Trophy: What Doesn't Kill You…
Achieved all Trophies!
Type: Platinum

Trophy: Above the Law
Travis and Laura agreed to work together
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Get Travis and Laura to agree to work together against Silas. The key is keeping Travis from becoming hostile toward Laura in Chapter 7, then keeping Ryan alive through Chapter 9. Chapter 7: When Travis escorts Laura back to her cell, ignore the opportunity to lash out. Later, collect the syringe from the upstairs locker in the third room across and hide it behind the loose brick in Laura’s cell. When Travis has his back turned later in the chapter, do not grab his gun. At the end of the chapter, when Laura tricks Travis into entering the cell, use the syringe and complete the QTE to tranquilize him. If you missed the syringe, you can still stay on his good side: Pass the first QTE. Pass the second QTE. Choose APOLOGETIC. Pass the next QTE. Apologize again after Laura and Max leave the cell. Chapter 9: When Ryan is stabbed, leave the knife in place. Later, barricade the door so Bobby cannot remove it. When Bobby corners Ryan, stab him with the knife if prompted. When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose ACCEPT so he survives. After Ryan and Laura fall through the attic floor, shoot Chris. Once Chris is dead, Travis will stand down. Choose SUSPICIOUS when given the dialogue option. Laura and Travis will then agree to work together, and Above the Law will unlock.
Tip
This trophy basically comes down to one simple rule: do not spend Chapter 7 repeatedly giving Travis reasons to hate Laura. Revolutionary relationship advice, really.
Warning
If Laura shoots Travis in Chapter 7, this route is effectively ruined. Ryan also needs to survive Chapter 9 for the agreement with Travis to happen.

Trophy: Bizzare Yet Bonafide
Listened to the podcast
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Earn this during Chapter 7 by accessing Travis’ computer in the police station and listening to the Bizzare Yet Bonafide podcast. After Max attacks Laura, you will eventually be able to freely explore the police station. First, head upstairs and enter the first room. Interact with the birthday card on the notice board to learn Travis’ age. Next, go to the third room across and interact with the calendar in the corner to learn his birth date. Once you have examined both items, return downstairs and enter Travis’ office. Interact with his computer. Laura will gain access using the information you found, and the podcast will begin playing. Bizzare Yet Bonafide will unlock during the scene. This also counts as a Clue for Meddling Kids!
Tip
Apparently Travis protects his computer with information available on a birthday card and a nearby calendar. Cybersecurity at North Kill Police Department could use a little work.
Warning
Do this before returning to Laura’s cell and going to sleep. Once you end the exploration section, you will not get another opportunity to access Travis’ computer.

Trophy: Blood Pact
Infected every character
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Infect all 9 camp counselors at some point during the game. They do not all need to stay infected, and they can be cured or even die later. The only thing that matters is that each character gets bitten at least once. This trophy can be combined with Rough Night, but it does not pair well with Hackett’s Quarry Massacre because infection can prevent certain deaths. Prologue: Max: Max is infected automatically during the bunker sequence. Max Infected: 1/9 Chapter 1: As Abi, choose BREAK IN at the cabin. This sets up Dylan’s infection later in Chapter 5. You can also pick up Emma’s silver bracelet near the gate as Jacob if you want an easier time combining this with Rough Night. Chapter 2: As Emma, choose LEAVE FIREWORKS when you find them in the safe. Keeping them can interfere with one of her later infection opportunities. Chapter 3: Nick: Nick is infected automatically during the attack in the woods. Nick Infected: 2/9 Abi: During Abi’s escape, reach the Don’t Breathe event and deliberately fail it so she gets bitten. Abi Infected: 3/9 Jacob: When Jacob is caught by Bobby, use the interrupt to throw dirt at him. This prevents Jacob from being covered in blood and makes him vulnerable to infection later. Chapter 4: Emma: At the treehouse, follow this sequence: SEARCH BAG USE TASER Take the photo Pass the QTE Complete the button-tap event SPRAY Pass the QTE Pass the next QTE BLOCK DOOR USE TRAPDOOR Pass the QTE Fail the next QTE Pass the following QTE Fail the next QTE for another bite opportunity Pass the final QTE Emma should now be infected. Emma Infected: 4/9 Tip: Do not rely on the old zipline infection method. That route appears to have been patched and may no longer work. Chapter 5: Dylan: Because Abi broke into the cabin in Chapter 1, Dylan will be bitten during the radio hut sequence. When Dylan asks Ryan to cut off his hand, choose TERRIFIED. Ryan will refuse, allowing the infection to spread. Dylan Infected: 5/9 Chapter 6: Jacob: When Jacob is chased after reuniting with Emma, fail the first QTE. He will be bitten. Jacob Infected: 6/9 Emma: If you missed Emma’s infection in Chapter 4, she has another opportunity here. During the hunter sequence, use the interrupt so she gets chased and bitten. However, if you are combining this with Rough Night, her Chapter 6 infection creates a different transformation path later and needs more careful handling. Chapter 7: Laura: Laura’s infection is revealed automatically near the end of the chapter. Laura Infected: 7/9 Chapter 8: Dylan Alternate: If you cured Dylan in Chapter 5, you can infect him here instead, but Emma must have been infected in Chapter 4. When werewolf Emma attacks from the minivan, shoot her during the first opportunity so Abi survives, then do not shoot during the second attack. Dylan will protect Kaitlyn and get bitten. This method prevents Peanut Butter Butterpops! in the same run because you intentionally skip a combat shot. Chapter 9: Ryan: When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose SYMPATHETIC, then ACCEPT. Do not pull away. Ryan Infected: 8/9 Kaitlyn: At the scrapyard, follow this sequence: WARN KAITLYN Pass the QTE SLAM CAR Do nothing during the button-tap event Kaitlyn will be bitten. Kaitlyn Infected: 9/9 Blood Pact should unlock immediately after Kaitlyn becomes infected.
Tip
The Quarry normally spends the whole night teaching you that getting bitten is bad. For this trophy, your job is to ignore that lesson nine separate times.
Warning
Keep track of who has already been infected. Max, Nick, and Laura happen automatically, but missing one of the others can force a substantial replay.

Trophy: Family Matters
Killed all the Hacketts
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Kill all 7 members of the Hackett family. One dies automatically during the story, while the others require specific choices across Chapters 9 and 10. This trophy can be combined with Above the Law, The White Wolf, and Rough Night if you keep Travis friendly until the end, or with Hackett’s Quarry Massacre if you prefer the darker route. Before Chapter 9, you need a way to deal with Caleb later. There are two good options. In Chapter 1, have Abi BREAK IN to the cabin, pick up the stuffed toy, and choose KEEP. Kaitlyn can later use it to trap Caleb in the freezer. Alternatively, keep Abi or Emma alive long enough to collect the silver shells in Chapter 9. Those shells can be given to Kaitlyn in Chapter 10 so she can kill Caleb directly. Chapter 9: Constance: During Laura’s struggle with Constance, complete the button-tap QTE to kill her. If she survives here, she can still die later if Bobby is weakened. Bobby: When Ryan is stabbed, do not pull the knife out. Later, when Bobby corners him, use the knife to stab Bobby. This weakens him enough that he will later be killed by Chris. Jedediah: During Laura’s fight with Jedediah, pass the QTEs, choose ATTACK, and complete the button-tap event to kill him. If you leave him alive, stabbing Bobby can still result in Jedediah dying later. Chris: When Ryan and Laura fall through the attic floor, shoot Chris immediately. Do not miss. Travis: There are two main ways to kill Travis. If Laura shot him in Chapter 7, Travis will attack her after Chris dies. Ryan can then turn on Travis and kill him. If Travis remained friendly, keep him alive until Chapter 10. This is the better route if you are also working toward Above the Law and The White Wolf. Chapter 10: Caleb: If you kept the stuffed toy, use the freezer route: RUN BEAM Complete the button-tap event RUN Complete the Don’t Breathe event FREEZER USE DECOY Complete the final button-tap event This traps Caleb in the freezer. You must then kill Silas later so Caleb’s curse is broken and he freezes to death. If you have the silver shells instead: RUN BEAM Complete the button-tap event RUN INVESTIGATE Shoot Caleb This kills him immediately. Travis: If Travis survived Chapter 9, continue to Silas’ den. When given the option to raise the gun at Silas, do nothing. Travis will try to grab the gun. Fail the following QTE and Travis will die. You will still be given the opportunity to shoot Silas afterward, allowing you to finish The White Wolf during the same route. Once every Hackett is dead, Family Matters will unlock.
Tip
The stuffed toy from Chapter 1 can help you wipe out an entire werewolf bloodline nine chapters later. Never underestimate the tactical value of random camp junk.
Warning
If you use the freezer method on Caleb, you must kill Silas afterward. If the curse is not broken, Caleb survives the night in the freezer and the trophy will not unlock.

