story to unlock this trophy. There is no chapter select, so keep manual saves in each major area in case you miss one. Safe codes are normally found in related files, but you can enter the combinations immediately without reading them. Note that Insanity difficulty uses different combinations. Rotate the dial carefully in the correct direction for each number. If you mess up, it resets and you can try again. Safe 1 is in the Bar and Lounge on the second floor of the Care Center, sitting on the bar counter behind enemies. Casual combination is Left 10, Right 80, Left 30. Insanity combination is Right 20, Left 50, Right 30. Safe 2 is in the Examination Room after opening the East Wing with the keycard from Central Hall. It is inside a cabinet in the corner. Casual combination is Right 30, Left 10, Right 50. Insanity combination is Left 50, Right 30, Left 90. Safe 3 is in the Furnace area of the Care Center Basement. Insert the Joint Plug into the Furnace room door, then check the side office on the right. Casual combination is Right 60, Left 40, Right 80. Insanity combination is Left 70, Right 50, Left 20. Safe 4 is in the Sterilization Chamber in the ARK area during Grace’s section. It sits on the window directly ahead when entering the room. Casual combination is Right 10, Left 90, Right 20. Insanity combination is Left 80, Right 50, Left 0. Be careful of the Licker while opening it. Safe 5 is in the Monitor Control Room in the ARK. After obtaining the Magnetic Key, unlock the red door upstairs near the typewriter, enter the green door on the left in the lobby with red floor paint, and inspect the monitor area. Casual combination is Left 50, Right 60, Left 80. Insanity combination is Right 20, Left 0, Right 70. Open all five and the trophy unlocks. Keep calm, spin carefully, and double check your direction before committing. Nothing hurts more than getting the numbers right but the direction wrong.

Trophy: The Hunt Begins
Destroy one Mr. Raccoon memoriam.
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Destroy any one Mr. Raccoon memoriam to unlock this. These small collectible statues are hidden throughout the game and can be destroyed with a melee attack or a shot. You will likely find one naturally if you explore side rooms. Once you see one, take it out immediately. They are small, sneaky, and very easy to overlook.
Trophy: You Little Rascal!
Destroy every Mr. Raccoon memoriam.
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Destroy all 25 Mr. Raccoon Memoriam statues to unlock this trophy. They are small dancing raccoon figurines that make a faint sound when you are nearby. Shoot them or hit them with melee to destroy them. They count across all saves and playthroughs, so you do not need to collect them in one run. After your first playthrough you can buy maps from the Bonus Menu to help locate them, but there is no per area tracker, so stay organized. Keep manual saves since there is no chapter select. Care Center Leon Part 1 Number 1 is after cutting open a door with the chainsaw. Go through the next door and it sits on the fireplace in front of you. Care Center Grace Part 2 Number 2 is in Central Hall after unlocking the East Wing, sitting on the reception desk. Number 3 is at the end of the corridor east from the Waiting Room before heading upstairs to the Lead Researcher’s Office. Number 4 is in the Kitchenette upstairs after using the Level 1 Wristband, next to the sink. Number 5 is in the Medication Room behind the bed in the empty Level 3 Wristband cell. Care Center Leon Part 2 Number 6 is in the Records Room inside a closet that only Leon can break open with the hatchet. Care Center Basement Grace Number 7 is in the Workshop after inserting the Joint Plug, sitting on the workbench. Number 8 is in the Bunkroom after inserting a Joint Plug in the Boiler Room corridor, sitting on top of the TV. Care Center Courtyard Grace Number 9 is in the Private Lab on a desk in the same room where you use the computer to progress. Care Center Courtyard Leon Number 10 is one of the trickiest. After climbing onto the roof and reaching the staircase, do not enter the wooden door. Turn left at the top and look down toward the garden lamps. It is sitting on a pedestal beneath a garden light and must be shot from a distance with the sniper. East Raccoon City Leon Number 11 is behind the counter in Café Oasis near the early intersection. Number 12 is on the highway, sitting on a wrecked car roof, visible after using binoculars