The Crew Motorfest Trophy Roadmap

EARLY GAME

Start by working through the Playlists, which are the main single-player content in Motorfest. Each Playlist contains a themed set of roughly 6–10 events and usually takes around an hour to complete. Your first major goal is to finish 6 Playlists for Cars, bikes, rides and good vibes.

Make sure one of those is Made in Japan, since you will need access to one of its events later. If you did not import vehicles from The Crew 2, Hawaii Scenic Tour is also a great choice because it rewards you with a free boat and plane. If you feel like doing a little extra, completing 10 Playlists unlocks fast travel, which makes later cleanup much easier.

After your 6 Playlists, start knocking out the side activities attached to them. You need 31 Motorfest Feats, 20 Photo Ops, and 30 Challenges. By this point you should already have plenty unlocked, so just pick whichever ones look quickest or most fun instead of turning Hawaii into one giant checklist.

MID GAME

Now start cleaning up the miscellaneous trophies. Most of these are quick one-off objectives involving certain vehicles, locations, or actions, and many can be completed in only a couple of minutes once you know what to do.

This includes things like reaching the volcano summit in a ground vehicle, flying under bridges, finding treasure, performing donuts, using rewind, customizing a vehicle, flying as high as possible, driving 40 km in one session, and completing events in specific modes. If you followed the early Playlist recommendations, having access to a boat and plane will save you some extra shopping here.

Once the single-player cleanup is mostly done, jump into the live multiplayer modes. Participate in a Grand Race for Grand Ambitions and work on overtaking 12 players in one session. Then play Demolition Royale and work toward destroying 3 vehicles and transforming into a monster truck twice in a single game. These may take a few attempts, but the massive player counts mean chaos is basically guaranteed.

LATE GAME

Next, work on the weekly Summit and Custom Show trophies. Complete one Summit event for The Ascent, then complete all 9 activities in the same Summit for Not so lonely at the top. Depending on the week's theme, you may need to buy several vehicles, so waiting for a cheaper Summit rotation can save a lot of money.

For the Custom Show, submit one eligible vehicle and vote for 5 other cars in the same session. These are straightforward once you have access to the current event theme.

You will also need another player for the Crew trophies. Join or form a Crew for Pack Mentality, travel 5 km in formation with another member for Look at us go, and complete a custom event with a full Crew of 4 for The Crew too! These require other PlayStation players specifically, so it is worth arranging the full-crew race ahead of time instead of hoping three strangers suddenly decide to cooperate.

TROPHY CLEANUP AND EXTRA TIPS

Leave the collecting and leveling trophies for the end because you will naturally make progress toward them while doing everything else. This includes collecting enough vehicles, improving performance parts, reaching the required Main Stage levels, and building your overall player level.

You may also still need That Pono feeling, which requires 24 total hours of playtime. If you have been efficient, congratulations — your reward for playing too efficiently is now needing to play more.

The longest wait may be Festival Fanfare, because its required player level increases at the end of each four-week in-game season. Because of that time gate, this may end up being your final trophy even after everything else is complete.

Once the leveling, vehicle collecting, multiplayer, Summit, and remaining cleanup trophies are finished, the Platinum is yours. The trophy list touches nearly every major part of Motorfest without requiring anywhere near 100% completion, so you can focus on the parts you enjoy instead of trying to own every car on the island.