Trophy: Forewarned is Forearmed
Got a Tarot reading
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Find any Tarot Card, then choose SEE MORE when speaking with Eliza at the end of the chapter. Tarot Cards appear throughout the game, and the camera will usually shift toward them when you enter the correct area. Once you collect one, finish the chapter and you will meet Eliza. When she gives you the choice between MOVE ON and SEE MORE, choose SEE MORE. Eliza will show you a brief glimpse of a possible future event, and Forewarned is Forearmed will unlock.
Tip
This is one of the easiest trophies in the game. Find spooky card, accept spooky fortune, collect shiny trophy. Simple.
Warning
If you are currently working toward Hard Pass, choosing SEE MORE goes against that trophy’s objective. It is better to get this during a separate chapter or cleanup run.

Trophy: Hackett's Quarry Massacre
Killed everyone
Type: Gold
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Kill every playable character before the end of Chapter 10. The Hackett family and Silas do not count toward this trophy. It is best to avoid infecting characters unless a specific setup requires it, because infection can prevent certain deaths or complicate later scenes. This trophy also does not pair well with collectible runs, since several collectibles require Emma, Jacob, or Abi to remain alive longer than you want them to. The cleanest route is: Chapter 1: As Abi, choose BREAK IN at the cabin, interact with the toy, and choose KEEP. This helps with later cleanup for The Final Girl. As Jacob, choosing STEAL ROTOR ARM gives you an optional early death for him in Chapter 3. Chapter 3: If Jacob stole the rotor arm, choose DIVE IN after the lake sequence. When he becomes trapped underwater, choose PULL twice to drown him. If you do not kill Jacob here, leave him alive for now and use his Chapter 6 death instead. Chapter 4: As Ryan, do not shoot the bushes the first time. On the second opportunity, choose INSISTENT and shoot into the bushes to kill Jacob if he is still alive. Disable Auto-Aim here if needed, since it may prevent the shot. As Emma, enter the treehouse and choose OPEN TRAPDOOR for the fastest possible death. If Emma survives that section, choose REEL QUICKLY at the zipline and fail the following QTEs. This is her final practical death for this trophy. Chapter 5: If Abi broke into the cabin earlier, Dylan will be bitten. Choose DESPERATE and amputate his hand with either weapon. This prevents his infection from protecting him later. Chapter 6: If Jacob is still alive, complete the first QTE, choose HIDE, succeed at the Don’t Breathe event, then choose PULL FREE when he is caught in the bear trap. Fail the next QTE and Jacob will die. This is Jacob’s final reliable death for the massacre route. As Abi, do nothing when given the chance to shoot Nick in the pool house. Nick will kill her. Chapter 7: To set Laura up for death later, avoid collecting the syringe. When Travis is lured into Laura’s cell, complete the first QTE and fail the next 2. Laura will shoot Travis and you should see the warning that Travis will kill her later. Chapter 8: When Ryan and Laura reach the cages, do nothing when given the option to stop Laura. Laura will shoot Nick in his cage. This is Nick’s only suitable death for this trophy. Chapter 9: When Laura offers to bite Ryan, you have 2 useful options. For the faster massacre route, choose DECLINE so Ryan eventually bleeds out. If you are setting up later survivor trophies with a backup save, choose ACCEPT instead and keep Ryan alive until the attic. At the scrapyard, use this sequence to make Dylan’s later death easier: WARN KAITLYN Pass the QTE SOUND HORN Do nothing during the button-tap event Do not infect Kaitlyn if you can avoid it. When Ryan and Laura encounter Chris in the attic, shoot Chris. This is required to cure Max so he can die in Chapter 10. If Laura shot Travis in Chapter 7 and Ryan survived the bite, Travis will kill Laura after Chris dies. When he then approaches Ryan, choose AGGRESSIVE and fail the next QTE to kill Ryan as well. Chapter 10: As Max, choose SWIM TO SHORE. He will be killed immediately after reaching the other side. For Kaitlyn, if Dylan is already dead, choose WAIT when Caleb attacks and then do nothing. Caleb will kill her. If Dylan is still alive, continue failing the lodge QTEs until both Dylan and Kaitlyn are killed. If both reach the kitchen, choose RUN and they can both be mauled. If Kaitlyn reaches the freezer alone, choosing FREEZER can also kill her as long as she is not infected. If the toy is available, you can choose USE DECOY and then deliberately fail the following QTE. If Laura and Ryan survived Chapter 9 and are travelling with Travis, fail the first car QTE, choose GRAB GUN, then fail the next QTE. Ryan will die in the crash. Afterward, do nothing and Silas will kill Laura. Once every playable character is dead, finish Chapter 10 and Hackett’s Quarry Massacre will unlock.
Tip
Make backup saves at the start of Chapters 9 and 10. This route is basically ten hours of carefully engineering the worst camping trip in human history, so having a rewind button for your own mistakes is very useful.
Warning
Do not let infection accidentally save someone. Werewolf immunity can block several deaths, especially for Kaitlyn and Dylan, and can force extra replaying if you discover your intended victim is suddenly much harder to kill than expected.

Trophy: Hard Pass
Refused Eliza's help
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Refuse Eliza’s help by choosing MOVE ON at the end of each chapter when speaking with her. To make sure the option appears, collect at least 1 Tarot Card in each chapter. This makes Hard Pass a good trophy to combine with your Tarot Card run. At the end of each chapter, when Eliza offers to show you more, choose MOVE ON instead. The trophy was previously buggy, but later updates improved it. It is still safest to attempt this on a fresh game rather than an older save created before the fixes. Chapter 9 has one unusual exception. Picking up The Hierophant causes a unique Eliza scene where you are not given the normal MOVE ON choice. Despite that, the trophy has been reported to still unlock during that sequence after later updates. There is also an older workaround that may still help if the trophy refuses to unlock normally: Collect at least 1 Tarot Card in each chapter. Choose MOVE ON during every Eliza scene. Immediately after choosing it, either quit to the main menu or close the game. On PS4, wait for the autosave icon before quitting. Relaunch the game and continue. Repeat this after each Eliza scene. Some players have reported the trophy unlocking earlier than expected using this method.
Tip
Eliza spends the whole game offering spooky fortune-telling help, and your job is basically to tell her “nah, I’m good” over and over until a trophy pops.
Warning
Make sure you collect at least 1 Tarot Card in each chapter, otherwise Eliza may not give you the MOVE ON option at all. The Hierophant in Chapter 9 behaves differently from every other Tarot Card, so if the trophy acts strangely there, the older quit-and-reload workaround may still be worth using.

Trophy: Just a Flesh Wound
Saved a friend from infection
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Set up Dylan’s infection in Chapter 1, then remove the infected hand in Chapter 5. Chapter 1: When playing as Abi at the cabins, choose BREAK IN. This causes the later radio hut sequence to play out in a way that allows Dylan to be bitten. Chapter 5: When Dylan and Ryan reach the radio hut, Dylan will eventually climb up to adjust the wiring and get bitten. When Dylan asks for help, choose DESPERATE. Then choose either weapon to remove the infected hand: CHAINSAW removes it automatically. SHOTGUN also works, but you must aim and shoot Dylan’s arm. Once the infected hand is removed, Just a Flesh Wound will unlock.
Tip
The chainsaw is the easier option. It is also one of those rare moments where “use the chainsaw on your friend” is somehow the responsible choice.
Warning
Removing Dylan’s hand cures his infection, so this will interfere with Blood Pact unless you infect him again later.

Trophy: Last Man Standing
Ryan survived alone
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Have Ryan survive the night as the only playable character left alive. This is easiest to clean up after Hackett’s Quarry Massacre, either by using Chapter Select from Chapter 9 or reloading a backup save from the attic if you made one. Chapter 9: When Bobby stabs Ryan, do not remove the knife. Let the timer expire so Ryan keeps it in place. After escaping the bedroom, barricade the door by completing the button-tap event. This prevents Bobby from pulling the knife out. Later, when Bobby corners Ryan, use the knife to stab him. This weakens Bobby for the next sequence. When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose ACCEPT. This keeps Ryan alive and also unlocks Phlebotomy if you do not already have it. When Ryan and Laura fall through the attic floor, shoot Chris. If Travis then attacks Laura and turns on Ryan, shoot Travis before he can kill Ryan. Chapter 10: As Max, choose SWIM TO SHORE so he dies. As Kaitlyn, head upstairs, interact with the portrait, and choose PREPARE FOR ATTACK. When Caleb arrives, choose WAIT and then deliberately fail the following QTE so Kaitlyn dies. If every other playable character has already been killed, the game will end with Ryan as the sole survivor and Last Man Standing will unlock. There is also an alternate route if Laura survives Chapter 9. In that case, Ryan can potentially protect himself later using the vial of werewolf blood dropped by Bobby in Chapter 3, but the Chapter 9 route above is the cleaner setup.
Tip
Ryan finally gets the entire camp to himself. No love triangle, no screaming counselors, no one interrupting his podcast. Honestly, this may be his best ending emotionally.
Warning
Do not pull the knife out of Ryan early, and make sure you barricade the door before Bobby catches up. Losing the knife can ruin the setup needed to keep Ryan alive through Chapter 9.