on the Logistics Warehouse Roof. Shoot it with the sniper. Number 13 is in the Underground Parking Garage, inside a side room on a box near the stealth tutorial enemy. Number 14 is inside the driver seat of a bus on the street near Cedarbrook Apartments after obtaining the BSAA Container Keys. Number 15 is in Cedarbrook Apartments on the top floor inside an open fridge before reaching the rooftop. Number 16 is inside the Gas Station on a metal shelf after shooting down the ladder outside. Number 17 is in an open sewage pipe below the crane shortcut at the west end of the main road. Look down and left while crossing. Number 18 is in Ridgewood Station inside a train compartment seat after using the Fuel Can at the generator. Number 19 is on a shelf inside Willis Tower after using the elevator and zipline from Central Camp. Raccoon City Center Leon Number 20 is in front of the destroyed tanker after the motorcycle section. Number 21 is in the Operations Room behind a wooden barricade in the rubble. Number 22 is in the Library inside a tall bookshelf. Go to the north facing side and aim at the bottom shelf behind a stack of books near where you pick up the Mechanic Jack. Raccoon City Center After Orphanage Number 23 is in Gun Shop Kendo. After the cutscene, turn around into the alley and look up at an open window to shoot it. ARK Leon Number 24 is behind a box in the corridor immediately after the decontamination tunnel. ARK Grace Number 25 is in the Operations Room during Grace’s section, sitting on the left side in front of the large monitor in the same room as the Noblesse Orb. Destroy the last one and the trophy unlocks instantly. Listen for the faint sound and always look slightly above eye level. If you think you cleared a room too quickly, you probably missed one.

Trophy: Blood! More Blood!
Use 300 microsamples of infected blood.
Type: Bronze
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
After unlocking crafting with the Blood Collector, use a total of 300 microsamples of infected blood on crafted items. Handgun ammo and Hemolytic Injectors both count. The fastest method is to craft ammo, reload your save, and repeat until the cumulative total reaches 300. All cumulative trophies can be farmed this way. It sounds grindy, but with save reloads it goes quickly. Think of it as investing in your future firepower.
Trophy: Bloodlust
Collect 5000 microsamples of infected blood with the blood collector.
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Collect a total of 5000 microsamples of infected blood using the Blood Collector as Grace. You obtain the Blood Collector in the Care Center Blood Lab during the story. After that, gather Transfusion Bags found throughout the Care Center, such as in Cold Storage where you retrieve the Artificial Heart. First empty your Blood Collector by crafting items so it can store more. Make a manual save, consume the Transfusion Bags from your inventory to instantly gain blood, then reload your save and repeat. The total is cumulative across reloads and playthroughs. It sounds like a lot, but with save scumming it goes surprisingly fast. After your first playthrough you can track progress in the Challenge Menu.
Trophy: Credit Where Credit Is Due
Earn 200,000 credits.
Type: Silver
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Earn a total of 200000 credits. As Leon, pick up the Tactical Tracker in East Raccoon City at Central Camp. It sits next to a Supply Box in plain sight. After that, every defeated enemy awards credits. Credits only count as earned when you interact with a Supply Box to update the total. This trophy is cumulative across playthroughs and will almost certainly unlock naturally during your second run while working toward other challenges. You earn far more than 200000 credits while going for S ranks and cleanup trophies. Do not grind for this specifically. Just keep playing and cashing in at Supply Boxes. The money piles up faster than you think.
Trophy: Seasoned Pro
Defeat 300 enemies.
Type: Bronze
Category: Grind
Unlock Details
Defeat a total of 300 enemies across all playthroughs. This is cumulative and will unlock naturally during your first run since the game throws far more than 300 enemies at you. If for some reason you are short, you can farm kills via save reload or checkpoint restart, but that should not be necessary. Just play normally and survive. By the time the credits roll, you will likely have earned this without even checking the counter.
