The Gift Shop door has a red padlock, and the nearby note points you toward the missing Screwdriver. Thankfully, it is not too far away. You just need to make your way deeper into Coffee World and survive the Percolator encounter.
Once you have the Screwdriver, you can unlock the Gift Shop, solve the safe puzzle, and continue the main story route through Watery.
How To Reach The Screwdriver
Start by heading to Coffee World in the Watery area during Saga’s campaign.
When you reach the Coffee World Gift Shop, you will find the front door locked with a red padlock. A sticky note nearby hints that the Screwdriver is missing.
From the Gift Shop, travel southeast toward the Percolator ride. This is the spinning coffee cup ride deeper inside the amusement park.

Before you can safely grab it, you need to deal with the Taken enemies in the ride area. Clear the encounter first, then look near the side of the ride for the control panel.