Trophy: Lovers' Quarrel
Nick killed Abi
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Earn this during Chapter 6 by allowing Nick to kill Abi in the pool house. After the group gathers inside, Kaitlyn will ask Abi to find something to help Nick. This section is timed, but you should have enough time to collect the 2 Clues in the room before interacting with the heater near Nick. During the conversation, your dialogue choices do not matter. Nick will become increasingly aggressive, eventually throwing Abi across the room. When you regain control of Abi, do nothing. Do not shoot Nick. If you let the timer expire, Nick will kill Abi and Lovers' Quarrel will unlock.
Tip
This one is refreshingly simple: when the game gives you a shotgun and every survival instinct says “use it,” politely ignore all of that.
Warning
Do not shoot Nick. Shooting him keeps Abi alive and also counts toward Peanut Butter Butterpops!, so these two trophies cannot be earned from the same outcome.

Trophy: Mutually Assured
Laura and Travis killed each other
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Have Laura and Travis kill each other during Chapter 9. Your relationship with Travis in Chapter 7 does not matter for this trophy. You can be hostile, friendly, shoot him, or tranquilize him and still reach this outcome. In Chapter 9, Laura and Ryan will eventually find Chris transformed in the attic. After the floor collapses, Laura will transform and Ryan will be given the chance to shoot Chris. Do nothing. Let the timer expire instead of shooting Chris. Chris will kill Ryan, Laura will remain trapped in werewolf form, and Travis will be forced into a fight with her. Laura and Travis will then kill each other, unlocking Mutually Assured.
Tip
For once, the trophy strategy is wonderfully simple: when the game gives you a gun and expects heroics, just stand there and let the family drama sort itself out.
Warning
Do not shoot Chris. Killing him cures Laura and prevents the Laura-versus-Travis outcome required for this trophy.

Trophy: Nick of Time
Successfully took the fastest route to Nick
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Earn this during Chapter 3 by taking both shortcuts while Ryan is running to rescue Nick and completing every QTE successfully. After Abi returns to the firepit and tells the group what happened, control switches to Ryan. Your dialogue choices do not matter here; Ryan will always go after Nick. Follow this sequence: TAKE SHORTCUT Pass the QTE Pass the QTE Pass the QTE Complete the button-tap event TAKE SHORTCUT Pass the QTE Pass the QTE Pass the QTE Pass the QTE Pass the final QTE If you want to make this easier, you can temporarily set Simple QTEs to Auto in the Accessibility settings. Just remember to turn it back off afterward, since some later trophies require you to intentionally fail certain QTEs.
Tip
This is one of the rare moments in The Quarry where the game actually rewards you for making all the right decisions quickly instead of punishing you six chapters later.
Warning
You must choose both shortcuts and complete every QTE successfully. Missing even one will prevent the trophy from unlocking.

Trophy: Nobody's Fool
Jacob told Emma the truth
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Get Jacob and Emma to reunite in Chapter 10, with Emma alive after being infected in Chapter 4 and Jacob still alive and uninfected. This trophy has a few setup requirements, so the important part is keeping both characters on the correct path all the way through the game. Chapter 3: If Jacob dives after the rotor arm, choose DETANGLE so he survives underwater. Later, when Jacob is caught by the hunters, do not throw dirt at Bobby. Letting the blood get put on Jacob helps reduce his risk of being bitten later. Chapter 4: When Ryan hears movement in the bushes, do not shoot Jacob on the second opportunity. As Emma in the treehouse, choose SEARCH BAG rather than opening the trapdoor. Emma must survive this section, but she also needs to be bitten here in Chapter 4 specifically. Her Chapter 6 infection does not work for this trophy, because that leads to a different transformation path. Chapter 6: As Jacob, complete the chase successfully and keep him both alive and uninfected. Chapter 8: When infected Emma attacks the group at the lodge, keep Abi alive so she can reach the shelter and later throw silver shells to Kaitlyn. When Kaitlyn gets those shells, choose REGULAR SHOT instead of using the silver ammunition. Emma needs to survive. Later, when Jacob is trapped near Nick, choose HELP JACOB and solve the breaker puzzle: Breaker 1 Breaker 2 CONTINUE Breaker 2 Breaker 3 This frees Jacob before the cages become dangerous later. Chapter 9: Ryan must shoot Chris. Killing Chris breaks Max’s curse, which also cures Emma from the infection she received in Chapter 4. Chapter 10: If everything has been set up correctly, Jacob and Emma will reunite in the woods. During their conversation, the exact tone of the dialogue does not appear to matter. You can choose either option from each pair: SARCASTIC or HONEST BITTER or REMORSEFUL DEFENSIVE or APOLOGETIC After the conversation, Jacob finally tells Emma the truth and Nobody’s Fool will unlock.
Tip
This trophy is basically ten chapters of keeping Jacob alive long enough to have one painfully awkward conversation. Which, honestly, may be the most Jacob trophy imaginable.
Warning
Emma must be infected in Chapter 4, not Chapter 6, and Jacob must remain completely uninfected. If either of those conditions is wrong, their Chapter 10 reunion will not play out correctly.

Trophy: Peanut Butter Butterpops!
Never missed in a combat encounter
Type: Silver
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Successfully complete every combat encounter that appears during your playthrough without missing a shot. Combat encounters are the moments where you are given a weapon and prompted to aim, shoot, or raise it. Which encounters appear can change depending on your choices, but you only need to succeed in the encounters that actually occur during your run. The easiest method is to enable Auto Aim in the Accessibility settings. Make sure it is set specifically to Auto, not just On. With Auto Aim enabled, several combat encounters are handled automatically, and some can even be skipped without voiding the trophy. Chapter 1: As Abi, choose BREAK IN at the cabin. This sets up the radio hut combat encounter in Chapter 5 and avoids a more awkward alternate sequence later. Chapter 2: During Jacob’s shooting contest, hit every bottle and melon without missing. This is the first proper combat encounter. Chapter 3: When Ryan goes after Nick, take both shortcuts so you reach Bobby in time. Use the interrupt to shout, then shoot Bobby while he is dragging Nick away. If you arrive too late and Bobby is already gone, shoot the bush containing Nick instead. Chapter 4: At the firepit, Ryan will hear movement in the bushes. If you are not using Auto Aim, ignore the first shooting opportunity, choose INSISTENT, then shoot during the second opportunity. Be aware that this kills Jacob, so this method does not work well with Blood Pact. If Auto Aim is enabled, you can let the prompts expire here and the trophy can still unlock. Chapter 5: During Kaitlyn’s encounter with Bobby in the lodge, complete the first QTE, then fail the next 2 so Bobby raises the table. Shoot Bobby through the table. This also makes him drop the Ticket Stub clue. Later, in the radio hut, shoot the creature on the roof if you are playing manually. If Dylan’s hand is being removed with the shotgun, aim carefully and shoot his arm. Chapter 6: When Nick throws Abi across the pool house, shoot Nick. Do not let the timer expire. Chapter 8: If Emma was infected in Chapter 4, she will attack the group at the minivan. Choose SHOOT and hit Emma while she chases Abi. When Emma jumps onto the minivan, shoot her again. Chapter 9: When Ryan and Laura fall through the attic floor, shoot Chris. If your choices lead to Ryan confronting Travis after Laura dies, complete the QTE and shoot Travis. Chapter 10: During Kaitlyn’s lodge sequence, choosing WAIT creates another combat encounter. If you take that route, shoot Caleb. If Abi or Emma provided the silver shells, choose INVESTIGATE later and shoot Caleb with them. If you sided with Travis and reach Silas, raise the gun when prompted and shoot him. Peanut Butter Butterpops! should unlock at the end of Chapter 10 if you completed every combat encounter that appeared without missing
Tip
Turn Auto Aim on if you just want the trophy with minimum stress. The game already gives you enough ways to ruin a ten-hour run; your aim does not need to be one of them.
Warning
This does not combine cleanly with Hackett’s Quarry Massacre, and without Auto Aim it also conflicts with Blood Pact because some required shots change who survives or becomes infected.

Trophy: Phlebotomy
Accepted the bite of a werewolf
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Accept Laura’s offer to infect Ryan during Chapter 9. Ryan will be badly wounded after being stabbed by Bobby. When given the choice, do not pull the knife out if you are also working toward Family Matters, since you can use it against Bobby later. During the hiding sequence, complete the Don’t Breathe event and continue until Ryan reunites with Laura. When Laura offers to bite Ryan so the infection can heal him, choose: SYMPATHETIC ACCEPT Ryan will allow Laura to bite him, begin healing, and Phlebotomy will unlock.
Tip
Normally, “let the werewolf bite you” is terrible advice. In The Quarry, it is apparently emergency medicine.
Warning
If you decline Laura’s offer, Ryan will eventually bleed out and you will miss this trophy.