Trophy: Bang For Your Buck
Defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Using Grace’s Requiem revolver, kill at least three enemies with a single shot. The bullet must pass through all three, so line them up carefully before firing. A great early opportunity is in the East Wing of the Care Center after leaving the Examination Room, where three zombies shuffle down the corridor between Isolation Ward and the Waiting Room in a straight line. Another reliable spot is after obtaining ID Wristband Level 3 in Isolation Ward, where several zombies funnel into the hallway. Take your time, aim through the center of the group, and let the penetration do the work. It feels incredibly satisfying when one bullet solves three problems.

Trophy: Bring Out the Big Guns
Stun the Girl with Requiem.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
The Girl is the large pursuer enemy in the Care Center. To unlock this, simply stun her once using the Requiem revolver. Grace automatically receives Requiem in the Central Hall. The safest opportunity is during the Water Treatment Plant section where you must activate three power switches. The game provides extra Requiem ammo specifically for this encounter. Shoot her once to stagger her and the trophy unlocks. Do not panic and unload everything. One clean shot is all you need.

Trophy: Can I Borrow This?
Throw a weapon dropped by an enemy.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
As Leon, enemies sometimes drop melee weapons after you defeat them. Walk up and press X to automatically throw the dropped weapon at the nearest enemy. The earliest and easiest chance is during the Prologue in Wrenwood when a zombie on the street carries a melee weapon. Take him down and immediately throw it back at another enemy. It is quick, satisfying, and a great way to turn their own tools against them.
Trophy: Cat Got Your Tongue?
Cut the tongue off a Licker β2 using the hatchet.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
This can only be done as Leon late in the game during his second visit to the ARK area. Lickers β2 are the crawling enemies with long tongues that occasionally lash out from a distance. Wait for one to initiate a tongue attack, then press L1 at the last second to counter with the hatchet. If timed correctly, Leon will sever the tongue and the trophy unlocks. The tricky part is that they do not use this attack often, so keep some distance and bait it by moving in and out of range. The timing must be precise, so do not get discouraged if it takes a few tries. Once you land it, you will feel like you just won a duel instead of a fight.
Trophy: Chop Chop
Defeat three zombies with a hatchet finishing attack.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
Playing as Leon, you will occasionally see an R2 prompt to perform a finishing attack with the combat axe when a zombie is weakened. This often happens after shooting enemies in the legs or when they fall to the ground. Perform three axe finishers across the game to unlock this. Blister Head enemies are especially easy to trigger finishers on if you target their legs or head a few times. It should come naturally, but if you want to speed it up, weaken enemies deliberately instead of finishing them with bullets.
Trophy: Deadly Duet
Defeat the two singers in the main story.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
While playing as Grace in the Care Center, you will encounter two optional singing zombies during the story. You can hear them before you see them, which makes them easy to identify. The first is in the Bar and Lounge on the second floor of the West Wing, a woman in a white dress encountered while progressing toward the Chairman’s Office. The second is in the Conference Room on the second floor of the East Wing after obtaining the ID Wristband Level 1, wearing a turquoise dress. Kill both at any point and the trophy unlocks. If ammo is tight early, return later once you are better equipped. It is a strange concert, but you definitely want to end the show.

Trophy: Fatal Dose
Defeat a zombie using the hemolytic injector.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
As Grace in the Care Center East Wing, enter the Examination Room along the story path and you will see a Hemolytic Injector directly ahead. Pick it up, crouch, sneak behind a zombie, and press R2 to inject it. The zombie explodes instantly and the trophy unlocks. It is quick and very satisfying. You can also craft more later after analyzing the Blood Specimen, but this first opportunity is the safest and easiest. Think of it as the cleanest way to deal with a problem.