Trophy: Reactionist
Activated 15 Interrupts
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Activate 15 Interrupt events throughout the game. Interrupts are the timed prompts that appear during certain scenes, giving you the option to press the displayed button before the red timer expires. The first Interrupt appears during the Prologue after Laura and Max crash the car and Laura has the opportunity to grab tools. You should encounter plenty of Interrupts naturally while completing the game and working toward the other trophies, so activate them whenever doing so does not interfere with your current trophy route. Some Interrupts should deliberately be ignored because activating them can change character outcomes, infections, deaths, or other trophy requirements. Follow the individual chapter and trophy instructions when they specifically tell you to let an Interrupt expire. Once you successfully activate your 15th Interrupt, Reactionist will unlock.
Tip
You do not need to activate every Interrupt in the game, just 15. Think of it as The Quarry rewarding you for developing the exact opposite instinct of “maybe I shouldn’t press that.”
Warning
Do not blindly activate every Interrupt just for this trophy. Some are intentionally meant to expire during specific survival or trophy routes.

Trophy: Rough Night
Kept everyone alive
Type: Gold
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Keep every playable character alive through the end of Chapter 10. The Hacketts and Silas do not count, and characters can still be infected as long as they survive. This can be combined with Family Matters, Blood Pact, and The White Wolf, but not cleanly with Nobody’s Fool if Jacob is infected. If you want the simplest survival-focused route, follow these key choices: Chapter 1: As Jacob, pick up Emma’s silver bracelet near the gate. This can protect her later if Jacob becomes infected. As Abigail, choose BREAK IN at the cabin, interact with the stuffed toy, and choose KEEP. That toy becomes one of Kaitlyn’s best survival options in Chapter 10. Chapter 3: If Jacob dives after the rotor arm, choose DETANGLE when he becomes trapped underwater. When Jacob is caught by Bobby, avoid throwing dirt if you want to reduce his risk of infection later. Chapter 4: As Ryan, do not shoot at the bushes. Let both timers expire or you can accidentally kill Jacob. As Emma in the treehouse, use this sequence to survive: SEARCH BAG USE TASER Take the photo Pass the QTE Complete the button-tap event SPRAY Pass the QTE Pass the next QTE BLOCK DOOR USE TRAPDOOR Pass the QTE Pass the next QTE Complete the button-tap event Later, choose REEL SLOWLY at the zipline and let the following timer expire. Chapter 6: As Jacob, complete the QTE, choose HIDE, succeed at the Don’t Breathe event, then choose PRY OPEN when he becomes trapped. As Abi, shoot Nick in the pool house. Nick survives, Abi does not if you hesitate. Romantic tension officially over. Chapter 7: As Laura, loosen the brick in her cell, then later collect the syringe from the upstairs locker in the police station. Return to the cell and hide the syringe behind the loose brick. When Travis is lured into the cell, use the syringe and complete the QTE to tranquilize him. This helps prevent Travis from turning against Laura later. Chapter 8: If Emma was infected in Chapter 4 and attacks Abi from the minivan: Choose SHOOT. Shoot Emma while she chases Abi. Shoot Emma again when she jumps onto the minivan. When Abi throws over silver shells, choose REGULAR SHOT if you want Emma to survive. As Ryan in the Hackett basement, stop Laura from shooting Nick. If Jacob is alive and uninfected, choose HELP JACOB and use the breaker puzzle: Breaker 1 Breaker 2 CONTINUE Breaker 2 Breaker 3 Chapter 9: When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose SYMPATHETIC, then ACCEPT, and do not pull away. This keeps Ryan alive long enough to reach the finale. At the scrapyard as Dylan: WARN KAITLYN Pass the QTE SLAM CAR Complete the button-tap event Pass the QTE Complete the final button-tap event As Abi in the shelter, pick up the silver shells from the fusebox. If Emma transforms there, choose LADDER and complete the climb. When Ryan and Laura fall through the attic floor, shoot Chris immediately. Chapter 10: As Max, choose STAY. Swimming to shore gets him killed almost immediately, proving once again that cardio is dangerous. For Kaitlyn, the safest method uses the stuffed toy from Chapter 1: RUN BEAM Complete the button-tap event RUN Complete the Don’t Breathe event FREEZER USE DECOY Complete the button-tap event Alternatively, if Abi collected the silver shells: RUN BEAM Complete the button-tap event RUN INVESTIGATE Shoot Caleb During Laura’s car sequence: Pass the QTE GRAB GUN TAKE COVER Pass the QTE At the final encounter with Silas, raise the gun and shoot him to keep Laura, Ryan, and Travis alive and finish The White Wolf. Once Chapter 10 ends with every playable counselor still breathing, Rough Night will unlock.
Tip
The stuffed toy from Chapter 1 is one of the most important survival items in the entire game. So yes, the secret to surviving werewolves is apparently good decision-making, silver ammunition, and never throwing away random children’s toys.
Warning
This trophy is extremely sensitive to earlier choices. One missed QTE or seemingly harmless decision can kill someone several chapters later, so backup saves before Chapters 8–10 can save a lot of replay time.

Trophy: Should've Gone to the Motel
Reunited Laura and Max
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Reunite Laura and Max in Chapter 10. This requires a very specific Chapter 9 outcome: Ryan must die from blood loss after Chris is killed, Laura must survive, and Travis must also die so the Silas sequence never happens. Chapter 7: Do not shoot Travis. The cleanest method is to collect the syringe while exploring the police station, hide it behind the loose brick in Laura’s cell, then use it on Travis when he is lured into the cell. If you missed the syringe, you can still keep Travis from becoming hostile by avoiding the gun and choosing APOLOGETIC during the escape sequence. Chapter 9: When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose DECLINE. This guarantees that Ryan will eventually bleed out. Later, when Ryan and Laura encounter Chris in the attic, shoot Chris. Ryan will then die from his injuries. Laura and Travis will both go for the shotgun on the floor. Pass the QTE, then shoot Travis. With Ryan and Travis dead and Laura still alive, the game will skip the Silas hunt. Chapter 10: You will begin as Max. Walk along the path until the reunion scene with Laura plays. Should've Gone to the Motel will unlock during this scene.
Tip
After spending almost the entire game trying to reunite these two, the trick is apparently to remove nearly everyone else from the equation first. Romantic.
Warning
Do not accept Laura’s bite as Ryan, and do not shoot Travis in Chapter 7. Either choice will prevent this ending from playing out correctly.

Trophy: The Final Girl
Kaitlyn survived the night alone
Type: Gold
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Have Kaitlyn survive the night as the only playable character left alive. This trophy pairs well with Hackett’s Quarry Massacre. The easiest approach is to finish a kill-everyone run, then replay Chapter 10 and change Kaitlyn’s final outcome so she survives. The most important setup happens much earlier: Chapter 1: As Abi, choose BREAK IN at the cabin. Inside, interact with the stuffed toy and choose KEEP. Chapter 5: When the group is hiding in the lodge, choose HIDE and complete the Don’t Breathe event. This helps ensure the toy is left behind in the kitchen for Kaitlyn to use later. From Chapter 4 onward: Follow your massacre route so every other playable character is dead before Kaitlyn’s final section in Chapter 10. Chapter 9: If Kaitlyn gets infected at the scrapyard, she can also survive Caleb’s attack because he will ignore her. This is useful if you missed the toy, but it is not required if you already set up the decoy route. Chapter 10: After Max dies, you will eventually control Kaitlyn in the lodge. Head upstairs and interact with the Ancestral Portrait, then choose PREPARE FOR ATTACK. When Caleb attacks, follow this sequence: RUN BEAM Complete the button-tap event RUN Complete the Don’t Breathe event FREEZER USE DECOY Complete the final button-tap event Kaitlyn will lure Caleb into the freezer using the stuffed toy and lock him inside, leaving her as the sole survivor. If Kaitlyn was infected at the scrapyard, you have an easier option. Choose WAIT and Caleb will ignore her, ending the section quickly. If Laura or Ryan are still alive for some reason and the Silas sequence still occurs, you will need to remove them before the game ends. During the car sequence, fail the first QTE, choose GRAB GUN, fail the next QTE, then do nothing after Laura crawls from the wreck.
Tip
The stuffed toy you picked up nine chapters ago finally gets its heroic moment here. Forget silver bullets; apparently the real MVP of Hackett’s Quarry is a slightly creepy camp toy.
Warning
Kaitlyn must be the only playable survivor when the game ends. If anyone else is still alive, surviving Caleb’s attack alone will not unlock the trophy.

Trophy: The White Wolf
Killed Silas
Type: Gold
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
To reach this ending, Laura needs to side with Travis at the end of Chapter 9 so they agree to work together and hunt Silas. Ryan also needs to survive long enough for this route to continue. During the Chapter 10 car sequence, survive Silas’ attack: Pass the first QTE. Choose either GRAB GUN or TAKE WHEEL. If you chose TAKE WHEEL, complete the button-tap event. Choose TAKE COVER. Pass the final QTE. Afterward, the group will track Silas into the woods and eventually find his den. When you get the prompt to raise the gun, press it and then shoot Silas to unlock The White Wolf. If you are combining this with Family Matters, do not raise the gun immediately. Let the prompt expire, fail the next QTE, then shoot Silas afterward. This allows Travis to die while still giving you the opportunity to finish Silas off. There is also another route where Silas and Laura can die together during the car sequence, but the cleanest method is to survive the drive and shoot him at the den.
Tip
After ten chapters of people making increasingly questionable decisions, this one is refreshingly simple: find the white wolf, point the gun at the white wolf, shoot the white wolf.
Warning
You must have sided with Travis in Chapter 9 or this final hunt will not happen.

Trophy: You're Breathetaking!
Passed 5 Don't Breath events
Type: Bronze
Category: Missable
Unlock Details
Successfully complete 5 Don’t Breathe events. During these sequences, hold the button when prompted and keep holding it until the red mist has completely disappeared from the screen and your controller stops vibrating. The breath meter will usually be very low by the time it is safe to release. Releasing too early can cause the event to fail and may lead to infection, injury, or death depending on the scene. You should encounter more than enough Don’t Breathe events naturally while completing the rest of the trophy list, so this will usually unlock without needing a separate run.
Tip
Wait until the red mist is fully gone before letting go. The game really wants to know whether you can hold one button while panicking. Peak survival-horror technology.
Warning
Do not set Don’t Breathe events to Auto in the Accessibility settings. The trophy has been reported to fail to unlock when Auto is enabled. The trophy can also be inconsistent even when completed correctly. Make sure the controller has stopped vibrating and the red effect is completely gone before releasing the button.

Trophy: Conspiracy Theorist
Collected all evidence
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Collect all 10 pieces of Evidence. There is 1 piece of Evidence in every chapter from Chapter 1 through Chapter 10. You can collect all Evidence during either your Tarot Card run or your Clue run, so it pairs well with Decked Out or Meddling Kids! The most important setup happens in Chapter 1. When Jacob sabotages the minivan, choose STEAL ROTOR ARM. This is required to access the third piece of Evidence in Chapter 3. The 10 Evidence items are: Chapter 1: Empty Vial Chapter 2: Torn Bags Chapter 3: Bloated Corpse Chapter 4: Attack Photo Chapter 5: Claw Marks Chapter 6: Memory Card Chapter 7: Cease & Desist Letter Chapter 8: Scarred Flesh Chapter 9: Kaylee’s Letter Chapter 10: Trail Cam Footage Once you collect all 10 pieces, Conspiracy Theorist will unlock.
Tip
Evidence is much easier to combine with another collectible run than doing it separately. One less trip through Hackett’s Quarry is always a win.
Warning
You must choose STEAL ROTOR ARM in Chapter 1. If you break the fuel line instead, the Bloated Corpse Evidence in Chapter 3 becomes unavailable and you cannot complete the trophy in that run.

Trophy: Decked Out
Found all Tarot cards
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find all 22 Tarot Cards in a single playthrough. There is at least 1 Tarot Card in every chapter, including the Prologue. Tarot Cards let Eliza show you possible future outcomes at the end of each chapter, and this trophy pairs well with Hard Pass. You cannot collect every Tarot Card in the same playthrough as every Clue because of a Chapter 2 route split. For Decked Out, you must choose Rocky Road in Chapter 2. Prologue – The Fool: As Laura, after seeing something in the woods and walking off alone, move slightly up the left path. The Fool will appear as you pass through the area. Chapter 1 – Temperance: As Jacob inside the lodge, enter the large dining room and immediately turn right. Do not interact with the suitcases on the stairs yet. Head into the kitchen to the right of the staircase to find Temperance. Chapter 2 – The Hanged Man: As Nick, choose Rocky Road. At the fork, continue straight instead of turning right toward the rocky area. The Hanged Man appears along the mountainside. Chapter 3 – The Tower: As Abi, go straight along the path at the beginning of the chapter. When the camera angle changes, continue along the path directly in front of you. The Tower appears near one of the large trees. This one is easy to miss if you progress too far. Chapter 3 – The Star: As Jacob at the boathouse, walk forward a few steps immediately after gaining control. The Star will appear. Chapter 4 – The Magician: As Emma on the island, turn around at the start and head down the stairs toward the boathouse. Walk to the end of the jetty to reveal The Magician. Do not climb the ladder before collecting it or you can lock yourself out of the area. Chapter 4 – Strength: This one appears during the opening cutscene of Dylan’s section. As the group enters the building, be ready to activate the prompt when Strength appears. This card is extremely easy to miss because you cannot go back for it. Chapter 5 – The Devil: As Dylan in the cabins area, walk toward the large tree near the swing and picnic table. Continue slightly past them and The Devil will appear. Chapter 5 – The Hermit: From The Devil, continue toward the opposite end of the area. Before entering the radio hut, circle around the left side of it. The Hermit appears between the hut and the stone block. Chapter 6 – Justice: As Jacob, continue toward the stairs leading down, then take an immediate left. Justice appears nearby. Do not take the path to the right of the stairs yet, or you will progress the story. Jacob must still be alive at this point or this card cannot be collected. Chapter 6 – The Moon: As Abi inside the pool house, search the shower cubicles. From the locker containing the Spooky Drawing Clue, The Moon is in the third cubicle across. This section has a hidden timer, so do not spend too long admiring the plumbing. Chapter 7 – The World: As Laura, when you first gain control in the cell, walk toward the bars to reveal The World. Chapter 7 – The Chariot: Later, when you can freely explore the police station, leave the cell area and walk between the tables in the next room. The Chariot will appear. Chapter 8 – The Lovers: After Laura and Ryan fall into the mines, go up the nearby stairs. On the next platform, head along the small walkway to the left before approaching the next staircase. The Lovers will appear at the end. Chapter 8 – Wheel of Fortune: After Laura breaks through the wooden blockage in the tunnel, continue forward. Wheel of Fortune appears automatically as you move through the passage. Chapter 8 – The Empress: When you gain control of Ryan, enter the room on the left and walk forward. The Empress will appear. Chapter 8 – The Emperor: Leave the room the same way you entered and continue up the corridor. The Emperor appears at the far end. Avoid getting too close to the red-lit door until you have collected both cards, since that advances the story. Chapter 9 – Death: As Ryan, after escaping into the bedroom, walk toward the painting in the far corner. Death appears along the way. Do not interact with the door until you have finished searching the room. Chapter 9 – The Sun: As Laura, after reaching the room with the piano and heading upstairs, continue along the corridor into the next room. Approach the window and The Sun will appear. Chapter 9 – Judgement: As Dylan in the scrapyard, use the button to open the next area. Climb the stairs above the storage containers and walk toward the left side of the upper platform to reveal Judgement. Chapter 9 – The Hierophant: As Abi or Emma in the storm shelter, do not interact with the ladder yet. Walk forward, turn right, and head toward the stairs leading outside. The Hierophant will appear. At least Abi or Emma must still be alive to access this card. Chapter 10 – The High Priestess: As Kaitlyn in the lodge, head upstairs and turn left around the corner. Go up the next staircase and walk toward the left side of the upper floor to find The High Priestess. Once you collect the final missing Tarot Card, Decked Out will unlock.
Tip
Make a backup save at the start of each chapter. Several cards are tied to one-way story transitions, and The Quarry is very fond of turning “I’ll grab that in a second” into “see you next playthrough.”
Warning
Choose Rocky Road in Chapter 2. Shady Glade contains Clues instead, and taking that route prevents you from getting every Tarot Card in the same run. Jacob must survive until Chapter 6 for Justice, and either Abi or Emma must survive until Chapter 9 for The Hierophant.

Trophy: It's All Coming Together
Found a matching clue
Type: Bronze
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Find a Clue that connects to another Clue you already discovered. You will most likely unlock this naturally in Chapter 2 while playing as Emma. If you collected the Harum Scarum Poster during the Prologue, pick up the Damaged Memorabilia inside the store in Chapter 2. The game will recognize the connection between the two Clues and It’s All Coming Together will unlock.
Tip
This one should happen naturally while working toward Meddling Kids! The game is basically rewarding you for finally realizing that all this creepy camp junk might actually be related.