Trophy: Grace and Goliath
Defeat a Chunk as Grace.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
As Grace in the Care Center, pick up the ID Wristband Level 1 in the East Wing corridor near the Lead Researcher’s Office to trigger the Chunk encounter. This large blob enemy will begin chasing you immediately. Defeat him as Grace to unlock the trophy. He has much more health than standard enemies. On Casual it takes one Requiem headshot and a large number of pistol shots to finish him. If you are low on ammo, progress the story and return later. He temporarily despawns at certain points but reappears in the East Wing after using the ID Wristband Level 3 on Emily’s cell, which is your final chance. If he feels overwhelming, remember you can always clean this up during an Insanity run with infinite ammo. Sometimes patience is the best weapon.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/ukrAFqkx6XQ
Trophy: I Remember That, Too
Defeat the Super Tyrant.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
This trophy unlocks after defeating the Super Tyrant during the story. The fight takes place shortly after finishing the Raccoon Police Department section when you return to the streets and pass by Kendo Gun Shop. As you exit the shop area you will see a nearby save point. Make a hard save here, because the next cutscene immediately triggers the boss encounter. The Super Tyrant is fast, aggressive, and deals heavy damage. His most obvious weak point is the large exposed heart on his chest, which is the main area you want to target during the fight. His mutated arm with the massive claw is used for most of his attacks, so staying aware of your spacing is important. At close range he relies on claw swings and quick two hit combos. These attacks can be parried using the hatchet, which creates small openings where you can safely land shots on his exposed heart. At medium distance he will often rush forward to close the gap, and this charge can also be parried if timed correctly. If you try to stay too far away, he may pick up and throw nearby cars to force you back into the fight. A reliable approach is to let him start with a rush attack and parry it to create your first opening. After the parry, fire several Requiem shots into the exposed heart while keeping some distance. After enough damage he will drop to one knee. When this happens, quickly move in and perform the hatchet attack prompt to deal heavy damage. Another opportunity appears when the Tyrant climbs onto a nearby car. During this moment he is briefly exposed and you can fire multiple shots into his heart. If you deal enough damage he will fall off the car and give you another window to attack. If not, he will leap toward you with a powerful jump attack, so be ready to dodge or create space. Keep repeating this pattern. Parry his rushes and close attacks, shoot the exposed heart with the Requiem whenever you have space, and take advantage of the kneeling and car openings for extra damage. After enough pressure the Super Tyrant will fall, ending the fight and unlocking the trophy.
Trophy: Internal Dispute
Make a zombie attack another zombie in the hospital wards.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
This can only be done as Grace in the Care Center Waiting Room and it requires careful setup. First, grab an Empty Bottle from the Dining Hall in the West Wing and keep it in your inventory. After unlocking the East Wing door, make a manual save because this attempt can fail easily. Progress through the Examination Room and down the corridor where three zombies approach from the red lit hallway. Kill those three quickly, then enter the Waiting Room on the right. Inside are two special zombies, a blind man in a white gown and a maid in a black dress. Break the first vase on the right side of the room and hide in the corner to lure them close together. When they are standing near each other, throw the Empty Bottle at the maid. The blind zombie will react to the noise and attack her, unlocking the trophy. Do not let either zombie hear your footsteps beforehand, do not kill either of them, and do not take too long or the maid will leave the room. This one can take a few retries, so stay calm and treat it like a small stealth puzzle. When it works, it feels clever instead of chaotic.

Trophy: Not Today, Buds!
Defeat all the Plant 43 seedlings.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
As Leon in Raccoon City Center, after the Orphanage and the Super Tyrant fight, you will board a train and encounter the first Plant 43 Seedling automatically. These enemies look like vines with sharp teeth and must be shot in the open mouth to be killed. There are nine total. The first is unmissable on the train. After that, you will rappel into a cave where the remaining eight are located. The second appears on the main path near the start of the cave. The third and fourth are on the next main path section. The fifth is on a side path to the left and will attempt to grab your feet. The sixth is in the flooded cave area along the main route. The seventh is immediately to the left after the sixth. The eighth and ninth are along the main path as you head toward the light at the end of the cave. Explore thoroughly and check side paths to avoid missing one. Shoot carefully when they open their mouths and do not panic. Clear them all and the trophy unlocks. It is basically pest control, just with more teeth.

Trophy: Order Up!
Defeat the chef in the care center in the main story.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
In the Care Center Kitchen you will run into the Chef, a large zombie wielding a cleaver who blocks your path. You can defeat him as either Grace or Leon. On Casual or Standard, one Requiem headshot followed by several regular pistol headshots is usually enough. He drops the Pantry Key, which opens the locked kitchen door. If you are low on ammo when first encountering him as Grace, you can skip him and eliminate him later as Leon during his return to the Care Center. He hits hard, so keep distance and aim for the head. Take him down cleanly and dinner is officially canceled.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/6hTxupJb4NI
Trophy: Road Rage
Stop one of Victor's attacks on the highway.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
During the motorcycle sequence in Raccoon City, after blowing open the gate in East Raccoon City, Victor will appear riding ahead of you. When a red arrow appears over his head, he is about to fire an RPG. Shoot him quickly to interrupt the attack and the trophy unlocks. You have infinite SMG ammo during this section, so you can safely keep firing at him the entire time. There are two chances to interrupt him, with the first coming shortly after he appears for the second time. It is technically missable, but with unlimited ammo this is your moment to spray first and ask questions never.
Video Guide: https://www.youtube.com/embed/A9jHJnlg5ig
Trophy: Untouchable
Parry an enemy attack.
Type: Bronze
Category: Combat
Unlock Details
As Leon, use the combat axe to parry an incoming zombie attack by pressing L1 just before the hit connects. The timing is tight and may take a few attempts. If the axe becomes dull, resharpen it with L1 and Square. Practice on a single slow zombie to get comfortable with the timing. Once it clicks, it feels incredibly satisfying. Nothing says confidence like stopping a zombie mid swing.
Trophy: Curator
View all concept art.
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Unlock and view all 56 concept art entries in the Bonuses Menu. Each costs 100 Challenge Points for a total of 5600 CP. Like the models, they are automatically unlocked for purchase after beating the game once. You must actually open and view each piece for it to count. Select the first entry and hold R1 to quickly scroll through them. Again, leave this for the end. Focus your CP on gameplay advantages first. Once you have cleared Insanity and finished your challenge runs, you will have more than enough CP to buy everything. Then you can sit back, relax, and appreciate the artwork without zombies trying to eat you.
Trophy: Like Mother, Like Daughter
Unlock a drawer with a lockpick.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Lockpicks are used to open locked drawers that contain useful items, including Rare Materials needed to craft Requiem ammo. These tools can only be collected while playing as Grace during the Rhodes Hill Care Center section of the game, so make sure to explore carefully while you are controlling her. There are five lockpicks hidden throughout the Care Center. One can be found on the second floor of the West Wing inside the Office, sitting on a table next to a PC monitor. Another is located in the Custodian’s Office on the first floor of the West Wing, inside a locker that requires the Level 1 ID Wristband. A third lockpick appears in the Lead Researcher’s Office on the second floor of the East Wing, resting on top of a small cabinet. The remaining two are located in the basement. One is inside the Boiler Room, while the last can be found in the tunnel connecting the Workshop to the Inspection Room. Locked drawers are also scattered throughout the Rhodes Hill Care Center. Using a lockpick on any of them will unlock the trophy, so you only need to open one to earn it. The first drawer can be found on the first floor of the West Wing beside a sofa on the northwest side of the hall, south of the restroom near the kitchen. Another sits on a cabinet on the south side of the East Wing lobby. On the second floor of the West Wing, a drawer can be found beside the door to the Chairman’s Office. Two more appear in the basement, including a blue locker in the Bunkroom and another blue locker in the Inspection Room, which requires the Forklift Key to reach.
Trophy: Master Craftsman
Craft every possible item with Leon.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
To unlock this, craft every possible item available to Leon. All crafting recipes become available during the Raccoon City Center section once you collect the required materials. Open the menu with the Touchpad and check the Crafting tab to see what you can make. You do not need to craft everything in one continuous run. The easiest method is to make a manual save, craft as many items as your materials allow, then reload the save to get your materials back and craft the remaining ones. The game tracks this cumulatively, even across reloads. There are nine total items Leon can craft. Mixed Herb G plus G. Mixed Herb G plus G plus G made from three green herbs. Mixed Herb G plus G plus G made from a mixed G plus G and one green herb. Handgun Ammo using Scrap and Small Gunpowder. Shotgun Ammo using Scrap and Larger Gunpowder. Rifle Ammo using Scrap and Large Gunpowder. Machine Gun Ammo using Scrap and Small Gunpowder. Hand Grenade using Scrap and Large Gunpowder. Stacked Hand Grenade by combining two Hand Grenades. If you are short on materials, do not panic. Just craft in batches and reload. It is more about menu management than combat skill, so take your time and check each recipe carefully.