Trophy: Meddling Kids!
Collected all clues
Type: Silver
Category: Collectible
Unlock Details
Collect all 40 Clues in a single playthrough. The Clues are split across three categories: Freakshow Fire, Camp History, and Hackett History. You need every Clue from all three groups. This cannot be completed in the same run as Decked Out because Chapter 2 forces you to choose between Rocky Road and Shady Glade. For Meddling Kids!, you must choose Shady Glade. It is also recommended to collect the Evidence for Conspiracy Theorist during this run since many of the items are found in the same areas. Prologue: Harum Scarum Poster: After Laura enters the woods, reach the next clearing and inspect the base of the tree on the right. Escapology Trunk: Continue forward, then take the first left available. Broken Cage: From the previous clue, move into the next clearing and head toward the right side between 2 trees. Bloodied Collar: After entering the shelter, continue forward. This is collected automatically. Chapter 1: Hunting Notice: As Jacob, head right after the opening cutscene. Camp Plaque: Go up the nearby stairs and inspect the plaque beside the door. Newspaper Headline Scrap: As Abi, choose BREAK IN. Inside the cabin, inspect the area between the bunk beds on the left. Information Signpost: Outside, circle around the large tree and inspect the sign. Camp Song Recording: Head toward Room 08 and inspect the area near the bottom of the stairs. Tip: If you are also collecting Evidence, grab the Empty Vial near the root of the large tree by the swing. Chapter 2: Damaged Memorabilia: As Emma, search the middle shelves inside the store. Lodge Renovation Plans: Continue through the room and inspect the shelf past the chain-link area. Counselor’s Ledger: As Dylan, interact with the trapdoor. The clue is obtained automatically after the scene. Family Photo: Inspect the front of Chris’ desk. Trail Camera: As Nick, choose SHADY GLADE. In the large clearing, take the trail on the right and search the trees. Ranger Box: Return to the main trail, continue around the corner, and inspect the box beside the path before progressing. Warning: You must choose SHADY GLADE. Choosing Rocky Road locks you out of 2 Clues and prevents this trophy in that run. Chapter 3: North Kill Gazette: As Jacob at the boathouse, look just ahead on the left. No Swimming Sign: Turn around and inspect the nearby sign. Old Camp Photo: Head to the far-left side of the area and search among the tables and chairs. Chapter 4: Box of Matches: As Emma, continue past the stairs and follow the long path until you find the campfire. Police Car Keys: Return to the stairs and head toward the treehouse. Before entering, inspect the window beside the door. Warning: Emma must survive this chapter because she is needed for a later Clue. Chapter 5: Triggered Bear Trap: As Dylan, reach the cabins and search the upper-left part of the area. Letter to Camp Nurse: Look between Rooms 03 and 04. Warning: During Kaitlyn’s encounter with Bobby, complete the first QTE, fail the next 2, then shoot Bobby through the table. This makes him drop the Ticket Stub, which you will collect in Chapter 10. Chapter 6: Campers Photo: As Abi in the pool house, inspect the bulletin board in the right-hand corner. Spooky Drawing: Walk to the far end of the hall and inspect the locker. Kid’s Letter Home: As Emma, inspect the area near the open tent at the beginning of her section. Warning: Emma must still be alive to collect Kid’s Letter Home. Chapter 7: Scrawled Limerick: As Laura, inspect the wall in her cell. Charred Sheriff’s Badge: When exploring the police station, head upstairs and enter the second room on the right. Bizarre Yet Bonafide Podcast: First inspect the birthday card in the first upstairs room. Then inspect the calendar in the third room. Return downstairs and use Travis’ computer to obtain the clue. Chapter 8: Miner’s Lunchbox: After falling into the mines, cross to the opposite side of the pool. Old Quarry Tools: Return around the pool and inspect the area near the left staircase. Rum Still: As Ryan, enter the room on the left and inspect the still on the right side. Tip: The Rum Still can occasionally be difficult to interact with. If it refuses to work, restarting the game may help. Chapter 9: Hunting Trophy Wall: As Laura, after reaching the piano room, inspect the wall immediately to the right. Hackett Family Tree: Head upstairs, continue into the next room, and inspect the area between the television and sofa. Scrapyard Note: As Dylan, continue through the scrapyard until you reach the building with stairs. Head upstairs and inspect the far corner. Discarded Signage: After opening the gate, cross the containers and descend the stairs on the opposite side. Turn around immediately and inspect the sign. Do not continue up the next staircase before collecting it. Chapter 10: Camp Letter: As Kaitlyn, head upstairs, turn left, and enter the open doorway. Ancestral Portrait: Cross toward the other side of the lodge and inspect the portrait. Choose KEEP LOOKING afterward so you can continue collecting everything. Ticket Stub: Continue forward and collect the Ticket Stub that Bobby dropped during Chapter 5. Inscribed Jewelry: Enter the next open doorway, climb the stairs, and inspect the area near the sofa. Chalkboard Doodle: Return downstairs, enter the open doorway on the right, and inspect the whiteboard. Once you collect your final missing Clue, Meddling Kids! will unlock.
Tip
Make a backup save at the beginning of every chapter. The Quarry loves putting collectibles directly beside one-way story triggers, because apparently werewolves were not stressful enough.
Warning
Chapter Select resets later collectible progress to the state it was in when you originally entered that chapter. If you miss something, you may have to recollect everything from that chapter onward rather than simply grabbing the one missing item.

Trophy: Chapter 1
Completed Chapter 1
Type: Bronze
Category: Story
Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 1: Hackett’s Quarry Forever. While playing as Jacob, grab Emma’s silver bracelet near the gate if you want an extra safety option for later, then collect the 2 Clues and 1 Tarot Card in the area. When inspecting the minivan’s engine, choose STEAL ROTOR ARM. This keeps the underwater Evidence in Chapter 3 available, while breaking the fuel line does not provide the same trophy benefit. When you switch to Abigail at the cabins, choose BREAK IN. Once inside, interact with the toy and choose KEEP. This setup is important later for The Final Girl, can help with Blood Pact, and also opens up another combat encounter. Before speaking to Emma by the golf buggy, collect the 3 Clues and 1 piece of Evidence in the area. The remaining Dylan and Ryan sections do not have any major trophy requirements, and the Chapter 1 trophy unlocks after you finish the chapter and make your next choice with Eliza.
Tip
The toy may look like random camp junk now, but keep it. In The Quarry, apparently even abandoned toys can become part of a long-term survival strategy.
Warning
Choose STEAL ROTOR ARM at the minivan and make sure Abigail keeps the toy. Missing either choice can complicate later collectible and survivor trophies.

Trophy: Chapter 10
Completed Chapter 10
Type: Bronze

Unlock Details
Complete Chapter 10: Bricks & Mortar. If Max was cured after Chris was killed, he will wake up on the island. When you reach the far side, choose STAY if you want him to survive. Choosing SWIM TO SHORE results in his death, which is a rough reward for finally making it this far. When control switches to Kaitlyn at the lodge, take your time before preparing for the final attack. There are 5 Clues, 1 Tarot Card, and 1 piece of Evidence to collect. The Ticket Stub will only be available if Kaitlyn made Bobby drop it back in Chapter 5. When you inspect the Ancestral Portrait, choose KEEP LOOKING so you can continue searching the lodge. If Jacob is still alive, his scene can unlock Nobody’s Fool if Emma was infected in Chapter 4, Emma survived, and Jacob remained uninfected. If Jacob is infected while Emma is not, he can kill her unless you collected Emma’s silver bracelet in Chapter 1. If Ryan failed to kill Chris, Jacob can also be attacked here. To survive, choose HIDE, succeed at the Don’t Breathe event, and complete the QTE. During Kaitlyn’s final encounter with Caleb, your survival options depend on earlier setup. If you have the silver shells, you can use them to kill Caleb. If you kept the toy from Chapter 1 and left it in the kitchen in Chapter 5, it can also be used as part of Kaitlyn’s survival route. Shooting Caleb counts toward Peanut Butter Butterpops! Killing him with silver shells, or trapping him in the freezer and later killing Silas to break the curse, can also contribute to Family Matters. If Laura, Ryan, and Travis are still alive and working together, they will continue toward Silas. Survive the car sequence, then reach the freakshow site. When you finally encounter Silas, shoot him if you are working toward The White Wolf and Peanut Butter Butterpops! Depending on who is still alive, this can also complete Family Matters. During the credits, pause and check your collectible totals before starting another run. If you collected everything from the Prologue and Chapter 1 for the collectible type you still need, you may be able to restart from Chapter 2 instead of beginning the entire game again.
Tip
Before triggering Kaitlyn’s final showdown, sweep the lodge carefully. Five Clues, a Tarot Card, and Evidence are hiding in there, because apparently even during the apocalypse the game expects you to stop and do some light museum work.
Warning
Choose KEEP LOOKING after inspecting the Ancestral Portrait or you can lock yourself out of the remaining lodge collectibles.

Trophy: Chapter 2
Completed Chapter 2

Complete Chapter 2: Truth or Dare. As Emma, search the store before leaving and collect the 2 Clues and 1 piece of Evidence. Picking up the Damaged Memorabilia should also unlock It’s All Coming Together. When you open the safe, you can choose whether to take the fireworks. They can later help prevent Emma from being bitten, but if your goal is to infect her for Blood Pact, leave them behind. As Dylan in Chris’ office, you’ll automatically receive the Counselor’s Ledger clue after the scene. There is also 1 additional Clue near the desk. You can interact with the trapdoor, but going down weakens the ladder for a possible later sequence, so simply closing it is the safer option. When playing as Nick and choosing a route through the woods, your decision matters for collectibles: Rocky Road contains 1 Tarot Card. Shady Glade contains 2 Clues. You cannot collect both sets in the same playthrough, so plan this choice around which collectible trophy you are currently working toward. For a Tarot run, choose Rocky Road. For a Clue run, choose Shady Glade. Later, during the shooting contest, make sure you do not miss. This is the first combat encounter required for Peanut Butter Butterpops!
Tip
Decide before this chapter whether you are doing Tarots or Clues. Trying to collect both here is impossible, because apparently the scariest monster at Hackett’s Quarry is mutually exclusive collectibles.
Warning
Chapter Select restores your collectible progress to what it was when you originally entered the selected chapter. If you switch routes later, you will need to recollect that entire collectible group from Chapter 2 onward.