Trophy: Minimalist
Complete the main story without Grace using the blood collector.
Type: Gold
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the main story without Grace using the Blood Collector at all. This is easiest on Casual and can be combined with Speed Demon and Never Touch the Stuff. The simplest strategy is to never pick up the Blood Collector in the Blood Lab. If you ignore it entirely, the trophy is guaranteed at the end. After your first playthrough you can track this under Challenges and it must remain at zero. Since you are skipping blood crafting, rely on found ammo and smart routing. On Casual there is plenty of ammo available, especially if you avoid unnecessary fights. This challenge sounds restrictive, but once you commit to ignoring the Blood Collector, it becomes surprisingly straightforward.
Trophy: Model Mania
View all models.
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Unlock and view all 44 models in the Bonuses Menu. Each costs 100 Challenge Points for a total of 4400 CP. All models become available after completing the story once on any difficulty. Simply unlocking them is not enough. You must open each one and view it. The fastest method is to select the first model and hold R1 to quickly cycle through them all. Save this for late game cleanup. Models and concept art together cost 10000 CP, and Insanity difficulty alone awards far more than enough. Spend your early CP on practical upgrades like infinite ammo or the unbreakable knife, then come back and enjoy the gallery once you are done sweating through combat.
Trophy: Never Touch the Stuff
Complete the main story without using herbs or med injectors.
Type: Gold
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the entire story without consuming any herbs or med injectors. This is best done on Casual and paired with Speed Demon and a no Blood Collector run. On Casual, your health automatically regenerates up to yellow when low, and this does not void the trophy. If you drop into critical and the screen flashes red, just create distance and let your health recover naturally. It refills surprisingly fast. You are allowed to pick up herbs and injectors, store them, sell them, discard them, or even use them for crafting. You just cannot consume them for healing. Steroids found in the Care Center Parlor increase max health and do not count as healing, so use them. Buying or repairing body armor as Leon is also allowed. Some story segments automatically restore Leon’s health and that does not void the run either. Bonus weapons like the infinite knife are completely fine. Track progress under Challenges after your first playthrough and make sure it stays at zero for the entire run. Once you realize Casual basically heals you for free, this becomes more about discipline than difficulty.
Trophy: Out of Sight, Out of Mind
Store an item in the item box as Grace.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
As Grace, store any item in an item box. The first opportunity appears in the Care Center safe room in the Central Hall. Open the storage box and move one item from your inventory into it. The trophy unlocks immediately. You will see many storage boxes throughout the game, so this is almost impossible to miss. Consider it your first lesson in inventory management, because you will need that skill later.
Trophy: Remarkable Agent
Complete the main story on Insanity difficulty.
Type: Gold
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the story on Insanity difficulty. This mode unlocks after beating the game once on any difficulty, even Casual. Insanity grants all lower difficulty trophies as well. Enemies have much more health, move faster, spawn more frequently, and certain item locations such as Antique Coins and Safe Codes are changed. It sounds brutal, but with the right setup it becomes surprisingly doable. The easiest approach is to prepare first. Finish a collectible run and complete a Casual speedrun without healing and without using the Blood Collector. This gives you enough Challenge Points to purchase Infinite Ammo and the Infinite RPG from the Bonus Menu under Special Content. The RPG deletes everything in one hit, including bosses, and Infinite Ammo makes Grace extremely strong with the Requiem revolver. Also grab Freya’s Needle for Grace since it helps when she temporarily loses Requiem access. Do not waste Challenge Points on cosmetic unlocks early. You can buy models and concept art later since Insanity itself awards a large CP bonus. If things get overwhelming, remember that knowledge is power. Once you know enemy placements and routes, Insanity feels more like a puzzle than a punishment. Set yourself up properly and you will steamroll it.
Trophy: Resolute Agent
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Classic) difficulty.
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the story on Standard Classic difficulty or higher to unlock this. Difficulty trophies stack, so clearing Insanity will also grant this automatically. The key difference on Classic is that manual saves require Ink Ribbons, which means you cannot save whenever you want. Manage your ribbons carefully and only save before risky sections or bosses. It adds tension, but once you learn enemy placements it becomes very manageable. Think of it as survival horror the old school way.
Trophy: Retail Therapy
Purchase an item from the supply box.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
While playing as Leon in Raccoon City, you will unlock the Central Camp save point. Next to it is a large green Supply Box where you can spend credits earned from defeated enemies. Purchase any item once and the trophy unlocks. You will earn credits constantly, so buy something simple early to get this out of the way. Sometimes a little shopping really does solve your problems.
Trophy: Rising Agent
Complete the main story on at least Standard (Modern) difficulty.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Finish the story on Standard Modern difficulty or higher to earn this. Like the other difficulty trophies, it stacks, so clearing a harder mode will unlock this as well. The main difference between Modern and Classic is that Classic requires Ink Ribbons for manual saves. If you want more freedom to save whenever you want, Modern is the safer pick. Choose the experience that fits your comfort level, then push higher on a second run once you know what is coming.
Trophy: Rookie Agent
Complete the main story on at least Casual difficulty.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Complete the main story on Casual difficulty or higher and this will unlock automatically. Difficulty trophies stack, so finishing on a higher setting will also grant this one. If you are just learning mechanics or want a relaxed first run, Casual is perfectly fine. There is no shame in surviving first and challenging yourself later.
Trophy: Science!
Unlock a crafting recipe using analysis.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
While playing as Grace in the Care Center Blood Lab, pick up the Blood Collector and the Blood Specimen Denatured. Interact with the Analyzer in the same room and solve the sequence puzzle by turning all atoms red. Completing the analysis unlocks new crafting recipes and this trophy. It is straightforward once you understand the mechanic, so take your time and do not overthink it. You are basically weaponizing lab work.
Trophy: Speed Demon
Complete the main story by releasing Elpis within four hours.
Type: Silver
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
Finish the game in under four hours and choose Release Elpis at the end. Picking the other ending will not unlock this trophy. The timer is very forgiving and can comfortably be done in under three hours on Casual. Combine this with a no healing and no Blood Collector run for maximum efficiency. After your first playthrough you can track your time under Challenges, and the clock pauses while in the pause menu, so use that to plan routes. If you are skipping the Blood Collector, buy the unbreakable knife Koketsu from Bonus under Special Items. It lets you interrupt enemies and run past without wasting ammo. Focus on sprinting past non essential fights, memorizing puzzle solutions, and avoiding unnecessary backtracking. A strong pace looks like this. Leon Care Center Attic at 45 minutes. Grace basement around 53 minutes. Courtyard escape around 1 hour 10 minutes. Rooftop sniping at 1 hour 14 minutes. Water Treatment around 1 hour 20 minutes. Raccoon City arrival at 1 hour 25 minutes. After bike ride around 2 hours 5 minutes. Finish Orphanage around 2 hours 17 minutes. Reach ARK around 2 hours 27 minutes. Grace in ARK at 2 hours 35 minutes. Final completion around 3 hours. That leaves nearly an hour of buffer. Beating this also unlocks the Infinite Ribbon, which makes Insanity much easier later. Once you know the route, this feels less like a panic run and more like a victory lap. Stay calm and keep moving.
Trophy: Tailor Made
Upgrade a weapon.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
As Leon, upgrade any weapon by attaching a weapon part. The earliest opportunity is in the Care Center Attic. Break open the first Warped Closet you find between the Attic and Attic Storage using Leon’s axe to obtain a Compensator for the pistol. Open your inventory and combine the part with the weapon to unlock the trophy. Later on you can also purchase upgrades from Supply Boxes in Raccoon City. It is a simple mechanic, but upgrading early makes combat noticeably smoother, so do not ignore free parts.