Trophy: Chapter 3

Complete Chapter 3: Trouble in Paradise. At the start as Abigail, there is a Tarot Card that can be missed if you wander too far into the woods. Head straight ahead, follow the main path when the camera shifts, and grab the card when it appears near one of the large trees. After Abi and Nick are attacked, your choices can determine whether Abi becomes infected. To keep her uninfected, choose RUN, complete the QTEs, do not climb the tree, and succeed at the Don’t Breathe event by holding the button until the red fades from the screen. If you are working on Blood Pact instead, fail that Don’t Breathe event so Abi gets bitten. When you switch to Jacob at the boathouse, collect the 3 Clues and 1 Tarot Card on the lower level before returning to Emma. If you chose STEAL ROTOR ARM in Chapter 1, Jacob will later get the option to DIVE IN after hearing Abi scream. Choose DIVE IN, then GRAB and complete the QTE to automatically discover the Bloated Corpse Evidence. Afterward, choose DETANGLE to keep Jacob alive. Choosing PULL twice is a very efficient way to turn a collectible hunt into a funeral. As Ryan, take the fastest route through the woods and complete the required QTEs for Nick of Time. When Bobby is dragging Nick away, make sure you successfully complete the combat encounter if you are working toward Peanut Butter Butterpops! Later, when Jacob is caught in the rope trap, do nothing when given the option to throw dirt if you want the hunter’s blood placed on him. This helps protect Jacob from infection later. If you are deliberately infecting everyone for Blood Pact, throw the dirt instead.
Tip
A lot happens in this chapter, so it is a good place to make a backup save before moving forward, especially if you are collecting Tarots or attempting Nick of Time.
Warning
For Conspiracy Theorist, you must have taken the rotor arm in Chapter 1 and then choose DIVE IN and GRAB here to obtain the Bloated Corpse Evidence.

Complete Chapter 4: Don’t Panic. As Ryan, the group will hear movement in the bushes. That noise is Jacob. If you want him alive, do nothing during both opportunities to shoot and let the timers expire. If you are working toward Hackett’s Quarry Massacre, shoot the bushes on the second opportunity. When control switches to Emma on the island, explore the outside area before climbing anything. Do not take the ladder at the end of the right-hand path yet, or you can lock yourself out of the collectibles nearby. There are 2 Clues and 1 Tarot Card to collect outside the treehouse. Once Emma reaches the shack, your choices depend on what you are working toward. For Conspiracy Theorist, choose SEARCH BAG, then TASER, and take the photo when prompted to collect the Evidence. If you are deliberately killing everyone, choosing OPEN TRAPDOOR gets straight to the point. Subtlety has officially left the camp. Emma can also be infected during this section. This is important for Blood Pact, and she specifically needs to be infected here if you are setting up Nobody’s Fool so that she transforms in the minivan later. When the game switches to Dylan and Ryan, watch carefully as they enter the building. A Tarot Card appears during a very short camera window and is easy to miss. Later, when Emma is escaping from the treehouse, complete the necessary actions to keep her alive if you are working toward Rough Night or collectible trophies. She can still be killed or infected here depending on your choices.
Tip
Make a backup save before Dylan’s section if you are collecting Tarot Cards. The camera gives you very little time to grab the card, because apparently even the collectibles are trying to kill you.
Warning
Do not climb the ladder in Emma’s first island section until you have collected the 2 Clues and 1 Tarot Card outside the treehouse. Progressing too far can make them unavailable.

Complete Chapter 5: White Noise. As Kaitlyn, you’ll eventually run into Bobby Hackett inside the lodge. To make him drop the Ticket Stub clue needed later, complete the first QTE, fail the next 2 QTEs, then shoot Bobby while he is holding the table in front of him. Yes, you can shoot through the table. Apparently furniture is not the defensive technology Bobby thought it was. You also need to shoot Bobby here for Peanut Butter Butterpops!, so do not skip the opportunity if you are working on that trophy. When the group decides whether to hide or run, choose HIDE and successfully complete the Don’t Breathe event. If you kept the toy from Chapter 1, Abi will leave it behind in the kitchen. This setup is important for Kaitlyn’s survival later in Chapter 10. Before entering the radio hut with Dylan and Ryan, search the outside area for 2 Clues, 2 Tarot Cards, and 1 piece of Evidence. If Abi broke into the cabin in Chapter 1, Dylan will be bitten during the radio hut sequence. To stop the infection and unlock Just a Flesh Wound, choose DESPERATE and then remove the infected hand using either available weapon. If you use the shotgun, you will need to aim and shoot Dylan’s arm. If you are working toward Blood Pact instead, choose TERRIFIED so Ryan refuses to remove the hand. Dylan will remain infected and eventually transform later in the game.
Tip
Choose HIDE and pass the Don’t Breathe event if you kept the toy in Chapter 1. That tiny toy has now officially contributed more to the group’s survival plan than most of the counselors.
Warning
Make Bobby drop the Ticket Stub during Kaitlyn’s chase. If he keeps it, you can miss the clue required for Meddling Kids! later.

Complete Chapter 6: Prayers by Night. If Jacob is still alive, search the area before heading up the path from the wooden platform. There is 1 piece of Evidence and 1 Tarot Card nearby. When Jacob runs into trouble after finding Emma, his outcome depends partly on whether you threw dirt at Bobby in Chapter 3. To keep Jacob alive and uninfected, complete the QTE, choose HIDE, succeed at the Don’t Breathe event, and when he gets caught in the bear trap, choose PRY OPEN. If you are working on Blood Pact instead and Jacob is vulnerable because you threw dirt earlier, fail the first QTE so he gets bitten. When control switches to Abigail in the pool house, collect the 2 Clues and 1 Tarot Card before progressing. This section appears to be timed, so grab them before getting distracted by the steadily worsening situation. After the scene with Nick, make sure Abi shoots him if you want her to survive. Nick will survive the shot and run away. Shooting him also counts as a combat encounter for Peanut Butter Butterpops! If you are working toward Hackett’s Quarry Massacre, allowing Abi not to shoot Nick will result in her death. Later, as Emma near the firepit, grab the 1 Clue in the immediate area. If you previously took the fireworks, one may still be available here, but you do not need it unless you want another way to avoid danger. During Emma’s encounter with the hunters, press the prompt if you want her to become infected. If you want her to remain uninfected, do nothing and let the prompt expire.
Tip
When playing as Abi, shoot Nick. It sounds like terrible relationship advice, but in Hackett’s Quarry it is actually the healthier option.
Warning
For Nobody’s Fool, Jacob must remain alive and uninfected, so be especially careful with his QTEs and the bear trap sequence.

Complete Chapter 7: The Past Behind Us. This chapter is mostly a flashback focused on Laura and Max, so compared with the chaos before it, you finally get a little breathing room. Laura has also returned with an eyepatch, which is apparently the official uniform for surviving Hackett’s Quarry. When exploring Laura’s cell for the first time, collect the 1 Clue and 1 Tarot Card before loosening the stone in the wall. Later, when you can freely explore the police station, collect the 2 Clues, 1 Tarot Card, and 1 piece of Evidence before returning to the bed. One of the Clues requires you to find the birthday card and calendar upstairs so you can access Travis’ office computer. Doing this will also unlock Bizarre Yet Bonafide. You can also find a syringe in an upstairs locker. If you want the safer route for Laura and Travis, take it and hide it behind the loose stone in Laura’s cell. If you keep it on you, Travis will find it and you will lose the chance to use it later. When Travis is lured into the cell, successfully complete the QTE to tranquilize him. This keeps your options open for several later trophies, including Above the Law, The White Wolf, Rough Night, Should’ve Gone to the Motel, and Peanut Butter Butterpops! If you did not collect the syringe, avoid shooting Travis and apologize afterward if you want to prevent him from becoming hostile toward Laura.
Tip
Grab the syringe and hide it behind the loose stone. It is the cleanest way through the escape and avoids turning Laura and Travis’ relationship from “complicated” into “actively murderous.”
Warning
Make sure you collect everything in the police station before returning to Laura’s bed. Once you move the story forward, you cannot freely explore the station again.

Complete Chapter 8: The Belly of the Beast. When Laura and Ryan land in the mines, search the area before climbing. There are 2 Clues nearby. After heading up the stairs, grab the Tarot Card on the next platform before approaching the next staircase. There is also 1 piece of Evidence on the top floor, and another Tarot Card becomes available after Laura breaks through the blockage. If Emma was infected in Chapter 4, the lodge section can become a little more exciting than “let’s fix the van.” If Abi is alive, choose SHOOT when Emma attacks her and hit the shot if you want Abi to survive or you are working on Peanut Butter Butterpops! If Emma then attacks Kaitlyn and Dylan from the top of the minivan, shoot her again for another combat encounter. If Abi is still alive, she can later throw Kaitlyn silver shells. Using the silver shells will kill Emma, while using regular shells lets her escape into the woods. Keep Emma alive if you still need Nobody’s Fool. Later, as Ryan in the Hackett basement, collect the 2 Tarot Cards and 1 Clue before approaching the door with red light coming through it. The Rum Still Clue can occasionally fail to become interactable; if that happens, restarting the game may fix it. Once inside the cage area, your choices matter. If you are keeping everyone alive, do not open the cage and be ready to stop Laura from shooting Nick when the prompt appears. If Jacob is alive and uninfected, choose HELP JACOB and solve the breaker puzzle in this order: Breaker 1 Breaker 2 CONTINUE Breaker 2 Breaker 3 This frees Jacob without opening the wrong cage and turning the basement into an all-you-can-eat counselor buffet.
Tip
Grab every collectible in the basement before approaching the red-lit door. That doorway is the point where “I’ll come back for it” becomes famous last words.
Warning
If Jacob is alive and uninfected, leaving him locked in the cage can lead to his death later. Free him with the breaker puzzle if you are working toward Rough Night.