Trophy: The Ol' Fashioned Way
Use an ink ribbon to save at a typewriter.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
On Standard Classic and Insanity difficulty you need Ink Ribbons to manually save at typewriters. They do not exist on Casual or Standard Modern. Pick up an Ink Ribbon and interact with any typewriter to create a manual save and unlock this trophy. Ribbons are found regularly, but do not waste them. Save before bosses or risky sections. Classic mode rewards smart planning, so think before you click save.
Trophy: The Power of Blood
Craft an item using the blood collector.
Type: Bronze
Category: Misc
Unlock Details
After unlocking crafting through analysis in the Blood Lab, open the crafting menu and create any item that requires Infected Blood. You gather Infected Blood by using the Blood Collector on blood buckets or on defeated zombies. Craft something simple like handgun ammo or a Hemolytic Injector and the trophy will unlock. It is a core system you will rely on later, so get comfortable using it early. Once you realize enemies are walking supply drops, the system clicks fast.

Early Game
Your first playthrough of Resident Evil Requiem should focus on learning the game while quietly knocking out a large portion of the trophies. The recommended starting point is Casual difficulty. Enemies are less aggressive, autosaves are frequent, and you can save as often as you like. Your health also slowly recovers back to Caution over time, which makes this the safest setting for tackling the no-healing challenge while exploring the game at a relaxed pace.
The game can be played in either first-person or third-person depending on the character. Grace defaults to first-person while Leon uses third-person. The default perspectives usually provide the best experience for each character, but you are free to switch at any time if another view feels more comfortable.
During the early sections of the game you should focus on exploring thoroughly and picking up the first wave of collectibles. Mr. Raccoon statues, files, safes, and BSAA containers are scattered throughout the game and tie directly to trophies. A simple tip from experienced players is to check every room before leaving it, especially after solving a puzzle. Many collectibles are easy to miss if you rush forward.
Mid Game
As the story progresses you will start encountering more complex areas, tougher enemies, and several important boss fights. Continue focusing on collecting every file, destroying Mr. Raccoon statues, opening safes, and locating the BSAA containers. Finishing these during the main playthrough saves a lot of time later.
This is also the point where many gameplay systems start to open up. Crafting, weapon upgrades, and inventory management become much more important as enemies grow stronger. Take a moment to experiment with these systems and get comfortable with them, because they will matter a lot in later runs.
A helpful tip here is to always keep a little inventory space open. The game occasionally throws important items at you right after puzzles or encounters, and nothing slows progress more than needing to backtrack because your inventory is full.
Late Game
As you move toward the final sections of the story, the priority remains the same: continue collecting everything and finish the game without using healing items. Completing the story this way rewards a large amount of Completion Points, which are extremely important for unlocking powerful items in the Special Content Shop.
Challenges tied to trophies will also naturally complete during this run. These Challenges award additional Completion Points that can later be spent on unlockables like infinite ammo weapons. By the time the credits roll, you should have built up a large pool of points from story progression, collectibles, and gameplay trophies.
A useful tip near the end of the game is to create separate save files before major story milestones. Since the game does not include Chapter Select, having backup saves makes it much easier to return for anything you might have missed.
Trophy Cleanup and Extra Tips
Once the main story is finished, you should have earned most of the trophies along with a large amount of Completion Points. These points can be used in the Special Content Shop to unlock Infinite Ammo for standard weapons, which makes future playthroughs much faster and easier.
Your next goal will be completing a speedrun and other challenge runs in later playthroughs, which will grant even more Completion Points. These can then be used to unlock additional powerful weapons that help with the highest difficulty.
If you ever feel stuck on a puzzle, enemy encounter, or collectible location, remember you can always Ask Gami for help. Sometimes a quick hint is all you need to keep moving and stay on track toward the Platinum trophy.