Complete Chapter 9: The Matriarch. As Laura, you can kill Constance during the opening struggle by completing the button-tap QTE. This counts toward Family Matters. Killing her does not ruin your chances of keeping Laura on good terms with Travis later, provided Laura did not shoot Travis back in Chapter 7. When control switches to Ryan, do not pull the knife out if you are working toward Family Matters or Last Man Standing. Keeping it in place allows Ryan to use it against Bobby later. When Ryan reaches the bedroom, do not interact with the door immediately. Collect the 1 Tarot Card and 1 piece of Evidence first. After escaping the room, make sure to block the doorway with the cabinet so Bobby cannot remove the knife. As Laura inside the Hackett house, there is 1 Clue near the piano, another Clue upstairs, and 1 Tarot Card. When Jedediah confronts Laura, you can kill him for Family Matters by completing the QTEs, choosing ATTACK, and finishing the button-tap sequence. When Ryan later confronts Bobby, stab him if you are working toward Family Matters. Bobby will not die immediately, but this weakens him for what happens later. When Laura offers to bite Ryan, choose ACCEPT and let the following timer expire if you want Ryan to survive the chapter. This is also required for Phlebotomy and can be important for Rough Night, Blood Pact, Last Man Standing, and several other endings. Choose DECLINE if you specifically want Ryan to bleed out. At the scrapyard as Dylan, collect the 1 Clue before opening the gate, then grab the 1 Tarot Card and 1 additional Clue in the open area before heading up to the crane. If you want Kaitlyn infected for Blood Pact, choose WARN KAITLYN, complete the QTE, choose SLAM CAR, then fail the button-tap event. If everyone else has already been infected, Blood Pact should unlock here. If you want Dylan and Kaitlyn to survive the scrapyard sequence unharmed, complete all of the QTEs correctly. If Dylan was infected in Chapter 5 and his hand was never removed, he will transform here and will not appear in Chapter 10. If Abigail is alive in the storm shelter, collect The Hierophant Tarot Card if you still need it. You can also interact with the fusebox to collect silver shells, which can help Kaitlyn in Chapter 10. If Emma was infected in Chapter 6, choose LADDER when she transforms and complete the climb QTE to keep Abi alive. Back with Ryan and Laura in the attic, shoot Chris after the floor collapses if you are working toward Rough Night, Family Matters, Last Man Standing, The White Wolf, or most of the main survival routes. Killing Chris also cures several infected characters. If Laura did not shoot Travis in Chapter 7, choosing SUSPICIOUS after Chris dies can lead to Above the Law. If Ryan has already died, Laura and Travis may fight over the shotgun, and the outcome depends on the QTE.
Tip
Chapter 9 is one of the biggest decision hubs in the game, so a backup save here can save you a ridiculous amount of replay time. Hackett’s Quarry has officially reached the point where one knife, one bite, and one badly timed button press can rearrange half your trophy list.
Warning
Do not remove Ryan’s knife if you need Family Matters or Last Man Standing, and do not miss the collectibles in Ryan’s bedroom or the scrapyard before advancing.

Finish Chapter 10 and then let the credits play all the way through. The Epilogue trophy unlocks at the very end. The credits run for roughly 20 minutes while the podcast continues in the background, and they cannot be skipped.
Tip
This is a good time to grab a snack, stretch, question every decision you made at Hackett’s Quarry, and wonder why the real final boss was the credits.
Warning
Do not pause and quit back to the main menu before the credits finish. There are reports of the trophy failing to unlock if you leave early. If that happens, you should be able to continue and replay Chapter 10 to try again.

Trophy: Prologue
Completed the Prologue
Type: Bronze

Complete the Prologue. You’ll play as Laura as she and Max attempt to reach Hackett’s Quarry early, and the chapter has a fixed ending regardless of your dialogue choices or QTE performance.
Tip
Before leaving Hackett Woods, grab the 1 Tarot Card and 3 available Clues. You’ll automatically collect another Clue inside the shelter. Getting your first Clue will also unlock What’s This? Future you will appreciate not having to wander around the dark woods again looking for evidence like a confused horror-movie detective.

Your first full playthrough should be the “everybody lives” run while also taking care of all Tarot cards, all Evidence, and the setup for several trophies later. The Quarry loves making one tiny decision come back hours later with a baseball bat, so the goal here is to make the important choices now and save yourself a mountain of replaying later.
In Chapter 1, break into the cabin and take the toy. Pick up every Clue in the Prologue and Chapter 1 as well, because you will eventually reload from later chapters and lose collectible progress beyond that point. In Chapter 2, choose Rocky Road so you can collect the Tarot card on that route. Emma needs to become infected during this playthrough for Nobody’s Fool, but do not infect Jacob.
As you continue, aim to keep every counselor alive while working toward killing all of the Hacketts. Choose MOVE ON after each chapter for Hard Pass, and when playing as Nick in Chapter 5, successfully hide so the toy from Chapter 1 ends up available in the kitchen later. That ridiculous little toy is going to become surprisingly important.
Continue the first playthrough with survival as the priority while collecting every Tarot card and piece of Evidence you encounter. Important trophy progress comes naturally through these chapters, including Nick of Time, Just a Flesh Wound, Above the Law, Bizarre Yet Bonafide, Nobody’s Fool, and Family Matters. In Chapter 9, accepting the werewolf bite can earn Phlebotomy, and making a separate save just before this choice can save some replay time later.
By Chapter 10, this route should lead toward Rough Night for keeping everyone alive, Family Matters for dealing with the Hacketts, Nobody’s Fool, and The White Wolf. When the final opportunity involving Silas arrives, do not raise the gun if you are following this route. Once the credits finish, start Movie Mode from the main menu for Creature Feature.
Afterward, use Chapter Select or your Chapter 9 save for Laura and Max’s unique ending. Ryan, Chris, and Travis must die while Laura survives so she can reunite with Max. For Forewarned is Forearmed, collect a Tarot card in Chapter 9 but avoid The Hierophant, then choose SEE MORE when speaking with Eliza.
Your next major run is the infection and collectible cleanup playthrough. You can restart from Chapter 2 if you collected all Clues in the Prologue and Chapter 1 during your first run. This time choose Shady Glade instead of Rocky Road so you can collect the Clues that were unavailable before and work toward Meddling Kids!
The big goal here is Blood Pact by infecting every character while also completing every combat encounter without missing for Peanut Butter Butterpops! Setting aiming to Auto is strongly recommended because it allows Jacob to survive long enough to be bitten while still completing the necessary combat encounters. Dylan should be infected in Chapter 5 rather than Chapter 8, since the Chapter 8 method requires intentionally failing a combat encounter.
Once that run is finished, it is time for the cheerful little “everyone dies” playthrough. Hackett’s Quarry Massacre requires killing everyone, and Lovers’ Quarrel can be earned along the way by allowing Nick to kill Abi. Make sure Dylan does not remain infected; in Chapter 5, cut off his arm to stop the infection. Avoid infecting Kaitlyn if possible, and have Ryan accept Laura’s bite in Chapter 9. If you can, keep a separate save around the attic section because it makes the remaining cleanup much faster.
The final stretch is mostly Chapter Select rather than another giant full-game commitment. First replay Chapter 10 and leave Kaitlyn as the only survivor for The Final Girl. The toy you grabbed back in Chapter 1 and left in the kitchen during Chapter 5 is essential here, because Kaitlyn needs it as a decoy to survive when everyone else is dead.
Next, replay from Chapter 9 and leave Ryan as the only survivor for Last Man Standing. If Death Rewind is enabled and you still have a life available, you can also combine Mutually Assured with this run. Fail to shoot Chris after falling through the attic, allow Ryan to die without rewinding, then use the rewind triggered by Laura’s death to replay the section, shoot Chris, and continue toward Ryan’s survivor ending.
If you did not use that Death Rewind method, replay Chapter 9 one final time and do not shoot Chris after falling through the attic. This keeps Laura in werewolf form and causes Laura and Travis to kill each other, earning Mutually Assured. At this point the Platinum is mostly a matter of cleaning up anything you missed, so use Chapter Select wherever possible instead of throwing another ten-hour horror movie at yourself. If one of the decisions starts making your head hurt, Ask Gami before committing to the next chapter.
